The Shinobi Hospital of Uzushiogakure is the premier hospital of both the village and the land of Whirlpools. A large multi story building it handles injuries from shinobi combat but also treats the general populous as well. Aspiring medical shinobi can train within as the hospital possesses an expansive library of scrolls on Eseijutsu and also special classrooms. Although the use of Eseijutsu is common within the walls of the hospital, the staff are additionally trained in the mundane medical arts as well. Attached to the hospital is a large tea shop complete with several floors of tables and, lots of windows and plants to lighten the atmosphere.
Saikoβs eye moved over to the sleeping body of Ayame and Daichi. The man sighed as his hand slowly rubbed the large dogβs head. He had refused to leave for months, barely eating or drinking unless it was brought to him. It was a quiet existence protecting the Kazekage while she was in her coma. However, it was his sole duty now to protect her. The man faced forward once again, seated cross legged in front of the bed that Ayame was placed on so many years ago. Saiko would return to meditating as it was the one thing keeping him sane as he sat in the same place for hours upon hours a day. His hands would be placed dangling over his knees, limp. The single eye that he kept watch with would close as he started to clear the thoughts from his mind. It once was easy for his mind to race to the day that he lost his parents and the day his village was lost. However, after he obtained enlightenment through the temple those thoughts had mostly gone. Whenever he meditated, he found himself in a crystalline forest with a pond in the center of it. The pond itself was more or less a representation of the mans chakra and the forest was the elements that he utilized.
As he appeared in the quietest place of his mind, Saiko walked around the forest. It was peaceful. Occasionally the man would tend to the various creatures and plants that lived in this forest. Every plant and creature tended to would cause the pool in the center of the forest to expand and grow, giving new life to the forest. This was all going on in his mind, however what was on the outside was somewhat the same. The manβs chakra was flowing through his body and holding at different tenketsu in his body. This was the physical representation of the creatures and plants that he was taking care of. Saiko was able to do this while remaining in his peaceful realm. Eventually he would make his way to the center of the crystalline forest and take a seat next to the pond. From his pocket he would produce a sack of pellets. The bag would be opened and Saiko would take some pellets out, tossing them into the pool to feed the fishes. At some point, Saiko wanted to take this place and make it into a reality however, he wanted to make it at his home village when they would eventually take it back. For now, this would do for him as he sat and fed the fishes. A smile crept along Saikoβs face as he watched the fish eat. It was then that he heard a noise that took him out of his quiet place.
The manβs eye opened once again as a nurse came into the room. βIβll mediate more later.β Saiko thought to himself as he watched the nurse go about her business. A few moments would pass of him watching before he would stand up and form a handseal. Once the handseal was formed a wooden clone would come out of Saiko and sit down. βIβll be back.β Saiko said to both the nurse and his clone. With both hands in his pockets, the boy would leave the room and subsequently the hospital.

