Battlefield campaign

So I've been thinking of starting up a battlefield campaign but I'm not to good at making map mostly because I can't to well anybody got some adivce for me.

there was a surprisingly good editor that made good tile based maps. can't remember it, but you'd be intrested in that, plus not all maps have to be detailed. If it's a simple this is woods, this is cover, this is where a bunch of catapults are raining death from above are, I think most people would be satisfied.

it's on the net, but I can't remember the name, It also had dice macros and such.
