Ace's head twitched in Melissa's direction, as if he was mentally arguing over whether to run, or to fight. "You never said that there was a half-blood..." Ace spat.
"Ace, relax, she's not gonna hurt us, I trust her."
"Yeah, and that's a problem. You trust people too easily." He snarled, keeping Melissa in his sights.
"Oh, be quiet, Ace. It's not like you haven't made mistakes." Flaire pouted.
"Flaire, I do make mistakes, but I learn from them. You, on the other hand, don't. Someone pushes you into a cage, and you trust the next idiot that does the same."

"melissa!" magnolia snapped. "knock it off, amber isnt here right now, save your anger and take it out on her" she growled. "ace calm down, melissa is harmless, dont mind her"

Ace said nothing, but his eyes were tight with disgust as his nose involuntarily scrunched up. Erasers... Not good at all, half of nothing is still nothing... Ace thought bitterly, staring at Melissa in his peripheral vision.
"Ace," Flaire hedged, "You aren't gonna be all psycho again are you?"
Ace sighed, "You said you weren't going to talk about that anymore..." It sounded almost like whining.

magnolia tilted her head to the side, 'wheres sun?' she thought

"Psycho...?" she murmured to herself, thoughtful. Rasberry wondered what that word meant. She shrugged and laughed. I like them already!

Ace sighed, and relaxed slightly. His eyes darkened in his anger, and Ace opened his mouth, as if to speak, but closed it. He pursed his lips and glared at Melissa. I don't care if you are harmless, you're still an Eraser.
Almost in retaliation to Ace's thoughts, Flaire made an irritated noise but still smiled. She walked over to Melissa, "I know you won't hurt us. I have a feeling that you wouldn't." Flaire smiled warmly.

"uh why dont you guys come in, melissa try n cool off kay?"

Ace nodded slightly, walked warily towards Flaire, obviously irked by having to be so close to Melissa, and dragged Flaire by her wrist.
Flaire whined but didn't struggle. She knew that Ace was mad and she didn't want to be the one to get it.

Rasberry followed them, excited.

Cherry walked back in slowly and sat down on the couch, took the remote, and started to flip through channels.

magnolia came in too, hoping amber wouldnt go off.

amber sat in the kitchen eating her apple when she heard peoples walk in. "hey guys, is it jjust me or-" she cut off seeing the boy and girl, "whos that?" she asked magnolia

Rasberry answered, not realizing Amber asked Magnolia. She pointed to the girl. "That's Flaire." Then she pointed to the boy. "And that's Ace." Rasberry grinned.

Cherry looked over at them, and then turned her attention back to the T.V.

Ace nodded his head in greeting, "Hey." He frowned slightly when his eyes, much to his distaste, displayed stripes of green, blue, black, and brown. He sighed softly.
Flaire tilted her head at Ace, then grinned at Amber. "Yep, it's nice to meet you; you already know my name, because Rasberry told you, but, yeah, my name's Flaire. Ace's my brother."

"yea ok whatever, is melissa still out there sulking?" she asked completely forgetting the new arivals.

"ignore her, she can be a hard a** sometimes" magnolia told the two

Rasberry looked at Magnolia, not knowing what 'a**' meant. She shrugged and looked at Cherry meaningfully. When Cherry ignored her and pretended not to notice, Rasberry coughed loudly. She scooted toward Cherry and asked quietly, "What's an a**?"

Cherry sighed and answered, "It's a donkey..."
