Today I was celebrating my birthday party with my friends, so didn't get much mapling done. I traveled to Orbis to continue To The New World and The Chaos Behind Alfonse Green And The Nependeath Juice quests. I got onto the ship, (barely, with a minute left until the ship closed), but as I went into the little cabin, the box was there! Huh. That was my second time seeing it, out of the four times I've been on the ship to Orbis from Ellinia. YES! I thought, as I got the history book. Maybe I can actually finish that quest now.

Anyways, after I got to Orbis, I went to go collect some horns from Jr. Lions for the New World Quest. Kind of sad that Mr. Moneybags isn't anywhere else in Ossyria. Or anywhere else other than Victoria Island. Yeah. It's the Lunar Event. As I was killing all the Jr. Lioners, I realized that we could only hold up to 100 Stiff Feathers in one space. Pffft. Why couldn't we hold 200, was the question. So there were all these Stiff Feathers, lying around. I swore they were calling, "Pick me up!"

...I still had some potions from the Thanksgiving event. Better use them up, huh? On another note, Maplestory has been really lagging for me ever since the new patch came. Like, REALLY lagging. And it's not the computer, because my sister claims it's also happening to her. And she has her own laptop. Maybe it's the internet connection, but ours is pretty fast. UGH I hate lagging games. : P It completely stopped working for a while, so I took a break.

A bit later, it wasn't lagging as much. I already finished gathering 200 horns, and I needed 50 Nependeath Seeds. Those plants are kind of annoying with it spitting at you, not to mention the lag..but I still persisted in completing the quest because I love Maple that way. Ha. Ha. I finished that after a bit, and started on the boxes. Hitting those boxes around Orbis was so...fun. o3o Every once in a while I would check in on the Marketplace just to see how it was going. It would always be the same people, selling or wanting the same items. -sigh- Don't they get bored?

YAY, finally finished that quest. Got a good 27k of EXP and a scroll for magic att. for wand. Blech. Wanted it for staff. Because I use staffs. Nao I have two of those..what am I suppose to do with them? AH, sell them. I'm on my way to become a bland mopey marketer. Yay.

So I went to the Market to sell them. I sold one for 900k, asking for 1 mil. BAH. I know. It was a snipe for him. But it was taking up my inv, and I'm pretty nice. I gained almost a mil and that's pretty good for me. Just one more to go! >o< And I gave 15 leathers, 5 screws, and 1 steel plate to a lady for 8k. Well, the point is, somebody was a little happier! : ) Then, after a long half an hour, somebody else was interested. Instead of asking for 1 mil, I asked for 1.3 mil. Even though I was REALLY not looking for that much. After a tid of bargaining we settled on 1.1 mil. YAY! I guess if you have an higher asking price..then..you know. Er, I still think I sold it REALLY cheaply, but money isn't everything..it's the space. The space that is now cleared for potions! *dances* After that, I sold 44 of my stiff feathers for 55k. I don't even know if that was a good deal or not. Usually I sell them back to the store, so..yeah.

After all that Marketplace hassle, I decided to work on The Chaos Behind Alfonse Green And The Nependeath Juice. I hated Nependeaths, but one day we had to do it. Then while I was collecting Nependeath seeds, I leveled up! Whoot~ *goes to quickly spend skill points* All into Heal, baby. Nao the quests just keep piling. There are some hefty good ones in Ariant, but I have to finish this Nependeath quest first. Whew, think that's good enough for today.

Today I put up CNY decorations around the house, so not much mapling done as well. Haha, I always seem to have an excuse. Anyways, well today I was working on The Chaos Behind Alfonse Green And The Nependeath Juice . I was pretty happy Maple fixed the glitches today, so it didn't lag as much.

Who knew you could hate Nependeaths so much? According to my friend who's already done the quest, you need some honey that will make you hate Nependeaths even MORE. If they gave you a little more EXP for killing those plants, that would be okay. But they don't.

I got bored of killing Nependeaths, so I decided I would continue later.

