My dentist was very kind, we shot the breeze when he wasn't digging around in my mouth. ^_^

The first injection of anesthetic was a little tight, but he waited for it to take effect then the second one went right in the tooth and I didn't feel anything for the rest of the procedure. It felt very.... odd when he kind of pressed THROUGH my tooth to the root the first time. There was plenty of pulling and I think he was putting hooks between my teeth to give the whole tooth constant pressure, and before the numbing agent wore off the tooth was out. It was a little pressure at a time till the tooth gave up,

When he was putting stitches in there was a pinch/throb type of pain and he gave me a 1/4 booster shot of the anesthetic to hold me over till I could pick up some pain killers. All in all the whole thing took 40 minutes.

Now my "hole" is healed, the last of the stitches broke down today and I'm happy to say I can SMILE again ^_^

EDIT: I now realize that my Epic beardness is working against me. I had my hair cut, but I relly need to deal with my side-burns. ^_^ and that EYEbrow is still turning white whee

My boyfriend moved in with me about 2 weeks ago, so we've sort of been adjusting to that. We've been together since April or May of last year (I forget), and it's not like we were in a hurry to live together. It's just that he just got a great job here in the city, so rather than get his own apartment, it just made good financial sense to move in here. (I have another roommate, as well.)

Neither of us have ever lived with a significant other, though, so it's not something we've had to deal with before. That said, I am enjoying it so far, a lot more than I thought I would.

We may already have started a soon-to-be-tradition, though. razz I made tikka masala last night from scratch, and it was delicious, if I do say so myself. He normally isn't much of a fan of my cooking, but he loved it, too, and we've decided Fridays will be tikka night.

I got directly admitted to the College of Arts and Sciences within the university I'm attending next year! This means that I get to start working on my major right away instead of doing prerequisite general studies stuff before declaring a major and I get some scholarship money heart

So It looks like I'm going to be getting a lot of sugery done soon, and by soon I mean in the summer.

I found out that my sinuses hurt because there is a tissue growth happening all throughout them, covering everything and apparently it's pretty damn bad. So I have been perscribed antibiotics and steroids to remove that, if that doesn't work, they cut the tissue out. Oh, this is something not typically found in someone my age but someone who is 50 or 60, what the ******** ears have been clogged again to the point I'm damn near deaf in my right ear. and I need to get tubes again. On top of that I have a lump of dead skin IN my ear and I'll probably need that surgically removed.

So there's my life update! Oh my average in school is over 80% still! That's some good news!

Well, I'm single again. For a "break up", it went pretty well I suppose... Basically one of those "don't be mad, but doesn't it seem like we're trying to hard?" sorts of things. So now we try to go back to being just friends and roommates in college next year ^.^;
At least we were more or less on the same page and it didn't end in a horrible fight or something, right?
