New Poem!

Why must I...


Why must I be a fool,
Who walks a path of doom,
Trying to escape the truth,
Of Lonliness and gloom.

Why must I suffer pain,
From deep within my heart,
A pain I could barely handle,
From the very start.

Why must I be alone,
And bare the weight of it all,
Forced to struggle on,
Forced down to a crawl.

Why must i have Feelings,
That tear me in two,
Such confusion that leaves me,
Not knowing what to do.

Why must I love her,
With such unbridled passion,
That my love seems to be conveyed,
Through my every action.

Why?

I'm a fool for many reasons,
But thats part of being human,
This pain is of my own accord,
And will surely happen again,
I'm alone because of the pain,
That I need to work out,
I Have these mixed feelings,
Because I'm shrouded in doubt.

But loving her,
Confuses me so,
For I have no reasons,
So I do not know,
But she's become my world,
And stolen my heart,
So Why do I feel these things?
...Because we are too far apart...

Second new poem

For Her...
I feel it in my heart,
And deep within my soul,
An undenyable wanting,
An urge i can't control,
It comes to me in my dreams,
Be it day or night,
And alas when I awake,
The pain is hard to fight,
And I'd do anything to stop,
The pain that comes alive,
But I'd never give it up,
Without it I couldnt surivive,
So I live with it's pain,
It gets harder each day,
And it will not stop,
Untill I'm very far away,
And soon it will come the day,
When I can leave this place and go,
To seek out the cause of this pain,
And find the one I know,
The one whos knows me best,
Who can't stand to be apart,
The one who can make me smile,
The one who stole my heart,
For she's the reason for my being,
And for her I would die,
I'd give anything to stop,
A single tear from reaching her eye,
And I know that if I die,
And was reborn then,
I'd end up falling,
For her again,
For she has the power,
To pass right by,
And still my beating heart,
By catching my eye,
How I wish to hold her,
To always have her near,
To share with her a sunrise,
But sadly I'm stuck here,
I wish her nothing but happiness,
For her to always smile,
For always and forever,
Not just a little while,

And if I had to chose,
Between breathing and loving her,
I know what I'd do,

Id draw my last breath and say,
"Sammy, I love you..."

Sweet...I'm having issues in this subject though, so I'm going to refrain from making a comment on this due to bias.

I gaze off into the night,
And wonder where you are,
Are you happy, Are you Safe,
Have you healed your scars,
The stars shine ever so bright,
And as their light shines on me,
I wonder If we share the same sky,
Do we share the same destiny?

I walk the shore of a lake,
And toss a few rocks out,
As I watch them break the calm,
Thoughts of you break out,
I wonder now as I wondered then,
If you are content,
I ponder what our friendship means,
And what every word you said meant.

It is in this moment I stop and smile,
For I remembered all the things,
The things that make me fall for you,
No matter what fate brings,
I know that in my heart you'll always stay,
And for you I'd given even my soul,
My feelings for you shall never falter,
And your happiness is my goal,
If there is only one thing in this world,
One fact that always rings true,
It is the fact that Ill always be here,
To say "I love you"
