The deserts of this land are vast, but within Gremir Desert is a large city. It's size could make it easily mistaken for a kingdom, but it's just a main trade route through this region.
There are many places here, inns, diners, pubs, shops, civilian homes, trading posts, and a large citadel looming over the middle of the city. It is used for official trade business and often times religious gatherings. Waterways run through the entire city, providing everyone, and everything, with water from beneath the earth's surface.

Human – Strider Von Kaiser After countless days and hours of walking distance from his previous town adventure, he proceeds into the town sun-burnt from the extreme heat but managed to keep alive long enough to not die of heat stroke and proceeds to the town gate. Upon arrival he looks at the tower and waves his hand in signal to open the gate. Within seconds the gate slowly opens up for him and he proceeds into the city. He then sticks to the shady areas to avoid the suns rays and stay cool. -while he was walking, he reaches inside his coat for the wanted paper and decided to crumple the wanted paper into a ball, then reinserts it back into his coat- This may prove to be a bust after all. I may as well seek other forms of hunting on a later day. -he then proceeds to eye the citadel during his walk and couldnt help but admire the architecture and decor placed upon the structure and then detours into the nearest tavern.-

Human – Strider Von Kaiser Through the countless walks and detours through buildings, he looks around to see if the eyes of various people walking around are not focused on him and proceeds through an alleyway leading into his hideout. He scours underneath the rug to find his key and proceeds to enter his abode/shop. Well, today couldnt have been any more of a failure than it had a right to be. Might as well wait and see when the next target shows up. If anything, it may end up just showing up when I least expect it.

Varlofomei and Grimm flew high above the desert city below them, peering down at the bustling community. Trade carts of all kinds moved through this area, a sight which thoroughly piqued Varlofomei's interest. "This should do, Grimm." Varlofomei stood on his dragon's back. "Fly over the central market."

Grimm tilted to the right and began to fly over the main marketing area. "What shall I do, Varlo?"

"Monitor the city, and if you see any forces coming that I may not be able to handle, I certainly hope you help me." Varlofomei jumped from Grimm's back, accelerating towards the ground and bracing for a rough impact. The people below him looked up, confused at the pitch black shroud that was headed toward them. I love it when people get scared, Varlofomei thought. It makes life much more... entertaining.

Human – Strider Von Kaiser While in his shop, he sets up a booth placed there in his absense and firmly plants himself on the chair when suddenly he hears the outburst from a guy outside saying Dear god what is that thing in the sky?! Upon hearing this from within the shop despite the muffled voice behind the door, he gets up and investigates for a bit to see what the ruckus is about -upon looking he can see what the commotion is about to a small degree and thinks to himself- Meh, it doesn't concern me in the slightest. And if there is no business to go around, then whats the point in bringing it up. Although.....-pulling out his wanted poster, he unfolds the wrap to observe the wanted man and wonders- Maybe this could be the target I'm looking for?

Varlofomei hit the ground, landing in a most aesthetically pleasing manner, one fist on the ground, on one knee. Surely they'll think I'm the real deal, he thought. The ground beneath him broke, a powerful wind hitting those who surrounded him.

He stood up, many people shrinking back from him. Varlofomei stood extremely tall in comparison to the people around him, it seemed even the tallest were somewhat dwarfed. "Greetings, citizens!" Varlofomei bellowed. "I am the Void Walker, the Reaper of Souls, the Eternally Damned! I have come not to harm you, but to seek out a specific person... I need a witch doctor of sorts, can anyone help?"

