First you start off with the chocolate stick, but not the chocolate moose stick that tastes like shampoo and makes me want to cry inside crying

THEN you put the white chocolate ontop of it.

After that, you cover it in rainbow sprinkles

BUT IT DOSN'T END THERE!!

you put another coat of dark chocolate over that sucker!!

Then, you cover it with wallnuts.

*drool* man... now I want one

I'm thinking about trying that idea next week... But the white chocolate has to be melted... Does anyone have any ideas on how to not melt the coating of the pocky stick?

double boiler: just place a metal mixing bowl onto an open pot of boiling water and drop in the chocolate and stir. Done it many times and it works very well 3nodding
