Even the undying need undying love..

Aron held out a hand reassuringly "Don't worry yourself child.Your father was turned human before you were conceived." He lead them outside where prying eyes and nosy townsmen could listen in "And yes the stories were true.But I'm betting she didn't say it was she and your father in them."

Mira tugged Oblen along as she fallowed the old angel outside "No...But why would she keep it from me?I don't understand if my father used to be a demon shouldn't I have a right to know?"

Oblen looks around as he is dragged outside before he could even realize. He blinks before shaking his head roughly. He then glances to Mira and to Aron and then back to Mira. He wished he could speak on such subjects, but he would be unable to answer Mira's questions and he wasn't sure that Aron all that much liked him speaking. Oblen shrugs his shoulders, deciding to speak. "... Perhaps they didn't want to worry you... you do seem to be pretty worried over it."

Mira winced slightly and paled "You don't understand Oblen....If the stories are true then I'm the daughter of Satan's right hand man...My mother was one of the first angels ever created.I'm the daughter of two of the greatest warriors the eternal war has ever known..."
Aron watched them quietly, unsure of how to respond.

He nods slightly. "I do understand... but it is no reason to be worried." He says clearing his throat to say "Now... if your father was turned human before you were conceived... though, your family tree may say something else, you are not part demon... well, not much... I can't be sure that's one hundred percent the case... you never know what could happen." He then looks down for a second before looking to Mira's eyes. "... but one thing I'm certain of... the child is of angel blood and demon blood... and some human in there to balance it out..." He says before smiling a little. "Or, if you prefer... the grandchild of two of the greatest warriors the eternal was has ever known... and a child conceived from a full-blood demon and a part-blood angel..." He says before looking down and nodding slightly, though for some unknown reason having a smile on his lips.

Aron cringed and looked defeated "Yes, Reaver is your uncle....And was rather jealous of your fathers love for your mother...Which is probably why he's trying to destroy their legacy..."

Oblen closes his eyes with a small frown, shaking his head. "... I'm not much afraid of Reaver harming me... more of him harming you, or possibly the baby..." He says looking to Mira and then looks to Aron to ask him "... So... Could you turn me human?" feeling it's best to revert to the main reason they seeked him, rather than staying on the current topic of Reaver and harm/death.

Mira wrapped her arms around Oblen's waist and pressed her face into his chest.She was terrified and really didn't want Aron to know it.
Aron watched them for a few seconds, a deep frown creasing his brow.Finally he looked at Oblen, "We could do that.....Or we could give you a completely new soul.So to speak, a new start.You'll have all your memories, but you can choose what your to be.And you'll live as long as she will."

Oblen looks down to Mira with a small smile, holding her with eyes closed before looking back to Aron to ask "... What do you mean?... What will happen with my old one?... And... Wouldn't that mean that I'd be a different person?"

Mira froze slightly, holding her breath as she waited for Aron's answer.
The old angel smiled slightly and shook his head "You'll be the exact same person, but with a totally clean slate, so to speak.Your old soul will go to where it belongs, but whatever happens to it after the act you wont feel.Like I said.A whole new start."

Oblen frowns slightly and closes his eyes. He then shakes his head. "No... I'd... rather not. I wouldn't feel right about it... seems too much like 'cheating life'... I mean, it sounds nice, but it doesn't seem fair... So, I think I'll stay with just becoming human and try to set things right... even if that just means I'm a mortal with an 'impure soul'."

Aron raised an eyebrow slightly "Impure soul?You don't under stand.If you turn human you loose it all.Memories, old soul and immortality.Mira's father had to fall in love with Lenor all over again after he was turned human.He had no memories of anything.Not even who he was or why he was even where he was.If we just give yuou a new soul you have your memories and immortality, but you can start over.You can stay neutral or you can join the Light."
blue]Mira listened quietly, in slight shock.It seems there was a great deal her mother hadn't told her.

Oblen nods slightly before sighing. "Well, I care not about immortality anymore... I had been immortal for many years... but... I guess if that would mean I wouldn't remember anything... that wouldn't be good at all..." He says before looking to Aron to ask "... So... Where would this new soul come from?..."

Aron paused slightly, studying Oblens's face for a moment before nodding slightly, more to himself than the other two "It comes from you.Demon or not you were born with a pure soul and surprisingly, a bit of it has lasted, other wise you wouldn't be standing here now.We can use that little bit to create you a new soul."

Mira kept her face pressed into Oblen's chest, half afraid to move.

Oblen looks away with a slight frown as he thought for a moment. He looks down to Mira and then around the room before looking back to Aron to ask "... There's a risk, isn't there?"

Aron smiled slightly "More of a catch really.You may loose your wings."
Mira gave Aron a sharp glance, her eyes narrowed slightly.
