Violent, confrontational, and rebellious against anything and everything, especially authority, Tsukio often times has no trouble expressing what he wants and when he wants it, and will make you listen if he has to. Utterly in control of himself and totally independent, he’s practically the very personification of “actions speak louder than words” since he can be loud, even when he’s not talking. He’ll break down your door to visit for tea, your deck, your bed, you, if he thinks you deserve it. As far as he’s concerned, he can do whatever he wants, whenever he wants, and if you’ve caught his eye, you might want to invest on some helmets and armor—Tsukio’s moods go on and off depending on who, what, when, and where, but he’s got a sadistic streak a mile wide and it wouldn't be fun for you to get caught in it. In all honesty, he wouldn’t hesitate to kill if it meant some excitement. But he isn’t the type who would go off into the streets and go become another bum who smuggled out of the country. Tsukio wants better than that. He either wants something fun to happen or he wants to make something happen, but he isn’t going to waste his life searching for it.
Tsukio can be smart, athletic, and talented at whatever he sets his mind to, if only he can be given a good enough reason to put in the effort into it. Generally, he has no interest in sports and team games, but he is extremely competitive. He will challenge others at the drop of a hat if he thinks they are setting themselves up as better than him. A naturally commanding presence, loss is a feeling that Tsukio dislikes to an extreme degree. However, if there is no sign of a power struggle involved, he’d lose interest quite early in the game and drop out just like that.
He’s got his own moments of being a sweetie, but good luck finding those times. Tsukio’s picky but it’s not hard to get close if he likes you—though he’s sharper than you’d think. Anyone would be hard pressed to get above ‘acquaintance’ in his eyes; he’d talk with you, joke with you, and maybe even sit and have a drink with you, but he’d never think you’re really his friend. Not unless you’re something special, and it’s doubtful you are. Even if you are something special he still doesn't think of you as a ‘true friend’ or ‘rival’ till you have beaten him with pure skill and honor. Attaining this ‘true friend’ or ‘rival’ status takes having a battle with him that he doesn't want to end, so once you have this epic battle you are truly his friend. Whatever the case is, he has a hard time officially and actually opening up to anyone, he prefers to have acquaintances rather than true friends, and he wouldn’t let just anyone in; he loves to have fun and being the one betrayed isn’t.

Tsukio was raised by his brother after his parents died. Seeing all the other kids with their parents made him hate the world. He became the strongest person in Veilstone City after street-fighting everyday of his life. His Pokemon made it even worse for anyone who tried to get in his. His brother and sister tried to change him, but it only angered him more and making him more and more confrontational to anyone who tried to change. Tsukio only respected one person other than his siblings and that was the Veilstone gym leader. The gym leader had beaten Tsukio only once and became Tsukio's mentor. Tsukio trained hard under the Veilstone Gym Leader's watchful eye. Tsukio after years of training beat the Veilstone Gym Leader. They soon made it their training regiment to battle everyday non-stop. Tsukio filled in as the gym leader when the real Veilstone Gym Leader went away. Tsukio had be the replacement gym leader more and more often. He soon realized that his mentor had quit as gym leader. Tsukio didn't want to be the gym leader just yet, so his mentor made a deal with him. If Tsukio didn't go to the Prestigious Johto academy than he would become the new gym leader and if he did he got whatever he decided from the Veilstone Gym Leader. Tsukio decided to go here since he know the boredom that comes with being a gym leader. Tsukio has come here to train hard where he could learn how to battle even better than before.

How I am is kind of odd. I have a love of flashy things, but I get annoyed if it's just the slightest bit off, so I am a perfectionist in the ways of being overdone. I like people for the most part, so I like being with them, but I'd rather be alone then with someone I don't like or respect. I love to doodle and do things with my hands. I seem to be very good at making comics, and that's how I concentrate during class. Other than that, I love music that I can dance too, but that leads me away from the hardcore rock that most of my friends like. I like fashion, cute things, and colorful things mixed with extremely dull colors.
Well, I have another thing to say: I love to collect things, but I'm extremely bad because I will sometimes throw out some of my collection, and then run to the ends of the earth trying to get them back. Oops... I am smart, I just don't quiet have the personality that matches it. Oh! I love to swim. My friends know me to sometimes strip down (Lots of layers, and sometimes I just wear my swimsuit instead of underwear) and jump into the water to just start swimming.

Well, I was actually born in another region, but my family didn't want me. I'm a b*****d child of someone who was a great politician. He was running for re-election when I was born, and he tried to cover up the affair. Well, the best thing he could do was to put me up for adoption, by force of my birth dad. My mom didn't want to let me go, but in the end she had to. I was adopted from people from the Johto region, and they took me to the city. I was not even a year old. They never tried to hide this from me, but in the end, yeah, I'm kind of sad that my father didn't want me, but glad that I have some people who did. A few years afterward, I started to go to school, fitting into my new family just fine, being the only child. My mom was a doctor, and my dad an engineer. They were amazingly smart, an loving. Well, I got a baby brother when I was nine. He was cute, but soon after he was born, he had medical problems. My mom and dad had all their attention on him, and I became a downer for my "Friends". They stopped talking to me. I stopped talking to them, and I would leave the city, and stay around the water, or around the daycare, making friends with some of the pokemon there. I started to really like them, unlike before, where they were an unremarkable part of my life. Then, they were my only friends. I even had a wild pokemon friend. He was a magikarp, and always came. I could tell from the three golden scales under his right eye. He would n** at my toes, and sometimes I would go swimming with him. This was where my love of swimming was born. My brother slowly got better, and soon, I started to open up again to people, but not completely. I started to stay on guard with them, preferring my friends in the water and in the wild. Two years ago, my friend evolved, and became an amazing gyrados with red scales around its eye. My family saw me with him, and my mom fainted. From then on, I was forbidden from going and playing with it, and every time I tried to sneak out, I would get caught. Just once, I succeeded. During that time, I got there just as someone had caught my friend. I went into a slight rage, and knocked the man into the water, screaming at him to let go of my friend. I almost drowned him that day, but one of the officers dragged me and the man out of the water. Since then, I haven't seen him, nor my friend. A few years later, and now my brother's seven. I love him, but now our parents are so busy, they sent us off to be at some schools. Mine happened to be pokemon.

.... Someone to travel across all of the regions, learning all the legends of the regions, and combine them into a novel, an epic or a story. In the end, I would love to at least see a legendary pokemon.
