She is soft-spoken and doesn't speak unless spoken to, typically. She is very thoughtful and often busy writing something down or otherwise deep in thought. She has a question at any given moment. She is pretty independent but can be very loyal to anyone she lets in. She has an obsessive personality and fixates on different things that she'll investigate until she's dedicated four all-nighters to it and she's fallen ill. She is very curious but not super adventurous if she suspects it'll involve failure, because she internalizes all of her shortcomings due to her childhood.

BIOGRAPHY: Ramona idolized her father from a young age, though she saw him infrequently because of his work decoding witch rituals and ancient artifacts for the DWMA's archives. His busy work schedule left their family well-off, and Ramona's mother used their wealth to host fancy dinner parties to show off. Of course, Ramona's mother felt Ramona was a reflection of her, so she raised Ramona to never speak unless spoken to and to always be aware of how she presented herself. She also discouraged Ramona's curiosity in her father's work and in most things so that Ramona could focus on piano lessons and painting lessons to continue to be a presentable daughter.
Ramona quietly followed her dad's studies the best she could via journals and letters he left behind, often reading them at night in the secrecy of candle light. She wasn't allowed to play with other kids in the neighborhood because she might do something unsavory or make a mess or do something else to embarrass her mother, so she amused herself with books and her own lessons. Obviously, this led her to have a very strained relationship with her mother and led her to cling and idolize her father even more. She begged him through letters to allow her to attend the DWMA. He convinced her mother to allow Ramona to attend, but only as a tutor for the 'normal' arts like painting and piano. However, Ramona managed to attend M/W track classes so much that she knew the curriculum better than many Meisters and Weapons did.
She spent many nights at the DWMA. Sometimes she was reading up on matters pertaining to the soul, but other times she was simply star gazing. One of these nights doing the latter, she was found by the Weapon [ Orion ]. The two of them struck up conversation and got to know each other outside of the classroom she tutored him for. He found out that she was interested in being a Meister and, since he had no partner anymore, he offered to take her out to give it a shot. He teased her for being so starry-eyed with a weak backbone, but she spoke so fervently about prophecies and omens and the power the stars gave magical creatures that he was intrigued enough to make their partnership more serious.
She reached out to his counselor with Orion's blessing and was able to attend Meister classes herself as a student without her mother being made aware. Letters of her progress are regularly sent home, but since they pertain to Ramona, her mother's never read them if she's come across them before Ramona could intercept. Ramona's mother is so invested in her own social life that Ramona's been able to take on missions and school projects with her partner without getting caught so far.
More than the Meister and Weapon activities, Ramona's been hoping to use the opportunities the DWMA is giving her to find out the answer to some of her dad's research, or even find him and help him directly. She's been having strange dreams since his letters became more descriptive at the age of fifteen - after she saw him last - and she's been desperate to find out if her dreams have anything to do with his studies.
CLASS: Meister โจโจโจโจOracle โจ Those of the Oracle Path are Meisters who can easily resonate with multiple weapon partners and are particularly talented with Soul Perception. Oracles start with two additional perks in Soul Perception. Can perform Soul Perception techniques at one level higher while wielding a Demon Weapon. Additionally, Oracles can partner with one additional Demon Weapon without drawbacks. ARCHETYPE: Artist โจโจโจโจ The Artist has by far the most colorful soul wavelength with a high level of instant inspiration that tends to taper off over time. During their journey, artists can obtain one extra soul for all missions until they reach level five. After level five, the artistic inspiration dies and they lose one soul in all missions to a minimum of one soul per mission. Additionally, artists gain two perks in one skill that they are most passionate about. Artists are highly compatible with lovers and are incompatible with heroes. Soul Perception (+4 perks base, +2 perks from Oracle) Tier One โฏ Passivity โฏ The Meister's perception detects souls passively around them. At this point in their development, the Meister can determine what