im excited!!! my school doesnt have a winter guard this year, but we did last year.
3rd place at state in our class!!!

imma go watch the performances still this year tho.

omg!! i am soooooooo excited for winter guard!!! WOOOO GO BREA OLINDA!!!! we got 2nd place in champs last year...and our song is breathe me by sia this year!!!!! ITS GUNNA BE AWESOME!!!!!!!!

Dude, Cat in the Hat! That's so flippin' cute!
Anyway, this my first year in winter guard (WOOP!), and I go to Lakewood High School in Colorado. Our show is "Fields of Gold" by Eva Cassidy (basically, a slow jazz version of the Sting song). We have... well, we have all the drill, but knowing our instructors (I LUFF LITTLE GAY MEN! whee ), they'll change it about 3 more times. 3nodding
I'm so excited! I'm just on flag line, but hopefully I'll make it to dance line [knock on wood] next season! ^^

This is our schools last year having a guard at all. There are only 6 of us for winter season and there was only 4 of us for marching season.
And 5 of us are graduating this year, & our instructor is leaving after this year to march.
But we're doing true colors by cyndi lauper.

Well im sooo excited about winter guard this coming year! I am a colorguard instructor for the Rebelettes of South High School in Bakersfield, Ca. I am proud to say that my guard will be in the open division this year in PPAACC and this is a first for our school and im so proud of my girls. This year we are doing My Scarfice by Creed. I wish all you girls luck this coming winter guard year!!!!!!! biggrin heart

We've been exited!
Stevenson Colorguard Illinois
2nd for tall flag and 2nd place for short flag for IDTA state AAA division Last year!
Our winterguard is performing 2 shows this year in TDI AAA division.
We have a short flag reutine to "Walking in Memphis" by Lonestar
And we have a Tall flag performance to "Holding out for a hero" by Bonnie Tyler.
I'm always excited for winterguard!

my school is doing "coming home" or something like that by michael buble.
we have a great rifle instructor helping us, and im so excited!!!!!

Tokaru Shostu, we're doing our whole winter show as Holding Out For A Hero too! It's my first year, but last year I was a roadie, so I'm already familiar with it. Last year we did a numa numa mix-granted it wasn't very clean, but it still rocked and in the finals we took 4th! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3uXI-ojmfuoWe're a tiny school, only been around for three years now, but our team is the best team out of all sports in the school! American Leadership Academy, in Spanish Fork, UT. Soapy Sponge is our captain. I'm so excited! Clinics and family night are coming up real soon!
