So this is the first year that my school has had it. This class is the "best of the best" in our school supposably. hmmm I hope it turns out good. actually I hope I can do it, Im taking all hard classes this year so *cross's fingers* lol
oh by the way I play flute/piccolo
and Im a Junior
but who else has even heard of it? Just wanting to know

I have heard of it...but our only has one band class...Marching Band/Concert Band crying
...but, you can do it =]

I"m in that and in symphonic band and that one this year coming up.
But we call it just wind ensemble, no wood 3nodding

my HS before I move to NC...I used to live in CA...Had a wind Ensemble...better than MOST colleges in the State. Benicia...heard of that city in CA? I auditioned as a freshman flutist...Didn't make it, either way because I moved =P. I WAS the best flutist in my middle school of the year though. They say Flutes are hard to make into wind ensembles...not that many spots for them...but I moved *sigh*
SO now I'm in NC...gonna go to HS with only a Symphonic Band + Jazz, Colorguard & Drumline + Marching. I think I would be better than most freshman in my class in Symphonic...not sure yet...School starts 27th bleh.
Dun they just call it just Wind Ensemble?

hmm I changed it to wind ens.. makes more sence.. but still doesnt considering the percussion...

nope, we lack a wind ensemble. but we have a symphonic, concert, and a jazz band. i'm getting into symphonic after marching season.
