 A light breeze floated over the grass surrounding the rocky hillside. The blades of grass, swayed like the ocean and the flowers bobbed back and forth in a hypnotic pattern. A beautiful woman with long, silky black hair, walked along side the rocks picking flowers along the way. Her skirt flapped in the breeze along with her hair. She took one of the flowers and placed it in her hair. It accented her eyes beautifully and gave her the look of the goddess of Spring, Demeter. She looked out onto the land that surrounded the outcropping of rocks. She stood there with a silent yearning, like she was searching for something long lost.

((Demeter is also the Goddess of Fertility and Agriculture, I believe. <=did a project on the Greek Gods/Goddesses.))
Up on the rocks, two figures began to emerge from behind it. They were both around the age of fifteen, however, if you counted the years the two were dead, then they were far older than that. One was a red-headed boy while the other was a girl with brunette hair. The two looked like opposite since the boy was arrogantly smirking and the girl held a serious look.
"Joseph, come on, I wanna finish the inspection already," muttered the girl, scowling.
The boy, presumably Joseph, just continued to grin. He had a new shirt that was dark blue since his previous one had gotten ruined in the last battle he participated in. "Don't frown so much, Caroline. It might get stuck like that," he teased.
Caroline just grunted, ignoring his comment. She walked up the rock and onto the top of it. The first thing she noticed was the young adult standing a few feet away from them. "Joseph, come 'ere!" she hissed.
"Alright, alright," Joseph, raising his hands in defense and stood next to her. "What, you talkin' 'bout her?" he asked, pointing at the woman. "Hm, wonder what she's doing here..."

As the gentle breeze began to lift from the hillside. The sound of voices took its place. The woman turned to the rocks and piered onward towards the sound. Stepping up towards the voices the woman looked on with an innocent gaze. The breeze seemed to flow with her and gave her the appearance of a wisp in the wind standing infront of them. "What you blokes doin round here? I was enjoyin a nice relaxing time till you two came blabin around. So what you doin in my place of peace?" The innocent and serene look about here was thusly shredded as soon as she spoke. Her thick Scottish accent and rather vulger tone made sure of that.

"Tch, you new around here? 'Cause everyone knows that Sendoran's been ruling the cities here for a couple years already. We inspect the place for her, got it?" she snapped. Just what is it with this woman? she thought, annoyed.
Joseph just rolled his eyes, unable to hold back a grin. Sometimes, Caroline could get irritated so easily. This was suppose to be the great 'Backstabber' who can pull off any personality so perfectly? He sighed and put a hand on Caroline's shoulder. "Watch it, we never know, maybe Sendoran might find her useful," he whispered.
She snorted, not believing it. "Doubt it."

The woman gave them both a confused glare. They where the strangest pair she had ever seen. "Well besides from little miss sunshine here. It seems that you all, might have something of interest to say to me. What usefulness could I be to the likes of you two?" Since she came here, she had not met anyone that she found interesting. These two on the other hand, have peaked her interest and if she could get any information on the whereabouts of Him. Then she would do whatever they asked of her.

Caroline just gave the woman one last glare before turning her back to her, her arms crossed. She was in an annoyed mood and did not wish to continuing talking with the young adult. However, she had to admit, something seemed...unusual about her. Perhaps she would be useful. After all, she could sense that the final battle was coming up, fast.
Joseph shook his head. Looks like he'd have to do all the talking. He turned to look at her, and smirked, reading her thoughts. Hm...Looking for someone, eh? I'm sure Sendoran and her can...Work something out. I bet it wouldn't last very long, though. "Perhaps you'd be interested in joining us? Sendoran can do a lot of things. She's just special like that. If you want something, I bet she can get you it, if you join..."

The woman's pale green eyes brightened. The mention of gaining things she wished for, brought the hope of finding Him. She couldn't pass up this chance, she had to do it. "Well this sounds damn good to me. I've been pretty bored since I got here. Need me some action to pass the time. Got one problem though, not much of a fighter, can't help when it gets rough. Due to the recent events, it seems like lots of fighting will take place." she didn't like to say that, but she had to let them know. If they stuck her in the middle of a fight she couldn't win, she would never find Him.

