Hey! I'm Fay (or Tiger on gaia), early thirties cat mom who enjoys writing fun stories with others!
Some quick things about what I'm looking for are:
I'm going to keep this super plain but I've got a bit of an itch of wanting to write about some good ol' fashioned girly stories.... IE stories that you would find in a shoujo/josei kind of story. I don't mind action, and mystery elements, but most of the ideas below are fairly modern day...
The prompts that I've been thinking about are:
If any of those sound interesting, please feel free to reach out! I kind of am looking for a more modern magical realism kind of story or a fun rom-com style story. I'm a bit fantasy-d out for now (as much as I love a good royalty story).
Some quick things about what I'm looking for are:
- - I'm looking for a m/f story... something where we could be big geeks and gleefully squeal about our characters being stupid together. c:
- something more on the casual side of writing. I normally write big first posts, but can then range from a good paragraph or to a semi-lit piece. Just whatever feels right in the moment!
- someone who is equally as busy as me. Ie, we have jobs and lives, so keep it fun and casual!
- a fun collaborator, neither of us alone should carry the story. Let's have some fun creating it together!
- OOC on discord preferred, writing can be done just about anywhere except PMs.
- oh, lastly, story over parings is how I like to write! This thread I am looking to write some romance (not nsfw romance mind you, just something adorable), but I ultimately want to write a good story. Let's add the interesting side characters or twists and turns to make things fun!

- - Two online friends have been friends for a while. One character is a normal person while the other is an actor/pop star/etc and they're on their alt account. Add in some fun drama like a commercial being filmed in the area of the normal character... then you've got a fun rom-com! (LOL Stuck in the Suburbs came to mind for some reason! Remember that TV movie?) heart
- Inspired by this short manga. It's called "When Sato-kun Died" and even though it is a fairly bitter sweet story, it could be an interesting thing to write too. Could go more "modern" and just take another story in the same world... or go into a fantasy supernatural mode.
- The Lake House kind of story. Magical realism time travel letter fun at the same location... or even more twisty fun, mix it with a fun time snowstorm situation? smile
- Character from a book/tvshow/game/etc comes into the real world
- find some fun shoujo tropes and throw them together (the tattoo parlor and flower shop ship? There's only one bed?
