Alphonse is an alcoholic, he is 17 about to turn 18. He has been in the same rehab clinic for almost three years by his parents orders.However when he turns 18 he plans to leave the clinic and go down the same path as his brother. It is no secret that is what he wants to do either.

Despite all the efforts of the staff to keep Alphonse away from his addiction they have not been able to. In the years Alphonse has been there he has never once gone through a withdrawal. The staff is determined and the parents are willing to try anything to save their last remaining son.

Alphonse parents are rich and they have paid for a new doctor to come in from out of country to the clinic. The doctor [x] is very well renowned. However [x] is facing his biggest challenge yet, he must get Alphonse cured in three months. If Alphonse gets to his 18th birthday and still has the same wish for death, then all hope will be lost. Can [x] remove the boy's addiction quickly and get him to go through a withdrawal.

Name: Otika Kurumi
Personality: Gentle, father-like, patient, quiet when thinking deeply, very calm and hard-working.
Bio: Otika comes from a family of doctors. Since he was a kid, he has always dreamed of helping others and continuing the line of medical specialist in the family. Never even giving any other careers a look at. He had wroked hard for many years; training and studying until he finally reached his dream and got his master's and bachelor's degree as a medic. Living in a one room apartment that is ten minutes away from his work, Otika finds himself truly blessed. With his patient and calm demeanor, he can handle any kind of patient; whether they be hopelessly confuse or has anger problems. eith years in the medical world and now he must face his toughest patient ever.

"Room Check!" cried a nurse. Patients in the main lobby room suddenly went running for their rooms. Some trying to hide their stash of various types of narcotics other to clean up their rooms like they were supposed to. Only one stayed in the main room with the nurse. He had short blond hair and gorgeous blue eyes. At least they were beautiful when they weren't hazed over with his substance of choice.

If the nurse checked his room she would find it spotless. It was the same way every time a room check passed by. The blond haired boy was smart, he not only hid his substance outside of his room but he also had multiple stashes. It infuriated the nurses and doctors to no end that they couldn't completely rid the boy of his drug of choice. the boy had been within the facility for nearly three years and yet he had never, not once gone through withdrawals.

'So this is the hospital I'll be working at.' Otika thought as he looked up at it and scratched the side of his head in thought. This was really unexpected..A friend of his from this hospital called and asked for his help.

"My help? What for...?"
"Otika...We have a...special case.." His friend told him as the red-headed doctor raised an eyebrow. "I'm listening.." He said as his friend explained the situation of a young blond who had a horrible addiction but yet they can't seem to get the boy out of it. They have tried everything, but he still went back to his drugs. "We hoped...That you could help..Otika.."

And here he was..Taking the first plane from Asia and coming to his old hometown. But he had to wonder if he was stepping into something he might be too much to handle.. 'I mean..three months is stretching it..Can I even do it within such a small time span..' He thought as he let a small defeated sigh escape his lips. "Well, standing here is going to do me nothing." He said to himself as he picked up his briefcase that held all the papers about the young male he will be taking care of that his friend faxed him and went inside.

He looked around, hearing the doors slide shut slowly. Alright, he was here...now what? Otika wasn't exactly familiar with this hospital and he had the tendency to get lost easily. Maybe he could ask for help. He looked around the lobby then saw a blond and tilted his head. He went up to him and smiled softly as he spoke softly in a voice that represented autumn tree leaves rustling in the wind. "Excuse me? By any chance do you know where I can find Dr. Hitakatana(Otika's friend)?"

Alphonse raised an eyebrow as a man carrying a briefcase walked up to him. He curiously looked the man over the best he could despite seeing double in his vision at the current moment. Alphonse hid the symptoms of his abuse well though. "Dr. Hitakantana?" Alphonse pondered. Looking over the man he couldn't decide if he was a lawyer or perhaps the new doctor that he had heard was coming. Better to be on the safe side though. "Nope, don't know of anyone by that name here. You sure you have the right address?" Alphonse questioned with an innocent smile.

The nurse that had stayed in the lobby looked up as she heard Alphonse mention the head doctor the blatantly lie about the man's where abouts. "Mr. Hathaway!" She scolded as she walked around to the front side of the main desk. Alphonse looked back at her with a fierce glare. "I"m sorry sir you have to excuse Mr. Hathaway hes one of the patients, doesn't like new people." she said causing Alphonse to roll his eyes. "You have the right hospital but do you have an appointment to see Dr. Hitakantana?" she questioned.

Otika raised an eyebrow slightly as he studied the boy. 'Could this be..?' He thought in his head. He matched the pictures but he could be mistaken. Lots of boys in this state had blonde hair and blue eyes. But he had a hunch it was him but the red-haired man kept quiet for now. Alphonse, he believed his name was, would be a bit shocked as to why a total stranger knew his name.

