to do so just cover your town in a tiled pattern

(works for the DS one)

If you do that though some things will look out of place, or you wont be able to pick up falling objects (Furniture tree, magic rock, balloon presants, etc)

But I guess it works for the most part, lol.

i use it with the intent of not playing all the time or time traveling
