Thank you for this thread heart I had wondered what happened to the rigs and why we were getting the capsules.

I officially admit defeat! The labs win.

After several hundred battles over the last few days, I found 4 capsules in the open labs (which I opened and forgot to write down). 12 in the closed labs. So, yeah. Hardcore agree with previous statements that unless you're looking for skill plus potions (I have a ton), damage bundles (drowning in them), or kandy (I'm that close to a Lapinkin)... you're better off farming elsewhere. None of the available RIGs in these sections are all that special, anyway. They're good, don't get me wrong, but not great.

Karsuki's data is more comprehensive than mine (which I appreciate beyond words) but here's my lonely 12 capsules:

edit: Here's a semi-list for Enigma Chest. It's funny because the RIG itself is on the MP for 800 plat right now... but only two of the items are worth that. Most of them are under 50 plat! (From what I see so far. This might change.)

SAME. the labs have defeated me. 200+ plays and I have TWO. CAPSULES. Agreed that it's still a good place to farm potions and kandy, but oh my GOD is that an abysmal drop rate. I wonder if it's intended or...?

Eek. Two is pretty sad.

I think it was intentional-- the drop rate in the labs was always awful, even when it first showed up. I'm glad the capsules are there now. At least there's something. But... a slightly higher drop rate would be nice, too. sweatdrop

Yeah, the labs have pretty awful drop rates, but then again so did Lake Kindred and Kindred Wilds for me.
I have no idea how many battles I did. I wasn't able to keep track while farming for so many in different areas.
Next time, I'll try to keep better data on the number of battles for their drop rates as well.

Your list of Items for Gaia Labs (Open) Shows the Bionic Candy Ears, but I have only seen the regular Bionic Ears. I didn't know if it was a mistake or not, but thought I would mention it.

I hope to stay alive enough to fix this tonight, but somewhere around page 10 or 11 Elegantly and Anatase discovered that the area was dropping incorrectly, and notified Neko (artist) to fix it, who promptly did. I haven't gotten to changing it quite yet, figuring I would get to that area faster and it's simply taking longer than I wanted it to. The area, at the time of that particular part of the data, -was- incorrectly granting the alchemy version, but as you've brought up, is granting the correct rig version now.
I'm sorry for any confusion this might have caused. I've been readjusting the guide in order of area as I can. Thank you very much for continuing to provide data and taking the time to make sure the guide is correct.
