Jeha after leaving the arena, she held a bright smile across her face, remembering what Avalanche said before their left. Sure, it didn't go in the way she thought but still, Avalanche is proceeding through the tournament as Jeha had hoped. Submitting the match was to her a good move as a warrior, Its good to know when you are defeated however the sad part is Avalanche only proved to be a challenger who really wished only to fight the Kage of her village. Jeha walks on through and sees Toso, who was revoked from the tournament by unseen circumstances. "What are you doing out here? i kind of guessed you would of went back to your office but appears i am wrong for certain." Jeha speaks as she moves only about ten feet of the Kage as she stands looking at him with respect, acknowledging him, and maybe he had reasons for pulling out. Jeha knows its none of her business but if Jeha learned why, well it would surely give Jeha a chance to say something about it.

"Yeah the match is over, i submitted the fight with particular reasons in mind, one that involves about combat. All what my opponent wanted was to fight you, kinda had the idea when they gotten spiced up after your little speech. That quite showed to me they had little interest about seeking combat and only seek it when it seems to be in their interest. Why fight a opponent that only provides a challenge but not by oneself? To me that is one part of having a challenge, is the desire to fight and become stronger, my opponent wasn't like that at all. I did give a piece of advice which may not have brought the best interest what i had thought but it sure did work. Though to be honest about what you said not fitting as a fighter like you use to, as a Kage, you need to maintain your strength despite your age. My dream is to become Kage one day of the Hidden Storm and i quite look up to you to provide the example of what i may need to follow. "That is very true, for me if i was to be Kage, i would be thinking of the village as a whole and would do things in accordance. Of course i would want to prevent wars upon this village and keep the people safe, that is the duty of a Kage. A kage must be able to stand ahead of everyone and bare on any incoming threats to the village and deal with it in a swift manner. All those years ago when the war went high rise, there was no doubt, my dream to become Kage had awakened. If i do succeed you as Kage, i would want you to be still acknowledged even being a Former Kage, its no title to be sniffed at." Jeha spoke in a speech like tone, one that is solidified by her determination to become the next Kage of the Hidden Storm and lead it into a new era of peace. Of course Jeha knows she has much work to do in order for that dream to happen but she will push forward, no path is easy towards becoming Kage, there will be many hard trials ahead. Jeha thinks of her clan and her parents of how proud they would be for her and how happy they be about her being grown if they were still alive.

An aura that made it seem like if one so much as moved a finger they'd be beheaded instantly. "Y..yeah of course. Ma..ma..ma..my bad.""Very Good bloop." and just like that the oppressive aura and the man's chakra manifestation vanished. He'd then smile at Jeha. "Suffice to say I won't give up my position easily bloo bloo bloo" he'd laugh. To anyone with a B-rank body or lower in the area...what was once a feeling of death around the corner would be replaced with a wave of relief. The fight had ended before it even began and Jeha would have received a glimpse of the Kage's power. Even if it was just a bluff in that moment he'd have seemed to be as strong as all the bijuu combined.

By continuously paying an opponent's body-rank as upkeep the user can apply the strongest feeling, that being an overwhelming killing intent. However, because of the nature of its user, it's highly doubtful it will ever be the case. The intimidations level can be adjusted as needed. But is essentially a glorified 'bluff'
