We're a Subaru family. My '92 wagon is just over 180K right now and is in great shape, and my old '90 sedan (which is now my brother's) is over 250K and seems to be going strong. I think my dad's '91 is pretty close to 300K, too. My mom's is the newest. She has a '99, so it doesn't have near the miles that the rest do.

My boyfriend and I are buying a 'new' car tomorrow! It's to replace his '87 Toyota Supra which is rusting out. We're getting a 2001 Lexus IS300. It's all black and is very sweet. He's so excited to upgrade!!

Sorry I've been scarce lately. School isn't treating me nicely. At least now that tax season is through I won't be working such long hours...

My old Honda had no A/C and it didn't even have a radio because I was an idiot and lost the faceplate. I used to use a boombox XD

Lol yeah. I even taped songs off the radio onto this cassette tape (remember those?) and I used to play it when commercials or songs I didn't like came on the radio. At the time I had a long drive to school from Tigard to Gresham, and usually early, so I needed my tunes D:

I'm finally back from a fairly eventful weekend...
I tried this introductary scuba diving class at the local YMCA!
It was wonderful and I would really like to try doing it again soon!
The only downside was the fact that my left ear promptly got plugged from the swimming...
I was an idiot and tried cleaning it with Qtips.
So in the end I was screwed with both ears plugged.
The drive to Walgreen's was more nervewracking than any other time I've ever driven! o.o
I never knew I depended on my hearing that much...

School's been a bit of a hassle and I've been getting sick frequently and missing days which I've had to make up[sucks! X(]. So I've got a bit of work to do.

I think I'll try and recruit some people in the forums. ^^ That should help.

Oh, and my license/car stuff has been screwed over. I'm still saving, but it seems that my mom is making me wait 'till fall for driver's ed when I can take it through the school itself. Sucks. -__-

I've been busy, as you have too, I'm sure, but summer's getting closer and closer and when final exams are finally over, I will have a lot more time.(yay runons XD) Although I'll still be busy, I'll be much more active than I am now.

I was wondering if we had a thread in the main Gaia forums advertising for the guild...I kinda started making the code for one...so I'd be glad to post it and maintain it if we don't already have one.

Oh, and about the webbie, Kristal...

I literally haven't been on neo for about 3 months. I'm just losing interest in it. Nothing holds my attention there. I'll go back eventually, I'm sure. But so much has changed, it's just not the site I fell in love with anymore...

But anyway, I'm still active here! And I'm definatly still part of the neo guild of course.

I know what you mean, Jamie. That's part of the reason I left. I just lost interest and it seemed like everything had been overrun with noobs and 12 year olds looking for cyber. =/ And I checked in after many months of being inactive and the site revamp is just awful. And what they've done to the pets. It's just not the same site anymore.

Yay for new cars! I'm finally getting my butt in gear to start actual driver's ed through school this fall. I can't say I'm too excited about taking it through school, but I will be SO happy when I get my license. It'll be great to be free from depending on my driving friends to get around. ;P But I'll also have more responsibilities with siblings. -____- They're all younger than me. XD

School starts soon. D=