type of soul is around them (human (M/W), witch, demon, reaper) within ten feet. โฉ โฏ Relatability โฏ This perk reveals information about soul archetypes without needing to attempt Soul Resonance with the soul in question. This information is so easily detected by those with this ability that the soul archetype of a soul under Soul Guard is still revealed. In addition, this perk enables the Meister to determine what weapon(s) the Weapon turns into or, if perceiving a Meister, this perk determines if they have learned any skills in Soul Perception as well. It can reveal what branch the Witch belongs to, but not if Soul Guard is in place. โฉ โฏ Are We All Mad Here? โฏ This perk enables the Meister to detect Madness while using all of their perception techniques. This does not affect Madness-ridden souls that are masked or otherwise guarded. This perk allows the Meister to passively ignore a single tier of Madness coming their way once every five posts. Tier Two โฏ Passivity II โฏ The Meister's perception detects souls passively around them. At this point in their development, the meister can determine what type of soul is around them (human (M/W), witch, demon, reaper) within fifty feet. Requires "Passivity." โฉ โฏ Deep Perception โฏ The first skill tree learned by the target(s) is revealed to the Meister. If perception is used on the same target again, the next learned skill tree is revealed. This applies to new applications of the Clairvoyance skill, not sustained usage; Passivity will only ever grant the first skill tree, but using Clairvoyance or another perception technique will grant the Meister information about their next skill tree. This only informs the Meister of the skill tree, and not what perks, techniques, or progression has been achieved by the target(s). Tier Three โฏ Deepest Perception โฏ Two skill trees are revealed to the Meister. The perks, abilities, and overall progression is revealed to the Meister. The only tree never revealed is that of the Madness skill tree. The Meister reveals an unstackable resource reduction to their dodge or defense against the next attack from each target sensed by this perk. This reduction is only granted once per battle. Requires the "Deep Perception" perk.
Cleric (+2 from Artist) Tier One โฏ Holy Water โฏ A tier of Madness is cured in an ally when a Cleric technique is used on them. This can stack with a technique's innate Madness curing if applicable. This perk cannot apply to the user. โฉ โฏ Oh Lawd โฏ The most common perk of Clerics is this one. Madness techniques influence Clerics at one level lower at a minimum of level one; however, this does not stack in any way with any other kind of passive resistance to Madness, even that given by soul archetype.
NAME: Orion Manner ALIAS: LEVEL: 1 AGE: 17 BIRTHDATE: August 3 GENDER: Male HANDEDNESS: Right PERSONALITY: Orion is passionate, loud-mouthed, and judgmental. He burns a lot of bridges with people and also feels frustrated with how people make assumptions about him based on his over-achieving older brother who is somewhat famous among the DWMA students for being a young Death Scythe. Orion has a lot of resentment because of it, though he gets along with Ramona well because her air-headedness allows her to know nothing about Orion's brother or himself, so he can define himself as she gets to know him.
CLASS: Weapon โจโจโจโจDual Alterer โจ Weapons of the Dual Alterer Path are demon weapons focused on serving as the sole weapon for one meister. Dual Alterers gain two additional perks for their primary weapon type. Additionally, the Dual Alterer receives one extra perk for every level attained when they remain loyal to only one meister. ARCHETYPE: Lover โจโจโจโจ The soul of the lover is incredibly passionate and intent on pursuing their dreams. The hum of their wavelength has the high highs and low lows of romance. As a result, lovers cast spells or perform techniques that are one level harder to dodge once every five posts. They gain one point in Guts but lose one point in Strength. Big Guns (+3 DA) Tier One โฏ Spray n' Pray โฏ An additional target can be effected by a technique without diminishing the strength of the technique. This perk has a five post cooldown. โฉ โฏ Heavy Gunner โฏ Range for these techniques are doubled. โฉ โฏ Rifleman โฏ Snipe's view range becomes the entire topic, though obstructions and other distortions will effect vision when applicable. โฉ โฏ Going Commando โฏ Once per five posts, a Big Guns technique will be one level harder to dodge. Tier Two โฏ Sniper โฏ The range of these techniques encompass the entire thread. โฉ โฏ Band of Brothers โฏ Big Guns techniques can defend against one level higher attacks once every five posts. Tier Three โฏ Gatling Gunner โฏ Three times a post, a Big Guns technique can overwhelm techniques of the same level.
