A group of business men were gathered around a round table in the bar as they chatted with one another and drank to their hearts content. With a few bottles of champagne, whiskys and other alcohol beverages on the table, it's predictable to see that these kind of people are capable of affording this much. Out of all of the indulging men within this group, there was only one individual who wasn't having fun tonight. A lone feminine figure sat on a stool with her legs crossed and her elbow resting against the table. As her chin relax upon her knuckles, the silver white-haired girl stared at the dancing figures with boredom. With one of her brows twitch with slight irritation, Kunagi mentally asked herself why there are so many fools utilizing their night to party and gratify themselves instead of preparing for another day of generative labor in their lives. Earlier, she thought her group was only going to have a quick meeting, each get one glass, and depart to their homes. It seems like the excitement of their new business project got to their heads to the point of taking advantage of the situation. 'Note to myself for future reference: NEVER accompany anyone who decides to hold a meeting in a bar..." Kunagi thought before rolling her eyes.

She glanced at her brother, who was taking a small sip of his sake. Luckily, he was not a heavy drinker since he was fully aware of the consequences of consuming too much alcohol. "Kamui, may we conclude this meeting now? You are fully aware, just as much as I am, that it is not wise to waste our time drinking..." She spoke to him in a low volume so only he could hear her. The silver haired male glanced down at his little sister with his golden-colored eyes. For the 27-years old male, Kamui's height was tall compared to his little sister since he had a well-built figure. His slender brows furrowed because he noticed the impatient expression that was worn upon Kunagi's face. For a fact, he understood what it could mean: if Kunagi ends up waiting too long, she will carelessly go off on her own, which he wouldn't want to happen. At the same time, he needed to focus on the meeting."We are almost done, Kunagi. Only 5 more minutes, so please be patient?" He reassured her before glancing at his peer, who sat next to him and continued the pleasant discussion he had.

Kunagi gave an unsatisfied frown before turning her bored gaze away from him. She hates it whenever busy people like her brother gives the 'five-more-minutes' excuse, when in reality, it will be longer than that. Her main priority, at this moment, is to go home and get ready for another day of work tomorrow. With her hand leaning against the table, her index finger impatiently taps against it while her other hand holds the side of her head. Kunagi had no choice but to wait a little longer, but if her brother fails to end the meeting in five minutes, she plans to leave. "Why must he prolong the meeting when some of them are only socializing, drinking, and flirting with women?" She mumbled underneath her breath with narrowed eyes gazing to the clock hanging on the wall so she could keep track of time.

The Young Fox Demon

A small figure of a child with a fluffy tail walks through the forest with some of the herbs that Lady Kaede collected. Currently he was delivering some of the herbs back to the village while Lady Kaede gathers some more. If anyone caught a glimpse of this fox demon, they would almost believe that they would only see the basket of herbs that he is carrying over his head. If anyone didn't know Shippo, they would wonder why is a demon like him transporting this basket to the village. Well, he's an innocent and young fox demon of course. Secondly, he made allies with a group that consists of three humans and a half dog demon. The adaptation of staying with his friends help him realize that he could rely on them taking care of him besides his parents. Even though he missed his parents, he felt like his relationship with Inuyasha, Kagome, Miroku and Sango are stronger than friendship. In his perspective, he almost view his companions as his own family members. He wouldn't know where he will be or what would happen to him if he had never met them. His life might have ended if Inuyasha and Kagome weren't there to get rid of the Thunder brothers. Before he could become sentimental from the self contemplation, Shippo resume his focus on what is going on right now.

While he scurries to the village, one of the young human villagers waved at Shippo to catch his attention before he ran passed him. The human boy glanced down at the young fox demon and asked him, "Hey Shippo, did you know that there are two visitors that entered the village just recently? One of them is a brown-haired priestess and the other one is a young wolf hanyō with white colored hair." This sudden news shocked the demon child, but at the same time, he was slightly amused of the fact that they were getting visitors. "I had no idea. Well, I did sense some unfamiliar presence coming here earlier." Shippo spoke in a slow yet pensive manner. Feeling the weight of the basket pushing him down, he gave a slight nod to the human boy and concluded, "I'll take a look into it after I bring this into Lady Kaede's hut. Thanks for telling me though." With that said, he turn around and went off to direction where Lady Kaede's hut resides within the village. By the time he reaches closer to the house, he couldn't help but notice Kagome at the entrance. The sight of his dear companion brightened his eyes as he jump to her side with the basket of herbs held over his head. "Welcome back, Kagome! Did you bring the ninja food today?" While he was waiting for Kagome's arrival from her own time period, the diligent Shippo was helping Lady Kaede assemble some herbs at the outskirts of the village. From all that hard work, the fox demon felt famished, but he had an eager feeling that his trustworthy friend would bring some food for the group. He deeply look forward to eating the tasty food from Kagome's own time era because it was completely different from what he usually ate with his parents. Since he hasn't seen Inuyasha recently yet, he was definitely looking forward to get some of the grub before the dog hanyō could.

