Here we go! This is all me. I'm very picky on text. I love Century Gothic, Impact, Small Fonts, Times New Roman, Scriptina, Violation, Bleeding Cowboys, Arial, Carnival Freakshow. That's all I really use. I need to fnd some new ones.

Well, some times I design my own typography, depending on the problem I'm solving. But I only design the type when talking about Logos or important Titles.

When I design magazine articles, for the text blocks I use Gill Sands, Myriad or Georgia. Of course, the type is not all, I play with the kerning and leadings.

I like fonts that are already a default, you just never use them.
If I had to choose a favorite font though that I love, it would be Comic Sans. It's so adorable, but not too bubbly and adorable that it looks tacky, ya know?


Although, if I'm doing something more creative I'll go on some site (forgot the name..><) and I can get a free 'sample' of the font I want in any font type, color, and sometimes size. It's really helpful, since I don't have to download all the files. Just click what you want, type it in, then bam! Copy/paste then just erase the white space you've copied. mad

Heh, my favorite fonts are, Times New Roman, Blacksmith's Apprentice, Kindgom Hearts, El Gothic, Bleeding Cowboys, A Charming Font, Halo, Degrassi, and of course, the unknown font of Aerial.

I lovelovelove arial and I like Century Schoolbook. I like most Jellyka fonts and I like Jey and Daniel. I'm a fan of fancy/loopy handwritten-looking fonts

My favorite is League Gothic/Alternate Gothic No.1, which is unfortunate because it is becoming super overused. (see guild banner for details)

I do like myriad, and museo-slab can be cool.

League Gothic requires so much manual correction... the kerning tables are really bad. sad

It looks good in small doses that you can kern, but it needs some serious help. sweatdrop

OMG, so many fonts, too little time. Im currently loving Nova, Full Moon On Mars, Skinny, Black Out, Champagne & Limousines, Claire Hand, Code Light, Jersey Stories and Helvetica. So much love for Helvetica. I also have a love hate relationship with Windsong. A few years back I adored it and while it is still a beautiful font it is so over used right now. I see it everywhere! But to my dismay I was perfect for some print design I did recently so I used it. and it was stunning, in all its beautiful, over used glory.
