well my idea is that we need the gotei 13 , and the seatded members , like ikkaku and yumichika . ^^ and also we need someone to donate some gg to our guild cous we need gg to make subforsums like the 1 divisjon and stuff ^^
well this is just my ideas im sure there are otther ppl that have some ideas to ^^

HMMM how about a ranking system based off a point system. But im not sure thats so great cause then you need points for fourm post, membr recruitment, activty at guild Etc Etc.