Saiko went into the hospital and almost immediately went to work. The man approached the front desk and asked for a patient manifest. The nurse produced one for him and he went to the first person on his list. Saiko had long worked his way to the more serious cases. The one he was currently reading was a man who was working along the fissure in the middle of the island and fell. Saiko placed the board down as he walked into the room. He would immediately roll up his sleeves and wash his hands before approaching the man. Saikoβs hands would go over the man and within a few seconds, Saiko had a diagnosis. Based on the technique, Saiko was able to see that the man had a broken arm, collapsed lung, and some other internal injuries. With the diagnosis complete, Saiko began placing the items in order of least to most important. Obviously, he needed to start with the collapsed lung as that was the most important. His hands went over to the lung and started to radiate the healing chakra that was common to a medical ninja. It would take a moment for the tissue to heal before Saiko would attach the man to a machine to inflate the lung again, soon enough the man would be breathing on his own.
With the lung back to working function, Saiko was able to change his focus onto the other injuries that the man had sustained. The man would move onto the other internal injuries as those could easily become a bigger problem in the long run. His hands hovered over the manβs body and moved to different areas of the body. It was the stomach and chest cavity that Saiko was most worried about. The same healing chakra was expelled from Saikoβs hands to heal the different internal injuries. Saiko knew that these wounds would be able to be healed without a problem with the help of the Eseijutsu that he was performing. The main thing was taking the time to go from injury to injury and giving each the proper time to heal so that the man wouldnβt have a problem further in the future. It was easy to admit that Saiko somewhat preferred healing people to make them strong again than fighting. The man had fought for years so, it was nice to get away from it occasionally. However, he knew his job as a shinobi was to fight and would keep fighting until he released his final breath. As Saiko thought, he came to the realization that the manβs internal injuries were completely patched up.
The easiest part was next as the broken arm generally wasnβt something to hard to take care of. However, it did take a particular touch to make sure that the arm healed back to its normal position, so it would have its full range of motion still. With that in mind Saiko went to the supply case in the room and pulled out what was practically a splint. He would then approach the man once gain with the splint in hand. Saiko was careful about moving the manβs arm as he put the splint on as to not cause him any more harm then needed. A few groans would come from the man as Saiko moved the arm into the splint and used the splint to hold the arm still. However, once the splint was in place, the manβs protesting came to a silence. With everything in place, Saiko would be able to move on to healing the manβs bones. It was really too bad the man wasnβt a Kaguya as he likely would have been able to do this himself. However, this wasnβt the case and Saiko needed to fix it for him. He took a breath as he moved his hands over the arm and began to connect the bone back together. As he did so, his mind wandered to that of Nari. The man died of a disease that many could not fix. Saiko couldnβt fix it at the time. Saiko sighed softly as he thought of the man that gave his life to be the Jinchuuriki of Choumei. Who knew where Choumei was now and what it was doing. Based on his conversation earlier, it seemed Saiko would be hunting it down soon enough. Someone was going to have to make the sacrifice again and be a Jinchuuriki. Again, he had thought so much the healing process that Saiko barely noticed the time that had passed. It seemed that the man was back to tip top shape. With that patient finished, Saiko washed his hands and left the room to go to his next patient.
The next patient was only a few doors down from the last so, Saiko didnβt have to walk that far. The man went into the room, reading what had happened. The next case was a lot more delicate and was unfortunately not going to be able to be healed by some ninja magic. Well, at least for the most part. The man had his appendix burst so there was much to be done. Saiko went to the sink and washed his hands, putting on some gloves. The man then went over to the table and made sure it had all the supplies he needed. With that confirmed he was able to move onto starting the procedure. Saiko took a scalpel off the table and with a surgeonβs hand, made the first and hopefully only incision he needed to make. As the incision was made, some liquid spilled out of the cavity which was quickly cleaned up by the nurse. Saiko placed his scalpel back to the side and brought out the special clamps that were needed to close off the appendix to prevent the infection from spreading into the outside. The man then carefully placed the clamps onto the appendix, effectively closing it off from both sides. Once that was done, he picked his scalpel up and a set of tweezers. The tweezers were used to hold the appendix as he cut it free from the intestine. Once it was cut, Saiko was able to take the appendix completely out. Saiko placed the appendix in a bowl that was waiting for that exact purpose and put his tools back on the table. Now all he had to do was heal the incision back up. The man brought both of his hands up to the cut and used medical ninjutsu to heal it back. Another job well done. It was time for Saiko to move on once again.
The next patient that was brought to Saikoβs attention was more of an emergency than those on his list. The man was barely walking out of the room when he was grabbed by a nurse. He was told that they needed his help. So, Saiko followed along with the nurse to the next person. It was a miner who had set an explosive but, didnβt get far away enough it seemed. There was shrapnel scattered throughout his body and Saiko assumed that there would be internal injuries as well. Saiko washed his hands and immediately got to work. He started by using his technique to diagnose the man, specifically looking for internal hemorrhaging and anything of that nature. As Saiko had suspected the man did have internal injuries all throughout his body. The man took a breath as he wiped the sweat off his forehead. He needed to begin as quick as possible. Unfortunately, because of the shrapnel, Saiko couldnβt just immediately start healing using Eseijutsu on the man. Instead he needed to take the shrapnel out first. Saiko grabbed a pair of tweezers and immediately got to work. The focus was on the manβs chest cavity as that seemed to have taken the brunt of the shrapnel. Not only that but, that was where most of the internal injuries were so, it was important to get the shrapnel out, so he could move onto those. It was certainly taking more time than Saiko would have liked but, he had to be careful as to not make the wounds worse by just tearing the pieces of metal out.
