Liam - Silent Hill - Pyramid Head

As an interesting point, Liam is actually dressed as The Boogyman from Silent Hill: Homecoming, but can also be seen (due to similar designs) as Red Pyramid from the Silent Hill movie. Pyramid Head, the character from Silent Hill 2, wears a robe that covers his torso and mitten like gloves, and the front of is head has a flat plate. Since Liam's torso is bare and his helmet is pointed in the front, he is therefore The Boogyman.

Kojima has, however, said that they're all manifestations of the same creatures (there's two at the end of SH2), with differences based on who they're connected to. This has caused people to theorize that The Butcher from Silent Hill: Origins is another Pyramid Head/Red Pyramid/Boogyman.
