All you have to do is post your idea, and the rest of the guild {hopefully} will vote! The top three will earn special prizes!

First Place: A past Monthly Collectable {OMG NO WAI!}

Second Place: A nice item and some shiny gold! {WOOAAAHH!}

Third Place: A gorgeous pile of gold! {FAR OUT!}

There are many sites that specialize in banner making, also Photobucket has an editing tool if you have an account. xXBisexualFlanXx has some expirience so ask her. She made the banners that are on my signature and the ones on our main page