Before he could say anything else to Kagome, Shippo caught his attention to the newcomers who asked for Lady Kaede's whereabouts. He couldn't help but wonder what kind of questions they had for the old priestess; nevertheless, the fox demon informed politely, "She was in the village earlier, but right now, she is collecting some herbs. She told me that she will return after she gathers a few more batches." After he answered their question, Shippo finally got the opportunity to observe the two newcomers that the young villager notified him about. The human boy's description of the duo's appearance matched from what he could recall, but he had no idea that they were actually quite attractive. A small blush formed upon his face when he noticed that the half breed appeared in the same age group as he is, except she looks at least four to five years older. Although he felt timid from her presence, he also had mixed feelings of nervousness and fear because her hands and clothes were stained in blood. "W-Why are you soaked in blood?" He picked up a huge amount of courage to ask such a nosy and direct question. At the same time, this question expressed his concern for the duo because he also sense a faint stench of blood coming from a small portion of the priestess's hakama too.

As Rin continues to pick up the sticks and fire wood that she could find, her shoulders flinch with her head turn to the source of a feminine voice. Although she felt startled from the sudden encounter with a woman that appears to be a half breed demon, Rin wasn't completely scared of her presence. In her perspective, she believed that bandits (of human kind) are more terrifying than demons because they go around killing people for no reason at all. Generally speaking, she thought anyone who threatens to kill her are scary, but in this case, this white-haired lady behaved humble with seemingly harmless intentions. The young child's shoulders eased up a bit as she took in the curious question before answering back in a slight tentative manner, "I'm gathering some wood to cook some fish while I wait for my friends..." The longer she stared at the mysterious lady that came up to her, the more she could notice how pretty she looks, which caused Rin to blush a bit. Deciding to become acquaint with this friendly-looking woman, the black-haired gave a small smile and introduced herself, "My name is Rin by the way. How about you? What's your name?"

Meanwhile, a small kappa demon walks in an exhausted manner through the woods with the two-headed staff in his hand. He released groans and cursed himself with gibberish words to express his own disappointment for being unable to catch up with Lord Sesshomaru's pace. His master was already out of sight and he had no idea where he went, so he decided to head back to Rin's location to check if she is safe for Sesshomaru's sake. Although he often considers his surveillance of the human girl as a burden, Jaken couldn't afford to leave Rin if she gets into any trouble... By the time he reach within the range of a nearby lake, the fatigue green-skinned demon clumsily collapse to the ground face-forward. "Tch! Why must Lord Sesshomaru always rely on me to take care of that brat..?" He winced in pain as he slowly got up, only to spot a white-haired girl with two tails, wearing a blue long dress with white arm sleeves, matching stockings and blue sandals. Even though she appears as young as Rin, he couldn't help but sense an enigmatic power that is hidden deep within her. His body froze as soon as his eyes were caught within her blank yet deadly gaze which greatly resembles to Lord Sesshomaru's own cold glare. Recalling to himself that this young girl is a mere half-breed, he regained his senses and asked threateningly, "What are you looking at, half breed-?" He stayed speechless for a moment and gulped a lump of saliva once he witness her eyes glowing red for a brief moment.

A small yet terrified shriek escape from his mouth as he turn around and immediately run away from her. Not only he felt scared, but also upset just because of the cowardice maneuver he pulled off just now. There was no reason why he should feel inferior or intimidated to that pathetic girl, but he decided to forget the unpleasant encounter since he sensed A-Un up ahead. "Wha-? Where's Rin?" He asked aloud once he only spot the two-headed dragon near the low tides of the river. His face began to sweat nervously with furrowed brows, almost as if he was about to let out a panic attack, but A-Un immediately whip his tail at the kappa demon's back before he could even say anything else. Both of the dragon's heads glanced at the direction where they saw Rin wander off so Jaken would get an idea of where to find her. Jaken stared at the demon steed with slight annoyance, only to grab the reins and walk with him into the forest.

