My feedback would be:I found the procedure for forgotten email recovery strange.

There is a section there where you should enter the email you think is associated to that account in question and they're supposed to give you clues about it. However, it asks for a valid email and cannot be left as idk or n/a. That defeats the purpose if people do not remember the email at all. Will they have to create a new email just so they have something to put in there?

That's confusing and they do need to do something about that.

I have to agree they need to touch up that feature as well as others mentioned by the OP.

I've had no problem with customer service over the years. Sure it may take a little bit of time to get an answer but with all the users who've filled tickets before me and the time it takes to look into each and every one of those tickets I can understand it would take some time before they got to me.

They even sent me a e-mail back that answered my question/ solved my problem.



well its mainly that their contact us place isn't very user friendly. at least to me. but ive had other tickets that didn't take that long. i mean its august.


I find the contact us page easy to use and user friendly.

You could always PM a mod and ask for an update on your ticket. Some tickets and complaints take longer to be sorted out. Like tickets about hackings or scammings. They take a long time because more then one account has to be looked into.

But you said, earlier, that there was only one ticket you'd filed and since then, you'd forgotten how to do so, because it is so difficult. How is it, now, you have managed to submit multiple tickets but still don't know how to do it?

i did it in march. its august. i've forgotten. sad like youve never forgotten anything ? all the tickets ive done i did a long long time ago and now i just simple dont remember how and i dont see anything that says where i can submit it. but thats really not the point of my post its just they need to update it idk..

I'd like to add at you shouldn't have to jump through hoops to file a ticket. I have been instructed before to log out, clear my chache, and then log in to see if/get the ticket filing option shows up.

Those extra steps are just ridiculous IMHO.

I agree. i wish i could get someones attention like the people who do the dev notices or someone like that who actually works for gaia in california
