Eh, Hot Topic selling Death Note items won't affect me much as there aren't any Hot Topic stores in the UK.
However, it'll be nice to see some in HT stores when I go over to America (hopefully) next year. I'm pretty sure my friend wants to take me to at least one when we're over there anyways.
It IS quite a spiffy t-shirt though. biggrin

Yey! So they are in fact bringing items to Hot Topic. They'll probably sell the fake death notes that you can get online.

There is no hottopic where I live so I don't think it will affect me much.

I hooope they'll start selling Death Note merch over here. <3
It is getting quite big in Norway [or so I like to think]

I hope they don't add anything else... hot topic quality SUCKS!!!! And I would hate to see that happen to Deathnote! I get all my gear from a specialty shop at the mall called "Aprils Asian Gifts" Aprils really cool and I order things through her.

You can do what I do... get a pic off the net and print it on that transfer paper. I just made Jason my hubby a messenger bag. I found a pick of L holding an apple and it has the logo on the top. The side says "L did you know that Gods of Death love apples?"

I highly doubt HT would have plushies of any kind, but hey, I could be wrong. I go to Hot Topic every weekend, so I'll keep a good eye out for new stuffs.
I got a bunch of better Death Note stuff at this store in the Mall of Georgia called Fandom. (They sell mainly DN, it looks like. But it's all overpriced, and I don't care! That's where I got my Light nendoroid o 3o. They sell Misa's purse, a bunch of pillows, a bunch of L plushies, figurines, and a crapload of other stuff.)

I honestly don't get upset when Hot Topic over-produces anime stuff. That just means it's easy to get lot's of fandom crap. <3