It didn't take that long to find Rin's location, but once they manage to catch sight of her, they also caught a glimpse of a half-breed near her. With a narrowed glare, the kappa demon closely approach the duo with his staff held in a defensive manner. "Keep your distance from the human girl and identify yourself!" He demanded in a harsh tone while he stood in front of Rin protectively. The black-haired girl puff her cheeks irritably once her travelling companion arrived with an automatic rude behavior. "Master Jaken, calm down! I don't think she's going to harm me..." She defended her new acquaintance even though she didn't figure out her name yet; at least, Rin was about to find out until the kappa demon impolitely interrupted them.

+ Energy Conversion: By focusing her chi flow from her arms to her hands, Kunagi can generate her energy visibly form into a transparent yet deadly wolf claw. She could also produce energy blades and energy disks as projectiles with her claws. It is fairly large and powerful depending on the used amount of energy.
+ Energy Regeneration: At the right and opportune time, she could slowly regenerate necessary energy from the demon that resides within her. Some of her abilities are partially enhanced, but if she overuses her energy, her consciousness could weaken.
+ Teleportation: One of Kunagi's special abilities is to swiftly teleport herself from one space to another. Whether she appears from near, behind or above her opponent, she is able to discreetly commence stealth or aerial attacks without being caught
+ Divine Agility: Using her clever mind and cunning ways, Kunagi is always light on her feet and adapts herself into almost any situation she comes across. With high acceleration, she could increase not only her chances to evade attacks, but to also deliver barrages of critical combos on opponents.
+ Transformation (Child Form): In this form Kunagi appears the age of 13 with average amount of strength. This form depicts the incomplete control of the demonic power she controls. Only in rare times, she is able to show the true potential of her powers. Any attempts of doing so is risky for it could greatly drain her life consciousness. Her overall power and demonic abilities are feeble in the night of the new moon.
+ Transformation (Adult Form): When Kunagi manage to take full control of her powers, she has the choice of transforming herself into her true age appearance ( age 18 ). This ability also cost a fair large amount of energy, but she only chose to transform into her true appearance in appropriate and rare occasions. Her overall powers and abilities of combat are stronger in contrast to her child form, but in the new moon, it is nearly equivalent to her young counterpart.
+ Transformation (Wolf Form): In this form, her demon nature strongly exists. She is able to show full potential of her powers without the worry of overusing her energy, but the longer she stays in this form, the more likely the chances will become for Kunagi to lose her humanity. In rare times, she will transform into her wolf form.

.:You wanna know my story? Okay here we go...: Kunagi was born as a descendant of the Tenrou Clan along with her older brother, Kamui. She never had the chance to meet with her parents because they died when she was still an infant, so she lived under the guidance of her brother. One day, she made a sudden contact with the great wolf spirit named Aozora, an ancient demon that was considered one of the strongest wolf demons in Makai. In every generation, his spirit is reborn into the blood of a chosen Tenrou descendant and grants overwhelming power to him or her for the sole purpose of utilizing the powers only under his will. Although this gift of power is considered as a blessing, there is always a condition with huge responsibilities, and if those expectations couldn't be fulfilled, the blessing could turn into a curse. Due to living a sequestered life at an isolated village hidden in the mountains, Kunagi remain detached from the other demons in her brother's will so she will stay safe. Kamui couldn't afford to let others know of his little sister's true potential, for there is a possibility that there might be demons out there who would want to gain that power or utilize her. Even though Kunagi was aware of her brother's concern, she oftentimes sneak out of the house and take care of her own business because she believes that she could take care of herself. One day, she witnessed a few demons attacking a lion demon. Regardless of the consequences of using her powers without Aozora's permission, Kunagi attacked the demons in order to save the green-haired male. She was unable to become acquainted with the lion demon she saved because her brother witnessed the commotion and bring her back into their home.

By the time they return home, Kamui harshly scold at his little sister for defying him, which highly upsets Kunagi because it was unfair for her to remain under anyone's strict surveillance. Her life went downhill once she face the consequence of misusing her granted powers. Every day, she gradually feel signs of her powers becoming uncontrollable and getting worse to the point of her demonic nature slowly taking control of her. In order to prevent herself from causing any trouble within the village, she chose to run away and live a solitude life. Within the years of her lone travels, she tried many different methods to cure this curse before it takes complete control over her. She suddenly come across the evil demon, who promised her that she would help find a cure if she helps her conquest in taking over Makai. Even though Kunagi seem suspicious and questioned of the demon's devotion to hold her end of the bargain, she accepts the deal with hesitance and reluctance. She truly didn't like the idea of rely on or gain assistance from others who she barely knows, but for now, she decide to remain silently submissive to the evil demon until she finds the cure.