Minutes would pass like hours as Saiko continued to take the shrapnel out of the man. It was a delicate process but, after some time he was able to get all of it out of the manβs chest. Now that the shrapnel was out, he could move onto fixing the inside of the manβs chest. His ribs were broken and there was major bruising all throughout the organs. Saiko placed the tweezers to the side and brought his hands over the manβs chest. Once they were in place, he started to pulse chakra through the manβs chest. This chakra was specifically focused on healing the organs to try and prevent them from failing. Saiko had to keep an extreme focus as he did so as he didnβt have anytime to mess up. The healing chakra moved around the manβs chest, steadily fixing the organs and tissue. At the same time, the open wounds that were on the outside of his chest were being fixed as well. However, it then came to fix the bones. The ligament holding the bones had been healed in the previous process so, he didnβt need to worry about that. Saiko changed the chakra he was using to focus on the bones that were broken. This would take time as he was healing multiple bones at the same time, so his chakra was slightly more spread out than when he would focus on one bone at a time. It was lucky that the man was unconscious for most of this as it would be painful all throughout the process. However, over time the bones would be healed.
Now that the manβs life-threatening wounds were taken care of. Saiko could move onto the rest of the body. Specifically, the shrapnel that was scattered over the rest of his body. The man picked up his tweezers again and got to work. The process for taking out the shrapnel was the same as before. But, as before it took time to get every piece out without causing more bodily harm. Plink, plink, plink. The noise would ring out across the room as Saiko took pieces of metal out of the man and placed them in the metal bowl. It was dead silent in the room as he focused. After a while, Saiko got the rest of the metal pieces out of the man and sighed deeply. The man was almost done, and this patient had taken so much time already. The man placed his tweezers to the side and began healing the open wounds that were spread out across the manβs body. As always, Saiko was using eseijutsu to spread healing chakra around the wounds and close them. There were many wounds so, it would take Saiko a while to make sure all of them were completely healed up. Eventually, all the wounds would be healed, and the patient would be able to rest and complete the healing process on his own. Saiko had to move on to the next patient as was his duty.
The man walked into the next room. Saikoβs list of patients had quickly dwindled over the time that he had been helping around. The list only contained a couple more patients. Once he helped them, he would go back to the academy and train more. Another hospital door would swing open as Saiko stepped through. The man was surprised to find a child sitting in the hospital bed. βAre you the doctor?β The little boy said as he clutched to a teddy bear. βYes I am.β Saiko said to the boy as he went over to the side of the bed, placing his board down. The man smiled at both the mother and the boy. βIβm just going to see whatβs wrong.β Saiko would say as he hovered his hands over the boy, moving them around to diagnose him. Within seconds he had a description of what was wrong with the boy. It seemed he had fractured his leg, when asked the mother told Saiko that the boy was playing and fell. βWell, no worries itβs an easy fix.β Saiko would say as he grabbed some wrap. The man would then wrap the boyβs leg to hold it in place. Once the wrap was set, he moved his hands over the fractured part of the leg and started to pulse the classic green chakra into the boyβs leg. This came with a giggle from the boy as he healed the leg. After sometime, the leg would be back to normal and Saiko would take the wrap off the boyβs leg. βThere ya go. All better.β The man would say as he tussled the boyβs hair, soon after leaving the room.
There was only one patient left on Saikoβs list, so he quickly made his way into the room. There was a girl sitting in the bed of approximately 18 years of age. Her entire head was covered in gauze. The man brought up to his board to get a description. There was yet to be a diagnosis which was normal as Saiko could do it in seconds so, there was no point in having someone else do it. Saiko was quick to start as he placed the board down and approached the girl, announcing his approach as to not scare her. There was no response from the girl so he continued his approach. Once he was close enough he started the diagnosis, talking to the parents as he did so. They reported to him that she was in a wrestling match and had fallen. When she fell she smacked her head against a metal pole, forcing her into a coma. The diagnosis came back with practically what the parents had told him. The girl had a concussion and was currently in a coma because of said concussion. However, there was more to it than that. The girl had fractured her skull and hemorrhaged the brain in the process. She was lucky to be alive still and Saiko had to keep her that way. Well, he didnβt have to, it was just preferable to everyone. The man asked the parents to leave the room and began to work, whether the parents decided to stay or not. Saiko immediately began on the hemorrhaging of the brain. His hands moved to the girlβs head and radiated green. His chakra moved directly to where the brain was bleeding and started to repair the damage to the head. Saiko wanted to stop the bleeding but, he had to worry about the blood loose in the head next. For now, the focus was completely on the bleeding. After some time the bleeding had come to a stop.
Once the bleeding had been stopped, Saiko had to move onto to getting the blood out of the girlβs head. The man didnβt want to have to cut open her skull as that was a dangerous procedure that could easily result in death. With her current condition, Saiko wasnβt willing to do it. However, he had a technique for such a thing. The man grabbed a bowl and filled it with water. Once it was filled with water he brought it back to the girl and set it down on the table next to her. Both of his hands hovered over the water, slowing rising upwards. The water would raise upward in a slope as Saiko did this, slowly becoming a ball of water. The man then slowly brought the ball of water over to the girlβs head and slowly placed it over her head. Inside the water was little mosquitos made of water. These mosquitos would push in and slowly absorb the blood from the girlβs head. Normally this technique was used for poison but, Saiko figured it would work the same. Some time would pass, the ball of water turning red as the blood was absorbed into it. Once all of the blood was absorbed, Saiko would move the ball back to the bowl and release the jutsu, the blood and water going into the bowl. The man reached up and wiped his forehead off before moving on to the next part. The skull was still fractured and needed to be repaired. Saiko brought his hands up and started to radiate green chakra from them. This time it was focused on healing the girlβs bone structure that surrounded her brain. The man spent a long amount time doing this as he had to be extremely careful. However, it seemed Saiko had done a good job and the entire surgery had gone well. The man smiled and unwrapped the girlβs head. She was still asleep and would likely be so for a little while. However, he allowed the parents in and showed them that she was much better and would survive. Once he was done he washed off his hands and left the hospital.

