Go to: My Gaia > Account > Profile.
Then copy and paste this into your Theme Box under Profile:

.panel h2{ background: #d71d1d; color: #86182a; } .panel{background:#000;color:#86182a;} a{color:#d71d1d9;} #header a{color:#86182a;}

Click Submit to save it.
If you wish to change the colors of the background and color. Just use this:
