effect-Name cannot be seen with Shinigami eyes, but can be killed with other means, rather that using a death note.

Mission- Noticed many violent killings and figured he had to do something about it.

secondary mission- Learn about the people around school

Bio-A young successful detective with a knowledge of crimes. He doesn't say information unless he trusts them. He turned to a detective due to the fact that he never knew his parents which led to C to become nearly emotionless.

effects- Evan can tell when a person lies and Hyperthymesia

Mission- His goal is to catch serial killers. In a sense, it's the only real mental challenge that he has.

secondary mission- To make sure that deaths don't increase. He is anti-social personality but he actually sympathizes with people who lose loves ones.

Background: Evan was a somewhat normal child. He never got excited but he loved his family. His older brother died, although he was the only person Evan could relate to. He played games with his sister all the time. He also played with Orphan kids from across the street at the Whammy house. He heard of some guy named L. The name didn't mean too much but he was interested in stopping killers so, he went there for lessons every now and again. He grew and learned more. Eventually he became a forensic reconstructionist. Eventually he became part of the FBI as a behavioral analysist. He met Frank there. He solved many murders. Eventually, L died and Kira's demand to the US made his department shut down. He began working in a detective agency to save up to start his own agency. He's going steady with a girlfriend and owns his own house.
