Vice Captains Positions

The guild needs more Vice Captains to help run it, so I am asking for three guild members to become members of my Vice Captain Staff. Post Here in this format for why you should be a vice captain.
Requirements:
- Be On Daily
-Be Active Member
-Post In Forum's Frequently
- Spend a good ammount of your time recruiting potential members
-Do NOT piss off other guilds for fun, it can backfire on us
- Think Up New Ideas to Help the Guild

Why me: Well i love role play and am very dependable
What I would do: i would become friends with people who take liking to this stuff and convince them to join the guild.
Experience: I was a guild leader once,then was hacked and lost the account.
my ideas to better/expand guild: try making the front page more interesting and use hooks to catch peoples attention