NAME: Apotheosis ALIAS: None LEVEL: 1 AGE: 27 BIRTHDATE: June 20 GENDER: Male HANDEDNESS: Right-Handed PERSONALITY: Ambitious, grasping, and obsessive are some of the words that describe Apotheosis. He is extremely haughty and arrogant often to a comedic extent. He is singularly focused on becoming the grandmaster sorcerer and a draconic sorcerer. This ambition has made him highly vulnerable to the Pull of Magic as he chases after infinite arcane knowledge. The main object of his obsession is the Book of Eibon and its accumulated dragon lore. Apotheosis intends to tame these powerful creatures to satiate his overwhelming appetite for magical power. Despite his arrogant attitude and inferiority complex instilled by his family, he has an innate sense of kindness that is often in conflict with his affiliations and ambitions. The tension between the pull of magic and his conscience causes him great distress and it is uncertain how this war inside of him will end.
BIOGRAPHY: Apotheosis was born to two ambitious master sorcerers in the upper ranks of the Grand Coven who sought to create a genetically perfect sorcerer of their own. His conception was carefully planned and he was born under the Apotheosis comet on the day of the summer solstice in Arcana. His parents believed that this was an auspicious sign that he would one day surpass even them in the powers of sorcery. Apotheosis was thus named after this comet. He spent his entire childhood in Arcana and rigorously studied the magical arts with the focus of becoming a sorcerer. However, his advancement was far less speedy than his demanding family expected. It took years for Apotheosis to create his demon tool. It was only one year before his journey began at the age of twenty-six that he was finally able to craft the tome for his sorcery when his parents created their demon tools at half that age. He is now obsessively studying sorcery so that he can advance to new heights despite the intense pressure to succeed.
CLASS: Witch โจโจโจโจSorcerer โจ Those who follow the Sorcerer/Sorceress path specialize in the traditional arcane arts using a demon tool or demon book that is particular to their individual soul. All sorcerers unlock exclusive access to the arcane magic skill tree and can control magic circles as a result. Sorcerers also gain two additional perks for an elemental magic of their choosing. Sorcerers are unique among witches because they rely on magical items that are particular to their souls called Demon Tools or Demon Books that are common sources of their magical power. Sorcerers may make one custom perk at level 3 that is individual to their Demon Tool or Demon Book. ARCHETYPE: Magician โจโจโจโจThe Magician is the bearer of knowledge and has a slow soul wavelength that gradually picks up in pace. It is common for Magicians to be obsessive and ambitious. Witch magicians gain 50 additional points in mana for every level. Meister magicians gain 50 points in spirit for every level. Finally, Weapon magicians gain two additional perks in the polearms skill tree. They are given one point in Wisdom but lose one point in Dexterity. Magicians are highly compatible with sages. Pyromancy Tier One โฏ Pyromancer โฏ All non-explosive pyromancy spells can have an explosion effect applied to them at half the range of the original fire spell. Costs half the amount of mana as the original fire spell but does not consume an action. โฉ โฏ Burn Baby Burn โฏ While the intensity of the flames does not change, the size of the fire is forever increased in range by double. The range of explosions does not change. โฉ โฏ Hellfire โฏ The pyromancer is able to cast a fire spell and have a two levels weaker version of the spell follow it for no action or mana cost. This ability has a five post cooldown. โฉ โฏ Flame War โฏ The witch is able to immerse themselves within their fire when a spell is cast in order to close the distance between themselves and the enemy. This skill can also allow the pyromancer to travel between areas as a ball of fire for extra bad a** points. Tier Two โฏ Burn Baby Burn โฏ While the intensity of the flames does not change, the size of the fire is forever increased in range by double. The range of explosions also doubles. Requires Burn Baby Burn perk. โฉ โฏ He Made The Devil So Much Stronger Than A Man! โฏ The pyromancer is able to cast a fire spell and have a one level weaker version of the spell follow it for no action or mana cost. This perk has a five post cooldown. Requires the Hellfire perk.
Arcane Tier One โฏ What Is This Sorcery?! โฏ Once per five posts, the sorcerer is able to fire a spell through the Sorcery Gateway spell and have half of the mana cost of that spell refunded. โฉ โฏ Return of Jafar โฏ While the magic circles are active, they enchant the sorcerer for no mana cost and allow them to fly.

He is naive because of his sheltered upbringing but he can be very curious as well. He looks up to his partner Rogue like a mentor more than a partner sometimes, and is even guilty of a little hero worship when he hears about the great things Rogue has done. Chance loves to travel and lives with only slight paranoia that his body guards are right around the corner to kidnap him and bring him back to his parents. This reflects how highly he values his freedom, and how unwilling he is to return to an overly-sheltered life.

