I have not seen another guild on this topic, I've searched high and low and not found anything for this hobby. I've been collecting anime/game figures myself for about 5 years now; and I find its quite difficult to discuss this hobby without seeming like a total creeper or a wierdo. I wonder why that is? lol.
There seems to be this underlying stigma associated with this hobby, so I wanted to create a place where people who share this hobby can come together and discuss their love freely. 3
A couple of ground rules and guidelines before you consider joining;
-This guild is primarily for the discussion of figures and figurines from anime/games/comics. Discussion pertaining to other types of figurines may be permitted depending on admins/mods discretion.
-Keep content PG-13. This is pretty much a given, but adult oriented figures do exist, and while you may talk about them, absolutely no images of these figures are to be posted. This is very strict and will be dealt with seriously.
-Do NOT insult/belittle/look down on the tastes and preferences of other hobbyists. Just because you only collect figures of sexy anime girls does not mean you are any better than someone who collects, say, star wars action figures. Or vice versa. Figure collecting is quite a wide spectrum, and none of us have the right to insult eachothers tastes. This is a place to embrace the spectrum of this hobby, not discriminate. This will also be dealt with very seriously.
Please try to be at least semi literate and type in proper english. For the love of god, don't troll or act like a noob.
