you don't need to mess with something that is used to open a portal to literally HELL.

Sorry to burst your bubble, or anyone else's bubble, but Ouija boards don't open portals to hell, they open portals from limbo, from any of the beyonds. They aren't so dangerous that all you can talk to on them are demons, because demons are the only things that thrive in hell. You can get spirits of souls who have simply lost their way. I have helped spirits find their path from limbo to heaven. It's all a matter of who you seek, and what type of person you are that make spirits get attracted to you. Sometimes you really are playing with fire, attracting hostile spirits, but other times, you're talking with a simple and kind spirit.

I own an Ouija board myself and you have to be extremely careful with them. Lots of kids will go out and buy one thinking that its a toy, or just something to use with the lights out on Halloween, but it can be VERY dangerous. Personally, I never use it without a group of trusted friends around and never in a well used room of the house (bed, living room, dining room, ect.) In the right hands these 'toys' can cause a great deal of damage, both real and harm that is more influential rather than real. If you know how I would recommend using wards when you 'play' with the Ouija board.

Also just a bit of side trivia... did you know that its NOT pronounced Oui-jee. But its actually said just like its spelled, with the words translating to yes-yes. Oui-ja.

It doesn't do anything... It doesn't contact the dead... It doesn't work...

How would I know?

The first reason is I'm an experienced necromancer, I've been a necromancer for six years. I can say for certain that it is not a tool used to talk to the dead.

The second reason is that it works on very simple properties of physics. If you're really interested in how it works, the actual physics behind it aren't hard to look up.
