Seeing the hedgehog move as fast as he did caught the black furred mercenary off guard, he had expected some type of flight ability or something due to him being on the roof of the manor. Hearing him talk he got annoyed by how little the intruder took him, and was about to knock the intruder out when he heard him talk about his fridge. He only realized who this guy was by the stories he has been told of Carrie’s old team.
Watching him go he slowly followed the hedgehog back into the house. Following him he saw the noise and trouble he was causing, and only sighed at how stupid this being was. “Elvora was right, he really was the dumb one of the group.” Following the guy downstairs he was able to catch the conversation and saw the situation first hand on what just happened, or almost happened as Elvora stopped it in time. Hitting the switching that was near the door of the kitchen, he sighed as he really started to hate the people Carrie used to know. “You were about to shoot the head of an old ally of yours Carrie, one you used to call Damage, or is this one Domain? As you both have told me they do look very similar to one another.” walking to Elvora’s side he saw that this hedgehog seemed more…’feral’ then what the description these two have given him before. “Now why would you do all this? Instead of using the front door? You have not only woken the children from their rest, but you have also caused the misses here to get quiet cross with you. And trust me you don’t like her when she gets like this, but I’m sure you already know that.” Hearing noise come from behind him, he can only tell who was behind him, or whom as he knows both of them are there. “And you two, off to bed, I’m sure Elvora already told you two to stay in the room.” Referring to the twins he’s been protecting for years, he knows that curiosity has often led to them trouble one more than one occasion and he knows that this is no exception.

Aura and Shiro had been peeking from the top floor banister like two little night owls, watching the chaos that had unraveled from the noises they heard. Hearing Kalik's warning tone, the two dashed off back to their room without another glance.
"You lost control for a minute Carrie. I'm not sure why or how either." Elvora explained, her expression grim. "I think it's about time you vacationed a bit and go to your apartment within Nocturnal. You need time to clear your head, and even your emotions out. Being here in Crisis has taken a toll on you."
Carrie frowned, sighing as she slipped the safety back onto the revolver before putting it away. ". . .You're right." she frowned, looking at her dark twin. "I have no idea how or why I lost myself in that split moment. . ."
"There must be an imbalance of darkness, and from you and Silver fighting you allowed it to throw you out of whack. You need to clear your head otherwise we'll have an issue again. Think about your children Carrie. You don't want them to end up like you from a few years ago." Elvora warned. "I want your bags packed and ready to go come morning and I don't-"
"There's a problem with that though Elvora. I got an email from Mendo about Weirdo's anniversary is coming up."
". . .What? You're kidding me."
Carrie shook her head. "No. I'm not kidding you." she answered. "I can't be gone long, but I will take a lightweight duffel bag for now and head out for the night. A couple of days will be enough for me to clear my mind so I'm in better health. Meanwhile, I ask a favor."
"Which is?" Elvora prompted.
". . .Knock some sense into Silver for me." Carrie said, looking down the hallway to Silver, who seemed to still be in a daze as he slowly approached the group. She shook her head and turned her back, making her way to the flight of stairs. "He seems to be in "la la land" these days. He needs to get his priorities straight and I don't give a damn on what you use in order to make him wake up on what he's been doing to this family."

"That's okay Kelico. I'm sure we'll be able to earn it back in no time." Blaze said, smiling a bit. "Though it kind of makes me wonder on what Carrie has been-"
Before she could finish her sentence, Blaze's phone began to ring. Pulling it out of her backpack again, she checked the caller ID and noticed it was her friend's number on the screen.
Talk about coincidence.
Sighing a bit, Blaze answered her phone her expression grim. "Hey Alura. I wasn't expecting a call from you."
"Because of it being late where I am? Yeah, I know. But I'm actually leaving Crisis tonight and I'm heading to my apartment in Nocturnal. Elvora's orders." Carrie explained on the other end. "I. . .something. . .strange, happened to me. Somehow Damage showed up here and wrecked havoc on my sleeping household and doesn't even remember anything."
"That doesn't seem strange to me though." Blaze frowned.
". . .That's not the strange part though Blaze. When he did cause the havoc, something. . .triggered within me. I'm not sure what it was, but I lost control tonight and nearly put a bullet in his head."
"Hold on. . .what?!" Blaze exclaimed.
"Look, it's a long story. I'm not sure how it even happened. I'm sure you and Kelico are trying to find a way back, but if possible, I need you to meet me in Nocturnal. Cosmar Vesnic is possible. I'll talk to you then."
The phone then disconnected.
Blaze sighed, putting her phone away. This was turning into a strange day after all.

