there is a way to get your account deleted but only if you break rules to force gaia to delete your account im not saying you have to do it

Wrong. Break the rules and you get banned from Gaia. Your account remains untouched.

permanent bans will delete your account, why do you think mule accounts always frequently break the rules? because they're main account remains untouched

Mule accounts, main accounts, it doesn't matter. You break the rules, you get banned. Not deleted.

Actually, I was mistakingly perma'd and then unbanned. My account was never 'deleted.'

There is no specific page. Click "View Forum Moderators" under the forum's name, and PM one of the moderators there, asking them to ban you. Don't concern yourself any further, and leave Gaia. The moderators would handle the rest.