Human – Strider Von Kaiser Curiosity eventually takes him over and proceeds pull his guns out from his back-mounted strap and while prepping, he pulls out a rope from within his shop and proceeds to strap it along his shoulder. He then walks out of his shop and locks it behind him and proceeds to hide the key back under the rug while no one is looking. He then attaches a hook to the end of the rope and chucks it to the nearest rooftop. After a few attempts and misses, he finally gets it to where it stabilizes on the edge of the roof and starts to climb. A few minutes later he is on the roof of the building across from him and eyes the city streets and sky to keep a look out for the dragon. -while on the lookout, he suddenly eyes the guy from afar and proceeds to look at his wanted poster again for clarity- Hmm. if my details are correct.....this man is wanted on charges for manslaughter and murder for about 2 innocents and the reward was 100k if captured alive or 50k if dead. And yet.....-looks at him from afar again- He doesn't seem like the type. Then again if a dragon of that size is here...that could only mean one thing. -he silently weighs his options-

"Help, please! I need a Witch Doctor who can aid my dragon!" Varlofomei plead to the crowd to no avail.

Grimm looked down and saw a man climb on to a roof. He used his superior vision to see that weapons the man held. Thinking quickly, the mighty beast swooped down and landed on the street the building was on. It moved its neck and face, staring into the eyes of this stranger. "And what is it you plan on doing?"

Human – Strider Von Kaiser -startled slightly by the dragons approach, he backs up slowly and says- Nothing that concerns you in particular dragon.....however, I wonder what is a dragon like yourself is doing in a holy city like this? Let alone...able to speak to other humans....fluently I may add. -without giving away too much obvious movement, he sticks the wanted paper back into his coat and without the dragon noticing, he touches a flashbang attached to a string without giving it away to the dragons attention.-

Grimm chuckled a bit, the attention being drawn away from Varlofomei. "What am I doing here, you ask? Such a brilliant question, but my damned partner refuses to tell me why he's sent me on some wild goose chase around this world. Perhaps he could explain better, but he won't be able to if you use those guns on him." Varlofomei began to wade through the crowd of onlookers toward Grimm and the human. "Don't be frightened by his height or the fact that he looks like a walking shadow... He can be quite hospitable."

"What's going on here? Did this specific character alarm you, Grimm?" Varlofomei pointed at the human.

"No, Varlo, I mistook him for an assassin of sorts. My apologies... This human, though, did have a question for you." Grimm flapped his mighty wings and took off, leaving the human and Varlofomei surrounded by an extremely confused crowd.

Human – Strider Von Kaiser -after he noticed the dragon just flying off, he breathes a sigh of relief and slowly retracts his hand from inside his coat pulling out nothing and looks toward the man standing in front of him. he mutters to himself- So.....that behemoth up there speaks to us just like any normal human would.- he then looks at the man and wonders- Tell me, whats a dark and imposing looking man such as yourself doing in a town such as this? It would appear as though you seem to be after something if it would take an entire crowd to just back off from you.

Varlofomei inspected the man who Grimm had just conversed with. "I am here looking for a being capable of healing my Dragon. He grows old, and despite his still mighty strength and superior intellect, a virus eats at his heart like a parasite." Varlofomei's head dropped, sadness beginning to overcome him. "We have very little time, you see. Two years at most, cutting his life that could last centuries longer drastically short."

Human – Strider Von Kaiser -pondering at the thought, he takes the concept of a virus slowly killing off the dragon coming into mind and responds. Searching for a cure huh? Not sure how I can help in particular, but I think your better off finding a cleric. And trust me when I say this, I really dont think you will find any clerics here. No cleric in there right mind would travel to a hot city like this. -looks around for a short second- Although, considering there is a sort of building where clerics are housed here. Head to the north and you'll notice some buildings concerning the citadels.

"Thank you, stranger. May I ask for your name, perhaps?" Varlofomei asked.

A guard rushed up to the scene with an armed posse behind him. "What in the Hell is this?" He looks at Varlofomei, pointing at the ground he landed on, damaged and cracked. "Do you realize this is our town's marketing area? Carts can't carry goods safely on broken concrete!"

Varlofomei looked at the man and sighed. "Then I suppose I'll just go ahead and fill in the gaps." Using his dark magic, he stuck one hand out and moved each individual piece back into their places, shifting them until they created a flat surface. It looked as though the ground simply cracked but did not cave. "Are you satisfied?"