Aura and Shiro chuckled quietly as they watched the mercenary pass by them several times. They hid out of view on top of a cabinet, and it was the only spot where they couldn't be found.
However, as soon as they heard the sound of the front door opening, the twins quickly scurried down from their hiding spot to the sounds of their mother saying, "I'm home!"
Carrie sighed as she closed the door behind her, dropping her bag onto the floor by the bench. She didn't expect the inclimate weather, and she was drenched from head to foot. She had some time to recuperate, but now it was time to get back to business. Her vacation time off work was starting to come to an end, and eventually she would have to go back.
"Feeling any better?"
Carrie looked over to the stairwell, seeing Elvora walking down it. With a sigh, she tossed her coat over to her identical other, who catches it with ease.
"A little bit. Where are the twins?" Carrie responds, crossing her arms,
"Causing trouble as usual. They seem to like to mess with Kalik a lot, so they decided to take off with one of your books and are now playing a round of hide and seek. It seems they never tire of it," Elvora sighs, all the while chuckling slightly.
"That's my kids for you. Always hyper and energetic." Carrie says with a slight smile.
"Mommyyyyyyy!!!!!"
Shiro and Aura come barreling down the hallway at the sight of their mother being home. With laughter and excitement, they tackle her playfully while dropping her book onto the ground forgotten,
"We missed you mommy!" Aura chirped, her eyes twinkling.
"I missed you guys too." Carrie chuckles.
Elvora sighed again, picking up Carrie's sodden travel bag off of the ground, throwing that and her coat down the laundry Shute. "We'll talk once you're settled in again. Spend some time with your kids for a bit and then come and see me. I'll be waiting in your study." She says before taking her leave.

Blaze stretched her arms over her head, having just woken up after her long trip to the meeting point where soon she will meet everyone else. The other night she met Carrie in Nocturnal, the news that was relayed still making her on edge. . .
Walking into the crowded club of cosmar Vesnic was always a bit unnerving to Blaze. She didn't feel comfortable with the pounding music and the constant drunks and people on ecstasy. Why Carrie preferred this place was beyond her.
"The quicker we meet her the quicker we can get out of this dark hell hole. I hate it here just as much as you do." Kelico said, as if he was able to read her thoughts.
As they headed to the sitting area, they spotted her right away. The dark demeanor, the dark circles around her eyes from all of those sleepless nights. Blaze knew that silver was starting to take a toll on her. Upon approaching the private booth, Carrie looked up to see them both standing there.
"Glad you could make it. Please, have a seat." Carrie said, waving over to the empty space.
Blaze and Kelico sat down across from her, worry marred on their faces.
"I'm surprised you even called us here this late Carrie. You know being out late is dangerous, especially in a dreary place like this." Kelico said, crossing his arms.
"Well, there wasn't another time I could meet you guys. It had to be now." Carrie frowned.
"It's fine, just tell me what exactly happened Carrie. I know you were telling me over the phone, but you really need to start explaining the whole story." Blaze said, her expression grim.
". . .I can't remember much sadly. I do remember rushing through the window after hearing a noise outside. After that, everything seemed to blur and I found myself slipping from control. I black out, and when I finally regain myself I'm in my house with a gun pointed at damage with the safety off it." Carrie explained, sighing.
"In chaos' name. . .you don't mean. . ." Kelico whispered hoarsely.
"Exactly what I mean. Blaze. . .kelico. . .i think the darkness isn't gone and is slowly building up again. I could become a fallen again against my own free will." Carrie finished.
The rest of the night was a blur to Blaze, and as she got out of bed, the constant thought of the darkness possibly returning didn't bode well. Was it coincidence? Or was Carrie making false premonitions again? The stress did look like it got to her. Blaze only sighs as she opens the curtains of the hotel room to let what light was out there in.
