What color would Iron John fall under ?


i did not see it in your guide ? ( or maybe i missed it ? )

i ask because i was looking for ELF ears to go with it.

But when i looked under " Gray , or Grey " elf ears nothing came close to matching with Iron John

You found one I missed! I will add it to the list.
I'd say it's in the light blues / mist blue almost, near the blue elf skin tone but closer to Captain Ara's Nestegg honestly.
Id try some fantasy skintone elf ears, maybe?

Those are awesome ears.
Hmm personally, Id choose the Blue Elf pose as Fly with me is greener. But! On an avi with hair its not gonna be that noticeable either way.
You could also go this route Divinity Court Lucia (Acessorized Ears)

My computer is usually on Night Light mode anyways , but on normal mode they work well too. Its shocking how blue the normal mode is on the computer!

Hello! If I may add my two cents, I think that both the Fly with me and the Blue Elf tones work well. AND also the Divinity Court Lucia ones.
While it's undeniably true that Fly with me is green, while Iron John is a sky blue, those colors are very close in both luminosity and saturation, to the point that, unless one zooms in a lot or has screen settings that accentuate the difference, I think they can look as a natural transition.

On the other hand, Blue Elf is closer in tone, but a bit darker and more saturated.

Just keep in mind that a real body is not unicolor. For that reason, details like a blush in the right color can make the head look more realistic. Unless you are going for a more "anime" style, I think you don't need a perfect match and actually a tiny bit of contrasts could make it look more interesting, especially with a skin like Iron John.

You know what ? comparing it to OTHER " Fly with me " items . Iron John is slightly bluer.
It seems like Iron John might be it's own color. The " Come ear often " , so far seem like the closest match. The Mythical Slouch ears are a slightly darker match.

The Two Tone of " Come ear often " , might be it's advantage.

Oh I'm sure its its own color! Even Fly with me has a two-tone effect.
As Exhululath already wrote so well, there's gonna be variation and color transition.
Heck, Gaia is not too good with their standardization in colors anyway, even with items that claim to be of the same skin tone. Some have shading / highlights, some are flat. xd

It's okay. You gave me the idea to search by newest ( a feature i barely use ) .

I think i did find something just now ....
Adam's Wings.... i think it's close .... but i gotta remove the feathered hair i had , in order to show off the skin.

I was also going to go with Zecharanaiahs wings....( for the multicolor aspect..)

That was a tough one to color match. Those poor Gaia neglected older items.
