I got really lucky the launched the update on 9/11 because that was the start of my weekend off from work and I NO LIFED IT TO PLAY. 😂 I got a bunch of good items but I decided to not keep anything right now until the prices drop. I’ve made like 2M in items (or more) only left my computer to do basic hygiene, eat, did dishes ONCE and laundry but omg I’m slowing down now I can’t do that forever. I was said they took out that what’s the manner rig but then I was farming in stage three in bunny planet and realized that some of the old rigs still drop on that stage! Including what’s the manner and some others from Milky Way that star one? Hopefully the old items won’t go extinct. So that makes me happy!

Miasmal Lake's still dropping its old rigs as well 3nodding

LK got a massive Capsule update a few days ago, rigs that used to drop have been replaced with more recent-ish rigs (2014-2017). Instead of dropping 5-7 rigs (Miasmal Lake contained 11), Capsules have a whopping 50 now @@ (granted 4 of the same rigs are within multiple Capsules; i.e. A Latte Love can be obtained from Lake Kindred, Kindred Wilds, Land of Sweets & Zen Temple)

Some levels like Miasmal Lake stages 2-4 and Castor from Bunny Planet stage 5 still drop their old rigs, Lake Kindred still drops Emerald Seed though idk which level it drops the most (I think I got a few while I was farming Capsules in stage 5)

Sadly both Fishing/Sakura Fishing Hole and Village of Fairies really are gone :'c
Some of the old rigs still drop: Cobweb Castle, Impawssibly Snowy, Summer's Demise, and Undersea Affair

Yeah that's what I was worried about when I learned more about the update emo I thought we were only getting maybe 5 or 6 or something new rigs with a few swapped out. Instead we got an overhaul nobody saw coming rofl At least Watermelon Patch is still around!

Still trying to get used to the change and while I'm not too thrilled about a lot of the rigs being repeats across Capsules (mainly because it kinda makes things a bit confusing), a lot of the rigs seem to have pretty good stuff, so I guess I can't really complain :V (a few people two or three pages back discovered you can actually get the original Halo and D.Tail, horns, Nitmare mini wings and scarf from some of the bundles!)

The people making guides/keeping track of what you can get and making things easier for everyone are just awesome heart

ngl not a fan of the same rigs being drops across multiple Capsules. Maybe it's just me being someone who likes keeping things organized, but having so many rigs now makes it feel a bit...cluttered I guess? I also feel that having a lot of the same rigs as drops kills the motivation to farm Capsules knowing you could end up with a bazillion of the same thing- granted this wasn't uncommon pre-update (if I had a dime for all the Arcane Chevalier, Midsummer Swirls and Hella Cool I got I'd be rich lol) but now you practically have to sell your soul to RNGesus to get something specific to that stage lmao (although it kinda feels like they all have the same stuff now @@) Sure the number of RIGS before wasn't very large but each stage had its own variety and that gave people a reason to farm them. I hope I don't sound too nitpicky >_<;;;

I figured the update would only give us a few new rigs while keeping the old ones but the change was much much bigger than I thought. I regret not farming enough for VoF, the Fishing Holes...feels like Seraph is farther from my reach now lul T o T

You're not being nitpicky imo. You should have seen some of my initial reactions lol. I had completely broken it down how this could have the opposite effect on the marketplace and item value in the long term and we'd be right back to where we started...I didn't consider the motivational aspect once everything's documented.

Something I also liked was that each stage had a theme: Zen was asian/oriental RIGs, Fafnir had winter RIGs, Milky Way and Hephaestus were space-ish etc.

Hopefully the change in item value won't be too drastic. Now that items like the og Halo and Demon/Nitmare stuff are obtainable (albeit super rare drops) I imagine they'll drop in price. Watermeat too (from Shimmering Summer Nights)

Since people are making lists of what the rigs drop, it feels a lot less overwhelming, and I think knowing a rig has an item you want helps in the motivation department. Even though getting buttons of something else gets annoying (I got 3 Gaia Awards Ceremony in a row from Kindred Wilds xD)

Yes! I liked the rigs sharing the theme with their stages too! I think the update would've been much simpler if the rigs corresponded with said themes and a few oddballs mixed in. Kinda surprised Giant Fortune Cookie, Uchiwa Summers Taiyaki Days aren't in Zen Gardens :V

I am disappointed to see so many of the rigs repeated throughout the other capsules, it almost feels like a lot of them share a lot of the same. Some LK areas are simply harder to farm capsules, which in my opinion should have had more desirable exclusive rig chances unlike sharing the same rig pool as like.. Land of Sweets, which you get a capsule almost every time or every other time at least. It really will water down. I have about 7k Land of Sweet capsules unopened, cant imagine those who stored more.

True. Most of the stuff on my WL is from 2017 and later (plus all the newer kin) and averages 50-75kp+ and is unlisted so I don't have MUCH hope it'll be affected. I guess my concern is more from a seller's pov that I'm going to need to sell more to afford these things that aren't in the drop pool (and I'm unfortunate that I can't afford the unlimited slots). It may help, but its not going to solve the problem. The way I see it, its much deeper than that.

Yeah. Same with Winter Festival.I cant remember where I found it but I don't think it was in Zen, Fafnir or Sweets. Idk, I'm trying to be open minded about it, I really am, I just don't get the feeling they care as much about LK as they used to sweatdrop