Chie arrived to the hospital with Tetsuhiko in hand. Her ninjutsu faded as she walked through the emergency entrance doors. Medical staff rushed off to her as she fell to the ground because of the nearly impossible weight of the iron sand puppeteer. "Ma'am is this man human?" The doctors asked as three of them moved together to help Chie lift Tetsuhiko onto an operation table. The thin contraption caved a bit at the weight, but the four of them were able to roll forward. "He was at least some point. I don't know how much of him is still human, but he's got a chakra network, so there has to be something we can do." Chie said. Her exhausted body moved with the table until the doctors forced her to hang back. Chie nodded as she then moved to into the waiting area and took a seat. She didn't know what to expect. For the past several months Tetsuhiko has bragged about being an immortal god. Now the damned puppeteer is unconscious without anyone being able to awaken him. She needed him to recover. Even if he was annoying at times, she could not deny his serious finesse and talents as a shinobi.

__ The doctors and nurses toiled away at Tetsuhiko's unorthodox iron puppet body for some time. They were forced to call in a chakra expert on their staff of doctors to detect whatever disturbances were going on. Eventually, a nurse waved in Chie and the doctor would approach her with his written notes. "It took us a while to figure it out, but he's going to live, or, well, you know what I mean. His chakra reserves are dangerously low, but restoring properly. So that's the good news." The doctor anxiously twiddled with the pen in his hand before continuing. "The bad news is that it appears that he was struck by some kind of chakra-based attack. That attack fundamentally disrupted the chakra network originating from a canister of sorts in his chest. We used our healing chakra to unblock the chakra that was blocking up his system, but his body may react differently when it molds chakra than it otherwise would have. This change could be permanent, whatever it is." The doctors and nurses had more questions than answers themselves at this point. "He should be waking up soon, you can go see him and you two should be on your way soon." The doctor then took his leave as the nurses cleared out. Tetsuhiko seemed a lot more stabilized now.
The puppets eyes opened wide as he looked around the hospital room and down on himself as he laid on top of a bed. They had moved him from the operating table to a bad to rest, not that it mattered to him. The marionette was completely shocked as he looked around. "A hospital?!" He felt delerious as he came to. "Mortality!" A sense of fear kicked in at this point as he felt himself trembling. He looked up and saw Chie on the other side of the room. "What happened?! I don't remember anything after we beat Archie." Tetsuhiko spoke with a tremendous tone of panic.

