Lets see. I am a digital artist mostly and do it more for a hobby when I have time and when inspiration strikes. I like to try and improve and hoping that this guild can help me with that.
-I also dance, crochet, sew and work with polymer clay, etc.... -Good manga? I highly recommend Monster. -I shop at JoAnn's and Micheals a lot. -Weaknesses are drawing anatomy, poses and perspective. Slowly getting better at that. -Pet peeves. People who put you down or give harsh criticism, but don't get any advice to help improve (generally being mean/rude). -How long have I been drawing? I don't know, on and off since I can remember, but didn't start taking it seriously or drawing constantly until two/three years ago.

Hi, I'm BigF101 and I'm 16.
I mainly do digital art but I also do traditional too. Art is just a hobby for me and I wish to improve my skills. I'm pretty bad at drawing anatomy, poses and perspective.
I like playing video games, watching anime and reading manga.
My pet peeve is when people just seem to have no logic or knowledge about what they are talking about. People who are just really horrible for no good reason and people who think they have a right to do what they want and make people feel a certain way.
The only art I really get into on Gaia is avatar art, but I have other more serious works also...not documented online though. :I They're mostly pencil drawings and bad paintings.
I've drawn anime/manga style since I was about eleven or ten. Outside of drawing/painting, I can do sculpting but I haven't had much practice with it. I've worked with firing clay only in school and polymer clay when I was younger.
(Somewhat) recently I've tried to train myself with digital tools because it was far easier to upload and I didn't have to worry about buying/depleting my supplies, but all I have is MS Paint and a trackpad, so it's been interesting. xd I feel that I've been somewhat successful though, because I have managed to sell avatar art for gold in the request forums. Things I am particularly unskilled at in these cases are meeting deadlines and setting up art shops. (AKA impossible for me to do)

-What's your favorite medium? During the day it's mostly digital, but at night I prefer traditional since I can take off my glasses and strain my eyes less. -Do you have a favorite artist? Um, I like a fair amount of my friends' art, but none are famous so I'm not really sure. I respect a lot of them, but don't have a single favorite. -Recommend any good comics/manga? Unfortunately, not really? I haven't read much in any category at all lately. -How long have you been drawing? Hahaha, over 15 years. Let's just say I have no memory before second grade and I remember drawing my friends in second grade because I lacked good communication skills. I'm now 23, so yes. Plenty of years. -Do you prefer traditional over CG or vice versa? No, each one can be done very well and I respect both types the same. -What's your favorite store for art supplies? Wal Mart. [it's cheap okay and I like pens] Or Office Depot. [again, I like the pens they have there since I draw more in pen than pencil.] -What are your artistic weaknesses/strengths? Strengths are: Silly emotions when doodling, horribly whacky poses that are impossibly painful probs, details. I love drawing couple interactions, too. Weaknesses: Everything and no exceptions. I struggle with proportions and normal poses, but also animals, landscapes, still life portraits, most traditional mediums, and more. -What are your art pet peeves? When people complain about too much detail. It is mostly biased cause I love adding random detail and it makes my art look more finalized to me. If people do not enjoy details, they should keep it to themselves and simply say "no" because saying "too detailed" is a horrible excuse in my opinion and shows laziness and lack of effort.

And I'm easily angered. I love everyone, but I hate 98% of the human race. See what I'm dealing with here? I have many hopes and dreams. Which are impossible to accomplish. Literally. Impossible. Hi, I'm It Was Consensual. My friends call me Cons or Connie for short. I just got invited here, I feel ze intimidations. I collect rubber ducks, pillow pets, and Harry Potter fan stuff. I'm 22. I first started really getting into drawing when I saw this presentation in the library at my school. I think I was in 3rd grade. But anyway, a children's book illustrator came and did a demo for us. She had us come scribble on her big paper and whatever we scribbled, she would turn into this amazing picture. I can't remember her name, but that moment really stuck with me and I've been drawing ever since.
- Charcoal, Pastel, and pencil. - My favourite artist by far would have to be Banksy. - Nah, I'm not really into comics and manga anymore. - I've been drawing since I was in kindergarten, I've always had the knack to improve my art skills at a very young age. - Traditional. - I don't go to stores or buy art material for that matter, to poor for that crap. I just use any pencil I can find. - My strengths would have to be hands and graffiti art. - Color, although I'm good at colouring my art I'd prefer to keep em' black and white.
