Claira was silent, although kept the plants attacking Tera. Her eyes were fixated on Sonny and Ian now. She dropped down to the ground, remaining a bit of a distance away from the two since she was unsure what was going on. All that she was really getting was that Sonny was turning on her too. "...I gave you a choice, and you chose to stay with me and Sagittarius. Do you really want to go back to them?" She asked quietly, the green glow in her eyes dying off.

Sonny stopped hitting her head against the car and looked at them, dazed. "Sagi-" she started, then anger filled her eyes. It was him, he was the one controlling her, using her as a puppet. "That b*****d" she breathed. "I was never with you! You're doing horrible things Claira! You-" She got up and her claws began to drip with poison again. She wanted to hurt Claira for her goals, but she still felt like her friend.

Ian watched the two girls, unsure of what to do. He decided he'd wait to see what would happen, and was ready to defend either Sonny and himself, or himself alone.

A flicker of hurt shot through her, in disbelief that her friend would turn on her like this. "See? It's better to do things on your own." Virgo whispered in her ear, getting silence in response. The moment passed, and an even darker expression was set in place. The feathers on her back went from white to black. No need for a front anymore. "I really thought you were my friend, but I guess you're no better than the rest of them." She took off, taking into the skies in a different direction. Sagittarius had to have reached the relic by now.

Sonny watched as Claira left. "I'm sorry..." She breathed, words hurt more mentally than any blow she'd get physically. She looked over at Ian, her eyes watery. "We sh-should probably g-go..." She said, walking over to him. Her claws went back in and she hugged Ian, crying. "This is ridiculous, I'm sorry for my m-mistakes, I'm so-sorry we couldn't save Claira, I'm sorry I-I'm a big crybaby.." She mumbled into his shoulder as she wept.

"Um...Sonny...I'd love to comfort you, trust me, I would, but your claws..." He didn't dare move in case of getting scratched by those poisonous knives.

Sonny backed up, wiped her eyes, and looked at her hands. "They're not out" She sniffled, confused by his paranoia.

Claira flew over the city, using Virgo's guidance to track down where Sagittarius had gone. Her mind was in utter turmoil, a full-blown discussion between her and the ancestor occupying her thoughts. "Should we be worried about Scorpio now?" The ancestor shook her head, a faded image floating along beside her. "Not entirely yet. He always has been the moodiest of us. For now, we have to find that relic."

((Sorry sorry sorry for being gone. I'm gonna try getting back into it but can't get on too much today-sundayish.))
Jayden had found the location of the relic in a desert that was some miles away from town but the energy of the relic seemed to be coming from a large jutting rock against a small cliff face. Jayden had been using his dark powers to try and destroy the rock but still hadn't gotten to the relic. "Damn, I'll be here all day!" He groaned and shot another dark energy blast at the rock. He then sensed Claire somewhat near. "Good, maybe she can break through this stupid rock." He then realized that he didn't feel Sonny with her. He reached out to Sonny but found that his hold had been broken. <********! There goes our ally. Oh well, just because the hold has been broken doesn't mean that it's completely gone. She will still feel the darkness at times and I will still stay in her mind. She'll be back." He told himself and looked out for Claire.

Isora had gotten out of the car when the poison had came in, succeeding to hold her breath. She had watched the scene silently, hoping that Sonny would come to her senses. Isora rushed over to Sonny, glomping her. "Sonny! I'm so glad you're back to your normal self! I missed you!" She looked at Ian with a grateful gaze and then pulled back from the hug.

Sonny happily took the hug. She looked at Isora. "I'm truly sorry...It was odd though, it didn't feel completely like ME...or you know my other self, it felt like...something else.." She explained, but shook her head, it didn't seem important. "We should probably get to the relic" She suggested, walking towards the car Isora came from.

OOC: Ack! Sorry Sunny, I totally read your last post wrong! >.<

"Wait a minute," Ian said, reaching out for Sonny's hand and pulling her into a hug, "I never hugged you. I didn't realize you had retracted your poison darts," he said, grinning.

Tera finally got herself free from the killer plants, killing them all off. She was breathing hard and was pretty agitated that frickin' Claira had run off without fighting much. The coward.

The weather started to get warmer the closer she got to Jayden, the trees falling away to sand. Claira hoped that there was at least some form of progress by the time she got there. The small scuffle would only keep the zodiac children distracted for so long. She spotted him soon enough and sighed, sand scattering as she landed beside him. "Emma had a change in heart. It was only a matter of time." She said quietly, looking at the rock. They were close, and had some time to try and get rid of the last thing that stood in their way. It would be a bit harder for her to do anything out there, not without some decent source of water. "Now, let's get rid of this thing before the teenage Justice League comes along." Claira said, scattering seeds around the rock. She focused on making them grow, aiming to pry into the rock; a slow and time-consuming task at best. It would not cooperate that easily at all.

Jayden smirked at what she called them but then thought about what to say about Emma's change of heart. He carefully weighed his words, not wanting to reveal that he had been controlling Emma. "She may be back. She is supposed to be one of the evil Zodiac children. And if not, we will find the others and they will hopefully join us." He looked at the rock. "Darkness and plants really won't get us too far in certain situations." He admitted and then looked at the top of the rock. "I'll keep attacking where your plants aren't and keep moving up as they grow." He told her and shot more dark energy at it. "My powers would be stronger if it was dark." He growled.

"Yeah, we should probably keep going." She started towards the car and then looked over at Terra. "Are you okay Terra?" She asked in concern. She had fought Claire all on her own.

"Yes, actually, I'm fine. Just a bit annoyed," Tera said, putting a hand on her pendant, which was throbbing like it had its own heartbeat. It was slightly glowing too, but just subtly.

Ian started at what he could see of her pendant, letting go of Sonny. Tera should have been exhausted and badly injured, but she barely had any scratches and was breathing normally. That pendant...

As Ian let go Sonny smiled to herself, someone other than Isora had hugged her. She looked over at Tera. "Who's that..." She mumbled, she hadn't been properly introduced to this new person, from what she could remember.

When Rayne realized Sonny was back he almost fainted with joy. It was one less friend to fight.
He came closer to where his friends were gathering and examined Tera, since that was who was everyone was focusing on. He thought she looked as she said, fine, but upon closer inspection he noticed the pendant. He cleared his throat,"Tera...What does that there err...necklace do for you?" If everyone looked they would realize what him and Ian had noticed.
