Bio: Born with a 6th sence, she has been talking to her dead older brother for 6 years until he had to leave for good. afer the frist 2 days alone entirly she went insane. her parent put her in the mental hostpital when she was 4 and she has been there ever since which is all she can remember is her brothers face and thoughs who was so close to her before she was sent to that hell hole 11 years ago.
11 years in confinement, she has already learned to control her own powers but because to lack of humanity she has no control what so ever. Everone and anyone that entered her cell would die due to the lack of air that she takes in ever second. if you manage to past through that she'll melt your skull with in 3 minutes. she might seem cute but she hates anyone who calls her that. since she was in the hostpital for most of her life she hasnt had a good eeducation and has the curiosity of a 5 year old. she talks of one day meet someone to free her from that place....

Bio: Grew up in the bustling city of Tokyo, as he grew up he was sent to a military school at the age of 10 and was put through training until he was 14. After the four years he was to join the family trade, bounty hunting. Most bounty hunting was to find an escaped criminal or suspect and bring them back but kill if needed. This was fairly profitable, he was eventually considered part of the police force and has been part of the bounty hunter branch of the police force ever since. (Some guarding has happened for officials or people who have paid for personal protection.)
Social interaction was very professional, never got much with those of his own peer group. Being in a military grade school, all abilities were practiced to a refined and almost 'perfected' state for what he needs to be done.The normal ones that came from training were increased senses, strength, speed, accuracy and jumping. Others were just being sneaky, using security and mixed martial arts.
Ability: Technopath (control of technology), electricity and metal control has psychic senses (to predict the enemy and fight back, also to use intuition if someone is lying or if they clued to what is happening next).

Personality: Bold, competent, confident, (but not prideful or over confident),strong minded, intelligent, kind, just, merciful, graceful, honest, protective, loyal, trustworthy, practical, independent, quiet, caring slightly lonely and doesn't know real 'kidish' fun. But very careful and prudent about words, an interrogator too, his mind is always on other things than things important. When he considers the math and aerodynamics instead of the fact he is really going to jump and bounce off a wall and then kick someone.