Chie bowed as she listened to the report. She was afraid of the implications of the results. Would Tetsuhiko be alright? She moved into Tetsuhiko's room as he was still asleep. When he awoke he appeared to be in a panic. Chie rushed to his side and grabbed his puppet hand. "You're okay. Breathe." Chie said as she performed the slow inhale / exhale process she wished for Tetsuhiko to mirror. She honestly didn't even know if Tetsuhiko needed to breath on account of him being a puppet, but psychological the process of deep breathing had to have some sort of calming effects. "We beat Archie, and then we cleaned up the lake. Some jerk got a sniping shot on you while we had our guard down. I wasn't able to see who it was, but I got you to a hospital as fast as possible." Chie decided to wait a moment to see how Tetsuhiko processed that information. She didn't want for him to act too erratic. Once she was sure that he was calm she would elaborate the reports the nurse provided.

__ Tetsuhiko eventually calmed down with Chie's help. The breathing technique did work to put his mind on something else. He had a deep fear of his own mortality and limitations in light of what he had seen in the crumbling of his old home and the loss of his family. Those tramatic events were what caused him to pursue immortality to begin with. "A sniper shot?" Tetsuhiko pondered with a strong feeling of disturbance. He had never felt so vulnerable in the past five years since he had arisen to godhood. "So a sniper hit me. I was already low on chakra and it must've messed with my chakra network." Tetsuhiko speculated as he looked up at the ceiling in emotional anguish. He looked back at Chie before he continued. "I may be a god, but I still need chakra to fight. Chakra is a finite resource in us all, even the tailed beasts." Tesuhiko wanted to find a better way to gather his words and elaborate with a more articulate explanation. "You can punch me and I won't feel it, you can poison me and it won't hurt me." He then grabbed her hand that held his own and placed it on his chest. "You can even stab me in the chest with a sword and it won't kill me, but if you find a way to mess with my chakra then that causes some big problems." He then let go of her hand once his point was made. "Thank you for bringing me here." Tetsuhiko voice was, for once, filled with the absolute brim with gratitude and trust. "Anyway, we need to find a way to bring justice to that brute who shot me. It's likely that they're working with Team Aqua in some way. But where to begin?" The Iron Prince asked Chie in the hopes that she would have her own ideas.

Chie listened to Tetsuhiko explained how the whole human puppet thing worked. So his body was mostly impervious to physical damage. That didn't mean that his chakra network was immune. That's what the nurse said as well. Chie wondered if the boy was more susceptible to genjutsu or if his tolerance was the same as a normal human's. Regardless, she needed to catch him up on speed now. "Before you go anywhere speedwagon, there's something you should know." Chie said as she let go of the boy's grasp. "The nurse said that the damage to your chakra network may have altered your ability to mold chakra. She's not sure if there's any damage or if there is damage and if it will be permanent." Chie took a deep breath. "I think we should rest here before we go off. Check your ability to mold chakra and then return with a plan of attack." She stated.

__ Tetsuhiko raised his eyebrows at the prospect that the shot permanently damaged his ability to mold chakra. He began forming handsigns and focused his chakra and saw electrical sparks on his fingers. "Well, at least that's normal." He thought as he experimented a bunch of times with chakra flow while meditating in an upright seated position on his bed. Sill, he could not help but feel different in some way. "Wait..." He opened his mouth and played a tune from the iron organ within his chest as he did earlier to mold chakra. For some reason, he could not do it. He kept playing different melodies and he simply could not mold his chakra with the music. That was an ability he had ever since his academy days when he used his violin to practice the substitution and water walking techniques instead of hand signs. "NOOOOOO!" Tetsuhiko screamed at the top of his lungs before dramatically rolling off of his bed and pounding his hands on the floor in an absolutely manic tantrum. "I can't mold chakra with music anymore!" Tetsuhiko was absolutely devastated as he picked himself back up and fell on his bed in despair. "They damaged my art, my ability to perform glorious ninjutsu or genjutsu out of sublime melodies..." Tetsuhiko then rose from the bed with a twistedly angry expression on his face. "They're so dead!" He writhed with ire and rage. His entire purpose in life was to fight with beauty and grace and now that was limited.

