I haven't really been active on Gaia for a while but I used to be on the SCA guild a lot both with this account and some others. I've met some great people here, including some I later had the pleasure of meeting at war. I'm hoping some of those online and in-person friendships will come through for me now.

I designed this tee as part of an IndieGoGo campaign to raise money for mundane medical training. I don't have a lot of family I can go to, and my credit is messed up thanks to medical bills from a car accident on the way home from Estrella when I was a teenager. FYI, black ice hits like a truck. Also, trucks hit like trucks. Anyway, I'm reaching out to my community to find a solution.
As of this writing, I'm about 20% funded. Why should you help? Well, aside from making sure there's one more doctor who won't give your husband dirty looks when you show up covered in bruises, you get sweet loot! The aforementioned Chiurgeon-Crusade Tee is unique to this campaign, based on a 14th century manuscript with a few... additions. Awesome for SCA chiurgeons and mundane medical professionals, or anybody who wants to laugh at doctors. And who doesn't?
