i had that problem wih advent children, i saw it subtitled, then in english and half the lines didnt match XD, then again. out of the three subtitled ones i saw they didnt match either

I mean basicly the plot and main stuff doesn't change much, but it's almost like they just make up the lines after looking at the silent show.

yea, or their translations were a little off

yeah. my friend bought an elfin lied import, and they called the char mayu "cocoon" (mayu means cocoon in japanese) and the main chars name went from nyu to myu to leo. WHERE DID LEO COME FROM????

I don't know, but they did the same thing with the sailor moon the names were different from english to japanese

i know, they did it cuz they didnt think anyone wouldnt like the japanese names.

That just confused me, and did you ever realize that there are sertain japaneese episoids that weren't translated into english?

yeah, and in the english one zoesite is a woman, but in japan its a guy.

i know its funny, cuz nobody has heard of this anime