But his eyebrow raised more when the boy said he did not know the head doctor and wondered if this man had the wrong address. All Otika did wass smile before the head nurse yelled at the blond for lying to him. "No problem ma'am." He said as he faced her and smiled kindly. "I do. My name is Otika Kurumi and I shall be working here from tonight on. So, if you could lead me to him. That would be lovely. Thank you." After this, Otika remembered something and turned back to Alphonse. "Mr. Hathaway? Is your vivion better?" He asked politely as he smiled softly and waited for a response. It was easy to tell, at least for him. Though, he hid them well, Otika could easily tell Alphonse vision was not at its normal stage.

Alphonse watched as the man he had tried to lie to despite the nurse in the room who had proved him wrong and then scolded him on it looked him over. It seemed a bit obvious that the man knew a little bit about him. He recalled something one of the nurses had been gossiping earlier about. He recalled them talking about a new doctor coming in to treat someone.

"Oh of course your Dr. Kurumi, its so nice to meet you. Were very glad to have you join us. As you can see we're quite shorter staffed then normally should be." the head nurse said smiling. Alphonse gave a snort of laughter, he knew he was the cause of that, anyone that tried to treat him suddenly had lots of troubles. Alphonse looked up as the new doctor asked him about his vision a bit surprised that the man could tell he was seeing double of things. "Right this way doctor." the nurse motioned.

Otika smiled back at the head nurse at her warm introduction. 'Short staffed..?' Hitakatana mentioned that..Which was mostly due to the little problem with one of the patients. His poor friend..He must be having many sleepless nights because of that. He sounded tired when they talked on the phone a few times. Another reason why he came here. The red-headed man hoped to be helpful in someway. His nature of life. As long as he is helpful, that is all that matters to him.

"I'm sorry to hear that. I hope more help will come soon." He stated before looking back at Alphonse. He was waiting for a response but from the shocked that he knew. Was it that surprising? Could no one else tell? The nurse didn't seem to know by the way she acted. It seemed so strange...This boy was able to hide it so well. But this doctor could tell. Whatever this blonde tried the hide, Otika will find out what it is. He looked up when the nurse motioned him in a direction and smiled softly as he nodded. "Thank you." He said as he turned but then looked back at Alphonse and smiled. "It was nice meeting you Mr. Hathaway. I hopeto see you again soon." And with that polite comment, he turned fully and followed the nurse to his friend so they may talk about what he is to do.

Alphonse smirked as he saw the new doctor was a bit surprised but recognition that flashed in the doctors eyes told the young boy he had heard about the situation at least a bit. Alphonse knew immediately why the new doctor was here now, he need a personal doctor that was what the head had said this was what the man was here for. Alphonse couldn't wait, a new person for him to torture and make them hate their job.

"We are hiring some new nurses this week but sadly most never stay long. Most have to be very determined to help people to work here. There are times when we get the worst of the worst patients." the nurse said leading Otika away from Alphonse. It was obvious she didn't want the doctor to get into a fight with the boy as quickly as she thought was going to happen.

"Nice meeting you too, I'll be seeing you soon doc." Alphonse said with a smirk.

"I see.." Otika said as he thought about what she said for a second. 'The worst of the worst..I'm surprised Hitakatana lasted this long..' A small, light sigh came from his lips as he followed the head nurse to where his friend would be. As they walked, his mind wandered to the blonde.He would be taking care of him....? Now, he really wondered if he was right for the job. That boy was always on guard. He could tell by his body language and how he talked. He also seemed liked the mischievous one.. 'Am I really okay for this job...?' Otika thought with a light sigh. "Dr. Kurumi?" Blinking, he looked up as the head nurse looked at him, stopping in her tracks by a door with a nice plate that said 'Jiro Hitakatana' on it and the doctor was so wrapped in his thoughts, he didn't even noticed he passed it. "Oh! My apologies!" He said as he blushed lightly from embarrassment and walked back up to the door. He took a deep breath then brought his hand up and knocked lightly before opening it. "Jiro..?" He said before looking around the nice, cozy office.

Dr. Hitakatana had been sitting at his desk in his office pouring over different files for different nurses. They need some new staff members desperately because of one boy. He was trying to decide who would run off and who would stay and fight when a knock came at his office door. Dr. Hitakatana swallowed nervously hoping it was not another problem with their high maintenance charge. Seeing Otika the man face lit up into a smile seeing his old friend. "Otika!" Dr. Hitakatana exclaimed jumping out of his chair. "You have no idea how happy I am to see you." the man said smiling.

Otika returned the smile the other gave him and placed his briefcase against the wall by the door. He went up to his friend and patted Hikatana's back lightly in confort. "I see they're working you to death. I'm glad to see you as well." He placed his hand down after a minute and looked his friend over and raised an eyebrow. "You seem tired..Have you been getting enough rest? How about food? Have you eaten anything. From your face, I can see you only had about two cups of coffee." The man was gifted. Even if he wasn't on duty, he still kept on the doctor-worry analisis about him. Half the time, he doesn't even notice he was doing it.
