I personally like to think Sheik is male =3 Yes, it's Zelda in disguise, but I believe she changed herself completely with the power of the Triforce. The manga takes a similar twist, but with Zelda being changed by Impa. Yes, I know the manga is just based off of the game and isn't a proper resource for answers, but the transformation idea makes a lot of sense. Otherwise there would have been no need for the flash of light when Zelda changed, she would simply have shed her Sheikah wardrobe and red contacts (and whatever device gave Sheik those amazing pecs *o*). That's the only way I see the difference in eye color, voice, and body structure happening. I don't think Sheik is a completely different person, though, I believe Zelda and Sheik's mind are one and the same =3

Zelda is female. When she becomes Sheik, she uses magic. That explains the change in body shape and eye color. I got $20 she goes ahead and finishes off the transformation by becoming 100% male.

Yes, some of us have xD (and I even made a reference to it in the post right above yours xD) But the manga isn't 100% reliable, you know. I mean, Shadow Link came out of the well in Kakariko village in the manga :/ That's totally not what happened in the game. I'm not saying I disagree with its take on Sheik, but just that it shouldn't be followed as some sort of bible to the Zelda universe o_O

I mean, Shadow Link came out of the well in Kakariko village in the manga :/ That's totally not what happened in the game. I'm not saying I disagree with its take on Sheik, but just that it shouldn't be followed as some sort of bible to the Zelda universe o_O

Sheik is Zelda in disguise.... o_O;;; It says so in the game and the manga. I know that the manga isn't completly correct.... but still it was pretty good.... has anyone read the four swords manga? Vaati has a different name in it... o.o
