"Reason": She only needs the shinigami attached to her note, as she is trying to find her way to the Land of the Shinigami to find the Shinigami Lord in the hopes of finding a way to bring someone who used the Death Note back to life.
Biography: She was 4 when an older man found her on the side of the road, having run away from an orphanage. She has no clue what happened to her parents or any memories of before this time. Watari brought her to his makeshift orphanage and raised her with three others: Mihael Keehl, Nate Rivers, and Lawliet. When she found out that he was dead, she embarked on her own personal mission to find a way to bring him back.

His parents were killed and he was found by Watari.His competitor,"A" had killed himself due to pressure of living up to L,and BB could no longer stand L,so he ran away.He takes the appearance of L,and also has a "sweet tooth" for jam.His goal in life is to challenge L by making the hardest murder case in the world.He uses the alias "Rue Ryuzaki",which is the name L later adopts in the kira case.
His murder style is constantly changing,and he dusts everything he has touched.He kills victims that are "destined to die" using his Shinigami eyes that he inherited as a infant.

Limits and Restrictions: can only use on a person once, and can only use it 15x every 24 hrs, if above limit he dies, can control up to 100 people at once, erases a persons memory of events up to 5 hours before he used it and right after it was undone, can only be effected by voice or eye contact. Using eye contact allows a person controlled upon to become slightly superhuman. Using voice only allows their usual capabilities. And it can last as long as he wants it to. And He can't use it on shinigami. But he can only use it on 2 persons who wield a death note every 72 hrs.

3.Reason for using death note- His code: Eliminate all evil. And to rid the world of all evil. And to find an answer to world peace.

Bio: The world was in total chaos. Zensuei looked like your typical high school student, but in reality he was bored in life. He lived a lie. Nothing really satisfyed him or found anything very exciting. Until the Death Note Books started to come. He didn't know what it was until Zangetsu showed up. Zensuei felt more excited and started to like things better. He wanted to keep the book, and Zangetsu as his ally, that kept him happy. Although, he never killed anyone yet. He soon did right after his family was murdered by a 2 serial killers that broke out of prison. He survived and he knew their names. And as they were chasing him he brought the Death Note out along with a pen. He yelled out " I am justice " Just like Light Yagami whom he had no idea about. He faced them wrote down their names and they died of a heart attack. But again he lived a lie. His goal was to eliminate all evil and bring peace to the world.
