You know, in SotN the spectral swords didn't bother me as much. I hated the imps far more! stressed
It's funny cuz, in HoD, I found the spectral swords to be more of a pain sometimes, especially in the beginning.
He-he, I suppose that's right about the horse but you just have to be careful cuz those are usually on a set pattern.

Wow! That's a heck of a list Mr Assassin. I was also surprised by that move from Death. Thankfully, if you have the partner appear when the chain grabs the other partner, you could free it. It all depends on the power of the weapon or spell though... mrgreen

by far the most annoying monster is the cave troll....... stressed

Umm, wait a sec... isn't the cave troll the one that has a really long tongue and can use it like a whip against you? I'm having trouble remembering it cuz I haven't played any CV games in almost a month.

Yup. Them cave trolls (aka chupacabra) use their tongues for a variety of assaults. According to Mr P's, some can shoot lasers o.O and others can charge electricity.
The flying zombies and schmoos in SotN are a bit annoying too.

Ha-ha! Chupacabra, huh? Weren't those created by Dexter at his laboratory? ha-ha! Oh boy... lol
Seriously now, I think the ones in SotN and Ecclesia can charge up electricity but, I'm not so sure about the ones in DoS cuz they weren't as strong on that game. Is it just me or does pretty much every monster feels like it's easy to destroy on Dawn of Sorrow?
I can't recall the version they had in PoR though... maybe it's cuz it was tucked away in that special area. What was the name of it? Den of evil, I think..?

Sadly, I don't recall the flying zombies for some reason...

There is one in DoS (I played again) and it does charge up electricity.
In PoR, they are only in the Nest of Evil(tm).
The flying zombies are the ones where, when you hit them, their torsos split from their bottom-halves. I didn't like them. I don't like them. I dread having to face them again (I'm trying GnY on two Saturn emu's.)

Of course! The Nest of Evil. I don't know why I had the word "Den" in my head, he-he. sweatdrop

Oh, so those are the "flying" zombies, huh? I didn't mind them as much, heck! I thought it was pretty clever of them to come up with an enemy that disassembles as you chop it, he-he. mrgreen

It was in the room before you had to face Rahab. The Cave Troll was paired with a Une. If you can get your hits in first, it wouldn't know what hit it!

Right! That was the first one. I also remember a couple of them behind the door that was guarded by a Frankenstein's monster. You know? A door that couldn't be opened unless you stepped on a switch? I think there was also a mimic on that room along with the cave trolls though. But yeah, by the time I got to them I could really do some serious damage and I never saw them attack with electricity. I wonder if anybody else had this "problem", he-he. mrgreen