He grinned. She couldn't fight? That wasn't much of a problem. "That's okay, we'll train you. It won't take too long. Until then, we'll stick with you," replied Joseph.
Caroline looked at Joseph, gaping at him. Was he serious? The two of them would have to be with this woman? She instantly scowled. Great, just great. she sarcastically. Sighing, she turned around. "Alright, it's my turn now, huh?" she said, jumping down from the rock. After all, only the trustworthy would be able to let others join Sendoran's side. Caroline held her right hand out. "If you agree to serve Sendoran, she shall find the thing you seek as long as she stays in power in the area. If you want to join, please grab my hand, and it'll be official."
Joseph smirked. This woman did know what she was in for, right? A lifetime of demons, fighting, and magic. As soon as she grabbed Caroline's hand, a black light would engulf her, and she would officially be part of Sendoran's group of minions and gain powers of her own.

She stared at Caroline's hand for a few seconds, she almost rethought what she was doing. But He ment more to her then anything, even her own life. She looked back up and stared at Caroline straight in the eye. She smiled and said something under her breath, "Sean". She grasped Caroline's hand and a rush flew through her. Like a fierce wind had knocked into her, it nearly made her lose grip on Caroline, but some strange presence kept their hands clasped. For a second, she felt like she was back home, standing by a cliff looking out to the sea. As the fog began to roll in. She felt at peace again, with the vision of Him waiting for her in the dense fog.

Joseph grinned as he watched her grab Caroline's hand. Che, hook, line, and sinker. he thought arrogantly. "Well, well, welcome to the club," he said, jumping down from the rock when the light finally disappeared.
Sean? Caroline thought, managing to catch the name the woman said. Her eyes squinted for a bit from the black light. She must be looking for someone named Sean... A glint of sadness flashed in her eyes. Whoever this person was, at least someone cared about them. As soon as the light faded away, Caroline instantly spoke, "Alright, first of all. I'd really appreciate if one, you told us your name, and two, what you're looking for."

Regaining her sight, the woman grinned and looked at the two. "I be Ereni Dunbar, a daughter of the Dunbar clan in Scotland. But please be callin me Ren. And as to what I be searching for, I am looking for a man. His name be Sean, I know not his full name, but he has the purest green eyes I've ever seen. His gaze can make a woman melt in her place." Ren's eyes glossed over at the thought of him, but she quickly snapped back." But you needn't do this right away, I be havin all the time in the world." She tried to salvage any bit of her brovado she could. "So what's going to be happening now, that I'm an offical member of your club?" she smiled at her joke of their group. She knew the seriousness of what she was getting into, but she didn't care, as long as she found Him.

Caroline turned around and made a look of disgust. 'His gaze can make a woman melt in her place.' Yeah, as if! she thought, not buying it.
Still grinning, Joseph walked over and stood next to Caroline. "Well then, Ren. You shall be taken to headquarters and we'll see what...Changes have occurred," he answered, "Once the changes have been identified, we'll immediately start your training. By the time you're needed, you should be able to defend yourself a bit, at least."
"Right, so, we should take you there as soon as possible. The quicker, the better," said Caroline, reluctantly turning to face Ren. As soon as she finished talking, the brunette began to walk away. Joseph sighed and put his hands behind his head, lazily walking after her, not bothering to look back.

Ren looked once more at the vast grass sea, before dropping the flowers she had picked and heading off with the others. "Could they really help me find Him?", she thought to herself. She knew that this decision could cause her some problems, but if it gave her the chance. Then she had to take it. As they left a low rolling fog seemed to flow across the rocks and follow them to the end of the area.

Joseph took a quick glance back. His eyes slightly widened at the sight of the fog. Then he smirked and looked forward again. So, her powers have already manifested? he thought. Fog, eh? That might be useful in a fight... The red-head continued to walk behind Caroline, various thoughts buzzing in his head.
Hey, Caroline. Joseph's voice rang in her ears and she scowled. What? She snapped back at the mind-reader. I think we made a good decision at letting her join. he replied. Caroline bit back a laugh and rolled her eyes instead. Yeah right. she thought. Joseph was silent after that.
((And now...I should've made Sendoran's HQ. -_-; Hm, it wouldn't be used much, though. So I guess we can just go anywhere and say we had already started Ren's training and identified her powers and such.))
