How to submit an Avatar Item Glitch report:
- Step 1: Determine what item(s) are causing the issue
- Please first check if the item is not working properly when equipped by itself. If the item is not having an issue when it is equipped on its own, please isolate the other item(s) causing it to not work properly. It is impossible for us to know which item is interacting negatively with the reported item if you give us an avatar with multiple items equipped.
If you are unable to isolate the one or two items, please make sure to provide us with a list of EVERY item equipped on the avatar.
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about issues with Astra items' animated poses or issues that appear in Flash spaces. Please do not report these.
Step 2: Post in this thread and fill out the form
- All glitches must be reported in the following format. All reports not filed in the correct manner will be deleted without notice. We reserve the right to decide what is and is not considered a glitch.
Item Name: [Item or items that cause the glitch. Please name ALL items involved]
Pose Name: [Name of the item pose that the glitch is on]
Avatar Gender: [Male, Female, Both]
Glitch description: [A description of the glitch - Green goo, missing limbs, naked glitches, illogical item bumping, etc]

If your glitch is able to be fixed, your post will be edited to signify that. The artist will also tip your post as a way of notifying you that it has been fixed.
If more information is needed, or if the glitch can not be fixed, an artist will quote you to reply.
How to submit an "Item Not Released" report:
- Step 1: Determine what item is Not Released
- If the item is not in your inventory or in one of the shops, please don't report it.
Not every item is supposed to be released. Sometimes people stumble upon the Marketplace Link of an item that should not be available to the public. The best way to know if it should be released is if the item is in your inventory or for sale in a shop. If the item doesn't meet those criteria, don't report it.

FAQ
- What things should I NOT report here?
- Item Tag Issues, Marketplace Listing Issues, Item Release Date issues. Reports of this nature will be deleted without notification. This thread is also not for conversation or chatter.
How long does it take to get a response to a report?
- It's really hard to give an estimate, but ideally we'd like it to be a month or less. If it takes more than that, it doesn't not mean your report was ignored! We just haven't gotten to it yet. Please do not post your report more than once.
Why did a more recent report get answered before mine?
- Artists are generally expected to fix their own items. While they will all frequently check this thread, they may not do so on the same day. This may cause reports to be handled out of order. This does not mean your report was ignored! Please don't post your report more than once.
I reported a glitch in the previous version of this thread and it was never handled. What should I do?

Can you make an item work with a certain cutter?
- Unfortunately we can not retroactively make items compatible with cutters! If an item is not created with a certain cutter in mind, we won't be able to force it to work after the fact.
Why does the layering on these items change when I equip another item or save my avatar?
- During the great server migration of 2018, our Collision Detection system broke. In the past you would not be able to equip two items if they both use the same layers (such as with wigs) but now you can. However, since they both use the same layers they are fighting to display on top of each other. Whenever you equip another item or save your avatar, the avatar refreshes and it's just a roll of the dice to see which of the two items gets displayed on top. At this time, there is no fix.
Why does this blush/freckles/tattoo item glitch with this arm/leg mod?
- Due to system limitations, often when a full body item (such as a blush or tattoo) is equipped with an arm/leg mod it results in a "floating" version of the full body item. At this time there is no fix.
Can I report a glitch with a very old item, even if the artist is no longer around?
- Yes! If it is fixable, we will still fix it.
Why can't you fix the glitch I reported?
- This is VERY hard to answer. Sometimes two things just weren't meant to work together, other times making a change would break more things than it would fix. We try our best to reach compromises in difficult cases, but sometimes there's just nothing we can do!
