Malice put a hand under Derek's chin and raised his head, so he can look at her. "You don't need to be depressed," she kissed him on the lips and smiled at him. "I'll go there whenever. Plus, if you need to talk to me about anything, I'll either be here or somewhere all by myself."

Derek blushed slightly. He held out his arm, revealing the mark. "It's just a mark." He sighed and looked down to the floor.

Malice looked at the mark and hugged Derek tightly. "That mark would look like something a Hades kid would have, but it looks good on you and don't be ashamed about it," she kissed him on his cheek and put her head on his shoulder. "Are you wearing the lockett and ring I told my dad to buy? I'm just wondering and what about the necklace I gave you with the three moons?"

Derek nodded and hid the mark against his side. He held up his hand to show her the ring. "I've got the ring and the locket, but the necklace is back at my cabin." He smiled slightly, wishing he could get her something.

Malice smiled at him and held him tightly. "I love you, Derek," she said and put her hand in his. "I wonder how my half siblings are doing."

Derek squeezed her hand slightly and looked around the almost empty cabin. "Who knows? But it seems like your cabin is empty every time I come over here."