Yay~ Is CNY Eve! Today I worked on The Chaos Behind Alfonse Green And The Nependeath Juice . It seems like a really long quest. :/ I finally finished collecting 200 Nependeath Seeds, then had to work on getting 100 Dark Nependeath Seeds. Those Dark Nependeaths spawn like CRAZY! Thank goodness they're inmobile. Unlike a newb at Pig Beach..what a bad comparison. I'm trying to get screenies and such, but they're not really interesting. Oooh~ Today was the first day of that 7th Day Market thing. I didn't buy anything, because my inventory is currently full, but I activated that quest with Mimi to raise her egg. So, I guess I can take a screenie with me, the egg, and the dark nependeaths...btw, if anybody knows how to *correctly* screenie Maplestory, I'd appreciate it. : )



I figured out today that killing Nependeaths were more fun than killing Dark Nependeaths..well, at least it's better than grinding, right? In questies, you something to strive to. Grinding is just...grinding. My friends are occasionally on, and sometimes we pq, but we're usually in different worlds. I'm all over the place. XD

Sometimes I wish my ETC. Inventory was bigger. There's just never enough room for to hold all these quest items. I don't get how everybody else gets around just fine. The only slot that actually is decently open is the Cash Inventory..and the Set-Up Inventory. Deux chairs.

So as I was killing Dark Nependeaths...Maplestory was really lagging. And I didn't heal in time. So I went from 11%...to 6%. WAHHHH!!! Stupid lagging Maplestory. That lost EXP took me almost 2 hours to EARN! -curses- -curses more- -curses even MORE- STUPID!! Eh, at least I was 1/3 done collecting Dark Nependeath seeds..

I haven't really been updating lately..sorry! *bows down* So basically, what I've been doing is just CPQ like crazy..I even got the Spiegelmann necklace! ^__^ Also, a few weeks ago, my friend got married. :3 I have a few screenshots of the lovely event, but I don't know if she would want me to post them. XD
Today Nexon is offering free Cash Shop clothing to try on for 24 hours! WOW! I was so excited and I can use this opportunity to see what kind of outfits look nice with my hair. Oh yeah..I changed my hair again. x3 This is the third time..from this:

So yeeah! Still the colour red. (By the way, I did not PURCHASE the Cash Shop Clothing..it's free for 24 hours. EVENT FTW!
Anyways..so after CPQ-ing my brains out, and making some great friends, I decided to go finish some of my questies. Right now, I'm trying to finish the Korean Folk Town quests, the one with the library books. I'm specifically working on the Retz quest where you have to collect 300 Rice Stacks..SO ANNOYING! I currently kill them in 3 shots(sometimes 2)..weak..but I have 195 right now, so I'm past half way. =D

I guess that's it for now..darn it, the outfit looks so nice! But money for virtual pixels..is it worth it? I only use the real money to change my hairstyle. Because having one hairstyle is too boring!

Since the patch, my Maplestory won't run without closing after a few seconds. I can't play consistently, and I'm sad since the 2x Exp event is today. Oh well..*sigh*

I hope they fix this for the next patch. I've read similar stories on the technical site, but I can't find a solution.

Wow, I haven't update this in a long while!
Well, I've obviously gotten Maple back and I've been on it.

I am currently level 80. While I was just finishing up some quests in Singapore with Mr. Anchor and ze Captain, my guildies decided we should all work together for the Halloween Event. So right now I'm just hanging around in New Leaf City, finished all the pre-requisite quests for Sophia's chair. Seemingly no parties are willing to take me. Hm, well, the chair is intimidating anyway. *tries to justify with self*

I also a Cygnus Knight character a few days ago. Stupidly, on another world. (Kradia) I have a level 30 Blaze Mage, and I find him the most interesting to play. I seem to have an odd obsession with mages and mage powers.

Aha, also, my friend had bought me an NX Gift Card a while ago, so I bought some NX Clothing which expires at the end of November. My friend says I look like a guy because I'm wearing male clothing. Personally I thought they looked hot on a girl, but...pshhh.

I realized the other day that I wasn't playing Maple to achieve the highest level and to grind until my eyes fall out of their sockets. It's making friends while doing something together, the conversations you have with them, and etc. My friend was only 10 levels higher than me when I started MPQing (Magatia Party Quest= heart ). Now he's many levels past fourth job. This was me= eek

I played Maple quite a lot during the summer, but now that's school has started, I haven't really been playing. So I was quite shocked that I missed his level 120!! scream I will certainly be there for his level 200!!

I took a hiatus from Maplestory for the month of December and January, partially because I had strep throat and because I was tired of the whole MMO concept. Plus, my guild was dying. However, I've slowly started to occasionally log on, and the guild is now quite stable. Yay!