BIOGRAPHY: Chance Bellamy is the oldest son to Chauncey and Marie Bellamy. His oil baron parents provided him with every desire he had growing up, except that of his dream to see the world. He grew up sheltered because of his overprotective mother and his doubtful father who thought he'd do something stupid to threaten the family image. Still, this never deterred Chance from dreaming big. One time, he happened to escape his body guards long enough to explore the town on his own, one that his parents were in some contract with, when he found a white-haired man being threatened. Chance jumped into the action immediately, becoming a revolver to aid the stranger. Little did Chance know, that'd be the beginning of the adventure of a lifetime.

Gunslinger (+3 DA, +2 Outlaw) Tier One โฏ The Quick and the Dead โฏ Once the gun is fired, the Gunslinger is able to fire a second bullet immediately afterwards at one level lower to a minimum of level one. The second shot requires no activation. This perk has a five post cooldown. โฉ โฏ I Already Chose McCree โฏ The Gunslinger is so quick at firing shots that they can split a technique to hit an additional target without reducing the strength of the technique. This perk has a five post cooldown. โฉ โฏ Wild Wild West โฏ A technique from this skill tree are treated as one level higher up to level five once per five posts. Tier Two โฏ Cowboy Bebop โฏ The efficacy of the Gunslinger enables them to produce a Gunslinger technique and be refunded the full stamina cost once per five posts. โฉ โฏ Shoot-'em-up โฏ A Gunslinger can produce a 'shadow' to their bullets, hitting the opponent with a second same level strike for no cost or activation once every five posts. Madness (+4 Base) Tier One โฏ Unsettling โฏ Regardless of the Madness tier of any opponents (or lack thereof), the user can generate baseball-sized abstract, incomprehensible visual-only illusions that confuse the opponent. This generation isn't an ability and doesn't cost an action, nor does it induce Madness, but it can cause confusion and distract opponents. He is a witty quick-shot meister who likes to help out ordinary people. Rogue is also a grand illusionist who likes to use the mirages in combination with a revolver. He is fiercely loyal to his friends, especially his weapon. He is focused on helping his weapon by any means necessary and is determined to become a great gunslinger meister. Rogue cares about others and has a self-sacrificial mentality. He is somewhat chaotic and tends to get in over his head. Rogue can also be naive and idealistic. He does a poor job following instructions and can be overly sarcastic. Rogue has decided to dedicate himself to fighting tyranny wherever it springs up and he is staunchly invested in his individualist life philosophy. The only reason that he even cooperates with the DWMA is his belief that Kishins are out to hurt ordinary people and infringe on their freedom and therefore must be stopped by all means necessary.

BIOGRAPHY: Rogue was born as Ronan Cormac to Roger and Irene Cormac in the slums of Death City. The Cormacs lived hand over fist in Death City and Rogue grew up witnessing his parents struggle with money. This stress permeated through their hovel of a house. His father turned to the bottle for comfort as both of his parents worked multiple jobs. Roger Cormac was primarily an underpaid factory lineworker and his mother took a variety of maid jobs. Roger Cormac died of an early stroke when Ronan was eight years old. His mother was unable to support herself financially so they were eventually evicted. He lived on the streets with his mother for several months before she too got extremely sick and passed away. Ronan became bitter at the cruelty of the poverty that put his family through so much. At the age of ten, he was taken into the DWMA by a professor that gave him money several times. He changed his name to Rogue in an effort to shed his tragic past. However, he would never forget his roots and became determined to free all working people from the bondage of the greedy.
