Kingdom Hearts ~Twisted Story~

[Rikku-Liia]

Dragging Lia inside and slamming the door shut, Kouri heard Ren bang into the door. "So lemme get this straight. Ren isn't really Ren at all but this freako named Dark in Ren's body with Ren's appearance tryin' t' kill me?"

Jerking at the door, Dark hissed, but pulled out a ticking clock, setting it on the door. He was going to get in by force if necessary. But one thing bothered him.....Where was the traitor?  

[Banzai18]

"Pretty much..." Lia said. "And supposedly there's some guy who's a traitor. Is there anyone else here with you?" She looked around the cozy cabin.  

[Rikku-Liia]

"Nah, when I woke up I was alone." She muttered, rubbing her bare arm. Now that she checked herself out, she didn't look too good. She didn't have a shirt, but her torso was wrapped pretty heavily in white bandages. So....Well that COULD go for a shirt, she supposed. "Did Taez do somethin' funny to git back at us'er something?" She questioned, when she suddenly heard a beeping. Gasping, she grabbed Lia, throwing her down to the ground. Yelling as the door exploded, she slammed up against a rock-build fireplace before hitting the ground and flopping over.

Walking in, Dark blinked. "Huh. That easy." He muttered, stepping in front of her. Pulling out a gun, he cocked it, aiming for her head as she lay unconscious. Only it looked like no gun THEY had ever seen.

Lia looked at Kouri in horror. Why was this happening to them? Why couldn't they just be back on the island having fun and messing around with the Gora Gang? For things to end this way just seemed so... unreal.  

[Rikku-Liia]

As he was about to fire a hand grabbed the barrel of his gun. Sneering, he looked over to a man in a cloak. his face was hidden, but it was obvious he was, in fact, male. "'Sup Ren, how's it going?" "Shut up Dark. What are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be off destroying helpless children or something?" The strangers voice was deep and soothing, but sharp as a knife. Everything about him spelled out the words dangerous, but something about him was very likable. Letting go of his gun, Dark chuckled. "Aw, c'mon Ren, don't be like that."  

[Banzai18]

Lia was confused. The lines on her forehead wrinkled as her eyebrows furrowed together. She took hold of Kouri's hand for comfort as she started backing up towards the back wall across the floor... very slowly, trying to be unnoticeable.  

[Rikku-Liia]

Grabbing Dark's neck in an iron grip, Dark rasped, being lifted off the ground. Raising his other hand out to his side, a dark portal started to spin into being. "Get her out of here. I'll deal with this clown." As the dark portal appeared fully, wind threw his hood away, showing a rather young man. And his face was easy on the eyes too...
Turning his head to look at her, his eyes shaped danger as he said "You have no idea how important it is that you and her live, Princess. Hurry!"

Lia nodded quickly to the new Ren and dragged herself and Kouri into the portal...

... Her small shoes hit stone as she pulled Kouri out of the portal just before it dissipated. As her friend stayed unconscious for the next hour, Lia looked around the small alley they were in. There was a stone wall behind them, stairs to the side, and a railing in front of them. The sunset was the perfect mix of pink and yellow as it disappeared behind what appeared to be the ruins of a castle many miles away.

She decided to wait for Kouri to wake up before exploring more than that.  

[Rikku-Liia]

Waking with a start, Kouri felt herself crying. Wiping the tears away though, she frowned....She could have sworn she had been sobbing her eyes out a few seconds ago...But she wasn't. Looking around, an alley way met her gaze. "What the bloody...WAH!" Jumping, she sighed. "Oh, Lia....Just you. What happened?"  

[Banzai18]

"The traitor... the real Ren I think opened a portal for us." Lia tried to explain. "And that's how we got here." She lay down on the cold stone and closed her eyes. "It was weird. He said it was very important that we lived... and he called me princess." Then she sat back up and looked at her friend. "Do you know what he meant? And why is it so important?" She laid back down again and folded her arms behind her head.

"This is all so frustrating." She started talking again. "I feel like I'm gonna cry any second."  

[Rikku-Liia]

Shaking her head, Kouri leaned against the alley way wall. "Nah.....I mean.....Five minutes ago I was just in the hospital with Tommy, and now I'm....What, you think we're back in town or something? I've never been through this alley before though..."  

[Banzai18]

"No it's different." Lia sighed. "I think we're in a different world. If you go look over by the far railing you'll see this castle."  

[Rikku-Liia]

"Hmph....New world? Yeah right. We'll see about that..." Standing up slowly as if she was injured, she made it to the railing, and her cocky attitude evaporated. "C-c-c-c....C-C-C-C-CASTLE!" Pointing at it like an idiot, she stared, ogling like a child.  

[Banzai18]

"Haha." Lia laughed a little. "Should we just sleep here. We have not nearly enough munny for a hotel room, and I doubt we can trust anyone to take in two teenage girls who don't know where they are." She sat up. "Any ideas?"  

[Rikku-Liia]

Turning back around, Kouri shrugged. "Sure, let's stay here tonight. I mean, if any guy even thinks 'bout takin' us on I'll kick his a** so...." Sitting down against the railings, she bit her lip secretly. Yeah right she would. She could hardly move. Something didn't feel right. Probably because she'd been blasted against a fireplace, but hey....
