Before ordering a cosplay, please check to make sure no one has it already. If there is more than one version of a character, please note WHICH form you want.
Posting your form here does NOT assure you are able to get the cosplay! You MUST wait to put in the order until it has been approved. Your post here will be edited when it is checked over. If it is accepted, you may then order your custom. If it is not accepted, please do not whine or complain in thread. Be mature about it. If you want to know why it wasn't accepted, please ask nicely and someone will answer you.
If you ask permission for a cosplay and it is approved, you have 3 weeks to order it from a colorist.
As of right now, Who-chan is the ONLY one allowed to approve/disapprove cosplays.
Also, if you leave Gaia or are inactive for TWO MONTHS, we reserve the right to rehome your pet.

Only main staff can do cosplays, unless otherwise noted by Who-chan. If you are unsure of who is full time, please review the front page post in the main thread. That is usually kept up-to-date as possible. Thank you.
Staff, if you add a cosplay to the approved list, make sure Who-chan says its a cosplay. Do not just add willy-nilly to the list.