Rogue had difficulties finding a partner for his early years in the DWMA. He had a few different weapon partners but he could never achieve soul resonance with them. Eventually, he would become frustrated by his partners and have falling outs with them. He had no interest in working with anyone who would not help him in his mission to free the world's workers. Deciding to focus on his own Meister skills, he went on a mission on his own. The mayor of a small town near the DWMA was at risk of becoming a Kishin. This corrupt mayor was trying to skip town after selling the land to Chauncey Bellamy. Bellamy was an oil baron who sought to bulldoze the town to create a massive oil reserve. Rogue uncovered the corruption in the town and went to confront the mayor. He met Chance Bellamy, the son of the oil baron, and assumed that he was as greedy as his father. However, when the mayor attempted to hurt Rogue, Chance transformed into a revolver and fell into Rogue's hand. They worked so well in tandem that they were able to achieve soul resonance and blast the mayor away before he could hurt anyone. This dissolved Chauncey Bellamy's deal but ultimately Chance enrolled in the DWMA as Rogue's weapon partner. Rogue is still suspicious of Chance's naivety and privileged background but was impressed by his initiative to save Rogue. He is also interested in growing further with Chance as this was the first partner that he had ever truly resonated with.
CLASS: Meister โจโจโจโจTraditionalist โจ Meisters of this path are traditionalists who have an exceptionally strong wavelength with their Demon Weapon. Traditionalists gain two additional perks for the Soul Resonance skill. Can resonate with their partner at double the distance and one level higher. They are also able to perform Soul Perception techniques at one level higher while wielding their Demon Weapon. While remaining loyal to one Demon Weapon partner, the meister gains one additional perk per level. ARCHETYPE: Explorer โจโจโจโจThe explorer's soul is incredibly fast-paced in its wavelength and bumpier than a car on a dirt road. Explorers have a one-level advantage to dodge enemy techniques and spells. The explorer gains one point in Dexterity but loses one point in Strength. Explorers are highly compatible with Outlaws and incompatible with Lovers. They are neutral with all other archetypes.
Soul Mirage Tier One โฏ Sustained โฏ The user's mirage techniques can last two posts longer than normal. This effect can apply to one technique every five posts. โฉ โฏ Morphology โฏ If desired, single mirages can morph into a second mirage following a new technique instead of being generated separately at will. This can be important for chain illusions. โฉ โฏ Indulging Madness โฏ The Meister, when stricken with tier three Madness, is still able to generate tier one mirages once every two posts. These mirages may be corrupted aesthetically with static or horrific motifs because of the Madness.
Madness Tier One โฏ Unsettling โฏ Regardless of the Madness tier of any opponents (or lack thereof), the user can generate baseball-sized abstract, incomprehensible visual-only illusions that confuse the opponent. This generation isn't an ability and doesn't cost an action, nor does it induce Madness, but it can cause confusion and distract opponents. NAME: Azalee Mar Gravehand ALIAS: LEVEL: 1 AGE: 127 BIRTHDATE: October 25 GENDER: Female. HANDEDNESS: Right. PERSONALITY: A bit of an unhinged witch whom can come off as relatively normal and sweet, though this starts to crack if people keep going against or denying/blocking the things she says, allowing a number of small minor things to rapidly irritate her, which can cause her to get rather suddenly hostile, yelling at the person or other negative reactions. She comes off as social but slightly timid when dealing with new people and her own kind, this being sort of sincere and also an act. She is hard working and dedicated to the point of obsession, although can be a bit fickle with certain matters. She is cunning an manipulative but not patient enough to use these traits to their fullest extent, prone to blowing up and having psychotic breaks over things others would not, a tick from her resonance with madness. She views humans as playthings considering their short and ugly lifespan, though enjoys their company to a degreeโฆ., getting specifically enamoured with the Meisters and Weapons of Death Academy, to a very frightening and unhealthy level. Being close with her comes with benefits and problems, the benefits being that she will mostly be on your side and willing to help, the problem being you better humour and, though not too much lest she get obsessed and immortalize you.
