I'm Manda, 20 years old, draw as a hobby. I use photoshop and spend most of my time drawing for the people of gaia (either art shop orders or trades/freebies) or my own OCs. I'd like to get back into drawing for fandom as well (esp. on tumblr where I have an art blog). I want to develop my ocs and stories as well as my art skills which is why I hang out on gaia so much anyway (that and selling art is my only way to dress my avatar up and i have expensive tastes/like to change avis often)

4. How long have you been drawing? Since I was 7! I always loved following the Neopets drawing tutorials, hehe.

Y'all can call me Bec, or Tai, or any variation of my username I suppose. I've been drawing for a long time but I do it mostly as a hobby. Sometimes I do commissions for gaia gold but mostly I do freebies and art trades. I mostly draw with my Wacom tablet in ArtRage lately, but sometimes I still do traditional sketches with pencils and if I'm feeling ambitious, pen. I'm 19, almost 20, and I always want more practice! I love it when other people draw my OC's, so if you want to art trade hit me up! My dA is taishobones if you want to see some samples/examples.

I love a lot of mediums. I do both traditional and digital work.
Traditional mediums: color pencils, fine point sharpies, various pencils, highlighters.
Digital: Paint tool sai, Adobe Photoshop 6.0, Bamboo Touch and pen Tablet.

Do you have a favorite artist?

I follow a lot of amazing artists on Instagram, but I don't have one fav.

Recommend any good comics/manga?
Anime: Elfin Lied, Azumanga Daioh, Lucky Star.
Manga: Kuroshitsuji, Death Note, Ultra Maniac, Yotsubato, GA

How long have you been drawing?
Since I was like 4. My mom told me
the first thing I ever drew was a candle stick holder.
I was indeed a odd child.

Do you prefer traditional over CG or vice versa?

I prefer CG. It's easier and I don't waste paper.

What are your artistic weaknesses/strengths?
Weakness: I'm bad at anatomy, and drawing landscape.
Strengths: Coloring, Font, Faces, I love drawing people.~

I got out of manga pretty fast, but I will always love Soul Eater.

I've been drawing since I was little really. I was good at a young age. I only do it for fun mostly, except recently for gold for my quest.

I'm pretty good at faces and hair. I can't do body proportions very well so my art is usually waist up.

-I have no preference of CG or traditional. I draw both and even with cg I draw a traditional version first. c:
-I love love love the art supply warehouse, it's pretty close to my house too so I'm happy about that. 8D
-My weaknesses would be anatomy.. hands.. ;; u ;; I'm not sure about strengths.. I would have to say my eyes. c: I love drawing and coloring eyes. I take the most time on them as well.

Heyyy. (: I've been drawing since 11 or 12 I think, just for fun at the time. I've gotten more serious about it since then but my art's still not great (i'm 21 and still hate anatomy and always will ok).

Usually I use my tablet. Anytime I'm using a traditional medium, it's just pencil. I paint... Like... once or twice a year. lol

I have a lot of favorite artists. *o* Whoever did Okage: Shadow King's official art, then there's heisejinyao which I'm most probably spelling wrong, and uh... Well, a lot of other people on dA.

The only time I prefer CG over traditional is when someone doesn't have a good scanner (I guess that could also be my art pet peeve). xD Aside from that, it's all good.

Hello, my name is Garrett! I'm from Australia, majoring in marine biology.

Making art is one of my favourite hobbies, right next to surfing, sleeping....and making friends with sea creatures.
I draw by hand but I recently bought a tablet, so I'm slowly leaning to digital.
Nothing beats the feeling of a paintbrush gliding on a canvas though. I kind of miss that. >_<

Logging in on gaia and drawing art for people is my little "secret" side job, I very often use this to get away from the outside world. It brings down my stress level yo...

What are your artistic weaknesses/strengths? I'm good at detecting light and shadow in a piece, especially in flowers. Flowers are my definite strength. I have a weakness with human faces and making them realistic. Also proportions, I'm not completely good with those sometimes.
What are your art pet peeves? When someone doesn't sign their work. When people charge 500k gold for lineart when it's really only worth 50k or less. Like, seriously, be fair.

This is actually the first guild I have ever been in, or been invited to for that matter. So I guess I should introduce myself.
My name is Rayne. I am nineteen years young and pregnant with a boy--Jayden Orion-- who is due in five weeks!! My favorite hobbies, from greatest to least, are writing, adventuring, and drawing. Drawing does come in third, but who doesn't love exploring places and making up stories while pretending to slay enemies? And the only thing more fun than that is actually writing a story about it! I do love drawing, though. Especially characters for my stories. I've been writing and drawing since I could pick up a pencil. I am terrible at coloring, sadly, and would love to get better at it. I would also love to get better at digital art. But I actually much prefer shading in my drawings with pencil. Plus I'm good at it (in my opinion). Most of my life I've practiced only with characters, so I'm not the greatest at much else, though I would love to be able to draw all of my landscapes and everything from my stories. I'm practicing!!
I guess there's not much else to say. I hope I can get some art trades so I can practice my skills while getting some awesome art for my stories at the same time~