I am currently Level 83, all thanks to Magatia PQ + Quests. I rarely have time to spend long hours on Maple, thus, I cannot commit myself to a Dark Knight to Hime. If I am not Guild PQ or Magatia PQ, I'm usually either a) Helping out my friend/guildie with training or b) Randomly roaming around in Henesys. xd

Well, I shall end this post soon. I hope the new class Evan will come to GMS soon! I've already heard about the dual blade class due out for KMS in the near future. Quite excited!

Leveled up to 86 a few days ago, which is quite an accomplishment since I have been 85 for so long. gonk Nnow that I can't MagPQ with my friends, I've been finishing quests and occasionally grinding at Jesters/MDTs. Gallops are a bit tough for me, and since I only occasionally play Maple, Himing with a partner that can deal with my random hiatuses/15 minutes of himing is quite impossible. I also finally received the Quest Specialist Medal!! Although it is a fantastic medal and achievement, I am currently using the Winter Queen 2010 Medal, and my guildie recently told me it was glitched. (Expires in September) Ah well, it gives me 4 Magic Attack. :3

You might have also noticed some NX Clothes on my character; my friend gifted it to me! 4laugh I felt bad because I couldn't repay him, my art is crap, so if you have any good ideas on how I can show my gratitude, feel free to post!

Yippee, I finished the NLC Quests and got the Warrior Throne! (Tall Blue Chair...quite an overdue quest f3) I shall now flaunt it off for countless hours killing Tick Tocks with Ke$ha stuck in head, and it shall be placed as my default chair. For now. whee

Now that I don't have any interesting PQs or fun quests to finish, I guess I'll go ahead and try Neo City questies. I despise training. Sometimes I'll log into Maple for hours but not move an inch, rather just chatting with friends and guildies. <3 Too bad they don't have a PQ for our level. The next one I think is the Crimsonkeep Forest one? That takes a lot of organization skills, so it's not like CPQ or anything. :/ Wish I could have spent more time at EPQ. x3

And ooh, it looks like Evans are coming out soon! I shall try it out, however, probably will not keep it going. I love to try out new classes but I usually abadon them. The farthest I've got that's not a cleric would be an I/L Mage, and then an Archer. I have a few archers and numerous mages. But anyways, back to Evan...the dragons are so cute! I'd love to have a dragon follow me around everywhere, without the charge of a Summoning Rock >.>

I've finished all the Neo City quests I can possibly do before the boss, which I have to have a requirement of Level 90 to activate. razz Three more levels to go = half a year ~ xd Otherwise, I'm just doing odd quests and occasionally rarely training on MDTs. (A smidge less than 0.10% per MDT <3) If I haven't already mentioned, I typically don't hime due to my in consistent hiatuses for days/weeks. Then I'll play intensely for a few days and then go on another hiatus. >_>
Anyways as you may have noticed there were those NX Surveys you could complete on the site, and I got enough to get a random hair colour coupon for Mu Lung. 4laugh Now I use to have red hair:

I used the coupon and blonde came out! It's awesome, even though I miss red. Now I feel so unasian. My Maple character is almost like the exact opposite of me. (Blonde hair, light peach skin colour) Bahahah. Ah wells.
Oohh, and the Evan patch is being integrated as we speak. Mages are my favourite classes, and dragons are awesome, so I'm so excited to try one out! Not so happy about the lag that'll be sure to come with it, but hey, what's not to love about new content? heart

I'm so busy these days I don't have time to play. Maplestory has cool events going on right now, but I'm so stressed with school work, exams, afterschool activities, festivals, etc, that Maple is at the back of my mind.

Plus, there's nothing really fun to do at my level right now, other than train. Btw I hate training, and I don't have enough commitment for it anyway. If I'm going to do something I'm forced to do to gain something, I'll booty grab on Gaia. >__> I've finished all the quests at my level that I am capable of doing, there are no PQs to do except the one in Herb Town, which I've never done and doesn't seem like it's popular enough, haha. I like, live for quests razz .

I tried out Evan and it's pretty fun! The dragon is so cute and the powers of the Evan are so flashy. Which, is what attracts me. Flashy skills. (Thus mage. Sorry, warriors, your attacks are not flashy enough.)