BIOGRAPHY: One of the grand covens necromancers whom from a young age was thrown from teacher to teacher due to being dealt a bad hand as her mother died in childbirth. Her father was to weak willed to cope with this and tried handing her off to other witches, blaming her and leaving her with them. Despite the instead lifestyle of being handed around by people for short stints of time, she developed issues with connecting to people, which made her begin to take a flawed approach to relationships and the like. Still during this time she was made to learn, to do what any good witch did and collect Kishin eggs for the cause. Finally she hit a breaking point in her studies and chose to murder and turn her teacher into a mummy so that they would not hand her off again and so they could be like a family, this resulting in her being imprisoned for an incredible length of time, though was left with the materials to learn with under the impression she would redeem herself after release. Now released she has taken up the task of serving the coven so she might avoid further imprisonment and achieve the status of a grandmaster necromancer, this allowing her to be needed by people and to basically be able to do whatever she wanted to create her perfectโ friends and family.โ

BIOGRAPHY: Hanna was raised by her mother, a 200 year old witch who is part of the Grand Coven. Her mother didn't necessarily treat her poorly, but also not particularly well either. She was more so trained in such a way that she would become a witch for the Grand Coven's purposes and that would be that. However as Hanna grew older and began to learn magics on her own she realized she had quite the affinity for most types of magics. When she learned how to use Regeneration Magics she managed to break free of her pull, and even leave her mother and begin to act on her own. Hanna was about 14 when this happened. She learned from many other witches and learned how to use many magics. Now due to her own nature of niceness and the like she acts on her own in doing many things.
CLASS: Witch โจโจโจโจOccultist โจ Occultist witches focus on the esoteric magical arts of the occult as Werewolves, Bloodsuckers, or Transformation Mages. Bloodsuckers transform into bats and are the only ones who can master blood magic. BIOGRAPHY: Faina was born a very long time ago in a village several kilometers from the city of Tsaritsyn, modern day Volgograd. At the time, she was named Mislav, and she was a boy. His parents were peasant farmers who worked the land to keep the children fed and clothed. Life was normal, until Mislavโs teenage years, when an old woman encroached into his life. It was a bright day, snow had fallen the night before and Mislav and the other children had been playing off in the woods that surrounded their village. Theyโd found themself in the territory of a local legend. The Babushka of the Forest was watching. When she revealed herself to the children, they all tucked tail and ran, Mislav had fallen on his butt, petrified with fear. Instead of hurting the child though, she offered him a hand. He found himself in a snow covered hut, with a warm hearth, billowing smoke up the chimney. The old woman prepared Borscht for him to eat, before revealing the nature of his soul. He had qualities of a sorcerer, she opened up a whole new world to the child. Olga of the Black was her name, sheโd become Mislav's teacher for a time. She would bring Faina to life, banishing the one known as Mislav for all time. Olga would bring her darling witch apprentice into the Grand Coven. Olga would be burned at the stake in the year 1795. As time moved on, so did the world. World ideologies shifted, politics boomed and the whole world seemed to move into industrialization. Witches were either hunted in some places, or merely laughed off as utter myth. Faina left her home, hoping to live life in the city of Moscow. Posing as a regular girl, for years. Her training is incomplete. As years passed, theyโd travel across their motherland and into European countries. Though, in 1880, the witch would travel across the Atlantic. They'd arrive in the united states, looking for the freedom the frontier town's provided. An affinity that left her very attached to her six shooter. The wild west changed the Russian beauty, who nowadays can't be found too far from a bar top.
CLASS: Witch โจโจโจโจ[ Sorceress ] โจ Those who follow the Sorcerer/Sorceress path specialize in the traditional arcane arts using a demon tool or demon book that is particular to their individual soul. All sorcerers unlock exclusive access to the arcane magic skill tree and can control magic circles as a result. Sorcerers also gain two additional perks for an elemental magic of their choosing. Sorcerers are unique among witches because they rely on magical items that are particular to their souls called Demon Tools or Demon Books that are common sources of their magical power. Sorcerers may make one custom perk at level 3 that is individual to their Demon Tool or Demon Book. ARCHETYPE: Magician โจโจโจโจ The Magician is the bearer of knowledge and has a slow soul wavelength that gradually picks up in pace. It is common for Magicians to be obsessive and ambitious. Witch magicians gain 50 additional points in mana for every level. Meister magicians gain 50 points in spirit for every level. Finally, Weapon magicians gain two additional perks in the polearms skill tree. They are given one point in Wisdom but lose one point in Dexterity. Magicians are highly compatible with sages. Depending on the level of this spell, the circles can be up to 10 feet wide per level (10 feet at level 1 and 50 feet at level 5). The magic circles can defend against lower-level spells and techniques, collectively dividing the strength of the technique. This technique has a four post duration. โพ Enchanted Mirror | Scaled Level | Tier 2 | Mana The sorcerer channels a scaled amount of mana into one magic circle and uses it to reflect an incoming enemy magic spell back to its source upon collision. The amount of mana channeled into the circle must be equal to the level used by the enemy to create the opposing spell.
