Dorm 806 Professor Otashi's Dorm

Unlike most teacher dorms, this one is built for his wife and child. It was 2 bed rooms, a kitchen and a living room.

Kiru opened the dorm door as he smiled and led his wife inside. "It's perfect, honey." He said and kissed her before pulling back some boxes filled with their belongings.

Lerana sat on the couch with Yuki before helping her husband, every so often taking a short break to catch her breathe.

A few hours after getting everything set up, Lerana was feeding Yuki while Kiru walked over to them. "I'm going to go check over to the sparring classroom." He said goodbye and walked out.

Namine ran up to the dorm. "This must be his room." She knocked on the door and smiled.

Lerana walked to the door and fixed herself before opening it and smiling at her daughter. "Oh! Namine! It's wonderful to see you again!"

Lawrence stood there and extended his hand toward lerana. "I'm not positive we've met. I'm Eric's friend Lawrence," he said nonchalantly.

Lerana shook Lawrence's hand. "It's nice to see you Lawrence." She smiled and welcomed them in. "Please come in!"

Lawrence walked in and looked around. not bad. It's like a cottage almost. Enough room to support a family, but not to much space. Nice and cozy, he thought.

Yuki looked at Lawrence, interested in the boy.

Namine looked around as well.

"We just moved in actually. May I get either of you anything?" Lerana asked and sat down, still a bit out of breath "S-Sorry."

Lawrence saw a going child looking at him. He walked over to him. He knelt down and smiled. "Who's this cute little guy?" he said.

Yuki laughed and held his hands up to hold Lawrence's finger.

"That's Yuki." Namine said. "He's my new little brother."

Lerana smiled and nodded. "Yes. We named him after your grandfather, Nami." The woman seemed to be fighting her tired state to entertain her guests. "I'm sorry your father couldn't be here. He's busy at the sparring class. He's the new teacher!"

Lawrence smiled and let yuki grab his finger. "So I've heard. I never knew he had a keyblade," he said. He noticed that lerana sounded tired. "Is everything alright madam? You seem drowsy,"

Yuki laughed as he held Lawrence's finger. He made some baby noises before letting go and shifting his attention to a toy.

Lerana nodded. "Yes. Kiru's pretty good at hiding things from his loved ones..." She shook her head. "I'm fine. Just a little out of breathe." She lied. She laid her head on the couch, the room beginning to shake.

"Mom!" Namine walked to her and helped her sit down. "Don't kid yourself. We can see you're not fine." She turned to Lawrence. "You were a medic, right? Can you check out my mother while I keep an eye on Yuki?"

Lawrence looked back and nodded. "let me just run back to the dorm and grab a few things," he said standing up. He walked out of the room.

Lawrence returned several minutes later with a large book and medical bag. He walked over to lerana. "lets check this out. Have you been near anyone with a communicable disease within the last 24 hours?" he said. He pulled a clipboard and a pen from the bag.

Namine was busy playing with Yuki.

Yuki was giggling at the funny faces his sister was making.

"N-No. Not that I know of." Lerana said. She was sitting down on the couch as she looked at Lawrence. She did seem a bit pale now that she thought about it. "Could it be that I'm adjusting to this new elevation?"

Lawrence made a couple notes on the clipboard. "the height? Did you formerly live below sea level? Kidding. That's possible I guess. I never really noticed it affecting anyone here, but I guess it could be a factor," he said.

"Perhaps." Lerana said and felt woozy again. She held onto the arm of her chair. "Could it be life threatening?"