Chie covered her ears when the organic music played from his chest. Man was that nose weird. She sighed as it appeared as though the damage to his chakra network negated his ability to mold chakra through his instrument. She remained silent while he had his tantrum on the ground. Chie understood that sensation. Her default manner of chakra manipulation were her incantation circles. If someone were to rob them from her, there was no doubt that Chie would be out for blood. With that said, however, she couldn't allow him to kill someone. After all, they were supposed to be better than the people that they fought. At the moment, however, she didn't feel the need to correct him. "We need to go back to the scene and investigate for clues. I suggest we do so tomorrow at the start of dawn." She said with her arms folded. As much as she knew the puppeteer would want to return, their bodies were still severely strained for the effort of the match that they were a part of. The two would need a solid night of rest in order to be able to counter someone who was able to do so much damage with only one attack.

He then sat in the hospital thread and began sketching in his notepad to pass the time. The next morning, Tetsuhiko stood up and checked out of the hospital with Chie. "Time to go." Tetsuhiko then ran out of the hospital with a wrathful disposition.

Tetsuhiko would find himself blocked by the shadow at the door. Connected at the feet of the shadow was the familiar black robed Uchiha, Masato. His eyes had receded their Mangekyo abilities, leaving only his normal black eyes. His eyes shifted between Tetsuhiko and the woman. They appeared to be moving somewhere with quite the purpose. " I came to see what the delay was. Has something happened?" Masato asked plainly. The group should have been setting out to pursue the tailed beasts by now. Instead, here they were. Divided and en route to another mission. The light haired woman was another sight. Masato would hardly give her a glance for now, his attention on Tetsuhiko.

Chie raised an eyebrow when Tetsuhiko suggested that she sleep in his bed. This had to be the laziest attempt anyone has ever done in trying to get her into the sheets. However, Chie could tell that the boy still had his aggression focused on the man who tainted his chakra network. Chie felt like he wasn't just trying to use this as a means of having quick sex. Not to mention, wouldn't he be like a ken doll anyway? He is a human puppet. Chie decided to go on the hunch that this was on the up and up and ready herself for sleep. She borrowed a hospital gown to sleep in as well as basic hygiene products to take care of herself. When Tetsuhiko finished Chie didn't even have the chance to get out of bed. She could tell that the passing of the day did nothing to ease his temperament. Nonetheless, Chie dressed herself with the now vacant room and moved toward the hospital exit.
Upon reaching the destination, Chie observed the black robed man who halted Tetsuhiko. This was someone the puppeteer clearly knew. 'Another former Suna ninja then.' She thought. If he was as powerful as Tetsuhiko then Chie could use it as a gauge of what kind of training goes into Sunagakure. Her arms folded in front of her chest as the man looked toward her. She wasn't sure yet to make of this man. His appearance looked informal, but balanced. He didn't look like a barbarian but he also had the muscle mass of a clear taijutsu ninja. Overall, she felt as though he needed more color in his life. Perhaps some green? Whatever, she would remain silent until introduced by the puppeteer.

__ Before Tetsuhiko could embark on his quest for retribution he bumped into Masato. He supposed Masato of all people could handle the force of a six hundred pound man of metal colliding with him at low speed. "Masato! Your timing couldn't be better actually. I need an angel of vengeance." Tetsuhiko's voice was theatrically filled with ire. "Some dotard decided to snipe me with a technique that sullied my chakra network. Now I can't mold chakra like I used to and I'm enraged. I need to find whoever did that to me and strike them with my godly force." His anger had slowly boiled overnight and now was the time for righteous action. "I suspect it's probably someone with Team Aqua. We defeated Archie and his goons in their latest attempt to flood the village and that was when they knocked me out." In his rant he almost forgot to introduce Chie. "Oh, this is Chie by the way. She's helping me run missions and rushed me to the hospital." He waved his hands towards her in such a way to indicate a big reveal.

He would say, nodding out of respect, a gesture unseen of Masato prior to his years with his Master. " I'll follow your lead."