NAME: Decus Usan ALIAS: LEVEL: 1 AGE: 16 BIRTHDATE: 8/16 GENDER: Male HANDEDNESS: Right PERSONALITY: Decus is a focused, determined, and no bullshit person. It seems like he is very much about doing his job and nothing would ever stop him from doing his job. Due to this take on things he is often looked at poorly by other meisters, weapons, and even witches. However he seems to keep to his guns and do what he determines is right for him or for his goals. He is often called Mad, but never referred to as someone afflicted with Madness....yet.
BIOGRAPHY: Decus' early life is not one of rainbows and butterflies. A mother and father who both died of mysterious circumstances. He was raised by a group of those who seemed particularly too devout to Lord Death. Of course almost cult-like behavior. When Decus realized this around the age of 10 he found a way out of the home of the people who raised him. He wasn't mistreated, however he was quite unhappy with the situation he had been in. He was taught how to use his soul as a weapon, which he was fine with and would use for his own purposes. Through the course of the years he worked on developing his own reasons for living and goals. Which he stands for and doesn't back down from. Joining the DWMA he kept this idea in mind, he tried to work with weapons and even other meisters however they didn't seem to fit his guidelines and standards as far as their resolve went. As such he has a poor reputation amongst DWMA for the most difficult meister to work with. He doesn't mind it as it keeps away those who do not have the resolve he feels they need.
CLASS: Meister Class โจโจโจโจPugilist โจ Pugilist Meisters do not have a demon weapon and instead focus on hand-to-hand combat, granting them two additional perks in Martial Arts. Madness impacts Pugilists at one level lower. Finally, the Pugilist gains two perks in Soul Wavelength. ARCHETYPE: Ruler โจโจโจโจ Ruler souls tend to value order and have the tenacity to defeat chaos. Their wavelength is generally quiet with an occasional blip. Rulers are tough but slow and inflexible. They gain 1 point to guts but lose 1 point in dexterity. Rulers gain two perks in a guts skill. Rulers gain +25 spirit per level up for a total of 125 at level 5 if Meister class. Weapon Class rulers gain 1 additional perk to any weapon skill. Witch Rulers are able to hide their soul from soul perception at 1 level higher once every five posts. Madness techniques influence rulers at one level lower. In soul resonance, rulers are highly compatible with heroes, sages, and everymen and incompatible with outlaws. Soul Wavelength Tier One โฏ Of the Tide โฏ A repeated cast of a wavelength technique shoots out for no cost or activation once every five posts, at one level lower than the base technique. โฉ โฏ Soul Wavelength Savant โฏ The Meister receives an additional custom technique for this skill tree. โฉ โฏ Riptide โฏ The Meister can inflict their wavelength attack through contact with a weapon - their own or an opponent's. If used on an opponent's weapon, it shocks the weapon and anyone else in contact with the weapon (i.e., its wielder) without dividing the strength of the attack between the opponents. โฉ โฏ Wavelength Waves โฏ The Meister is able to inflict their wavelength ten feet outward from their palms in a half-circle shape five feet wide.
Tier Two โฏ High Tide โฏ The Meister is able to inflict their wavelength attacks at an increased ten feet per level of the technique being augmented. โฉ โฏ Shell Shocked โฏ The Meister expels their soul wavelength throughout their body evenly, creating a thin coating of wavelength that inflicts damage on contact with an opponent or their weapon. This can be used to defend against techniques.
Tier Three โฏ Tsunami โฏ The Meister is able to utilize a wavelength technique once every five posts with an increased range to the entire topic. Allies are not injured by these techniques.
Madness Tier One โฏ Disordering โฏ The user emits a screech which disturbs the souls in the area prevents opponents from entering soul resonance for one post. This does not effect opponents already in soul resonance. Approved but please cross out perks that you no longer have an invested perk point into, i.e. Wavelength Waves & High Tide. It makes it easier for us to see that you're only using 8 perk slots instead of 10 and also assures us you know you've lost access to those perks by re-allocating the perk point to the improved perk.
Additionally, I know this is something only denoted in Cleric, but you cannot stack innate reductions to Madness intake. I'll be editing Pugilist & Ruler to reflect this like Cleric does.
